He's vowed to protect her. No matter the cost. Xander Holt loves working for the Royal Protectors. As one of the official bodyguards to the royal family of Limaj, he lives in a palace, makes more money than he ever has before, and works with the best of the best. The only catch— the person he’s assigned to protect hates his guts. Fine by him, it’s easier that way.Life hasn’t always been a fairytale for Princess Elen Gustaffson. She finally has her family back after more than a decade in exile, but her new reality isn’t much better. The only thing worse than being on lockdown... having a hot bodyguard assigned to protect her around the clock. As Xander and Elen butt heads, they find their undeniable attraction impossible to resist— even though it breaks all the rules. When an old enemy resurfaces, threatening Elen, Xander is willing to burn down the whole country to eliminate him, and save the princess. His princess. The question is, can he do it in time?
I found it interesting how Elen was at the start to this one, not very pleasant. I get it, she had been living a pretty free and unrestricted life when "Prince Erik" was dead and now that he's alive and the King things have changed, there are body guards, too many old men in her country that think women are better seen and not heard, so she's bucking the system there too. But she really doesn't have to be a bitch about it! I also understood her tantrum of the drills while sick, she had a point, but time and time again in this series and Erik's, Omar has been proven to be a big threat and has allies that get him info and and access to places and things he shouldn't have.
I liked that Elen ran away and where the ran to. She was such a different person there, so nice and down to earth, had people she cared about and cared about her, another family basically. Once who told her just how it was, with no punches pulled.
Xander was able to keep up with Elen, from her bitchiness to seeing her nice side, to falling for her. It was fun to see how their relationship changed. I especially like it when they talked money and how people lived, as that was something Elen didn't really have a clue about. Xander was nice the way he laid out things and pointed out all the things she did while in hiding that were about helping others.
I liked that they had the time in NYC to just be normal people for a bit, it seemed to cement their relationship. It was also fun to see Xander's friends react to finding out Elen was "Elen".
The drama at the end was crazy! Elen did what she had to, to stay alive. She played her hand until it had played out, but with that time it gave the others what they needed to come and save the day. It's nice to see this threat finally dealt with, it opened the way for their HEA.
I really liked the decision at the end, where Elen and Xander were going to live and who was going to run their house. Ahhh...it will be good to be surrounded by people who will keep you from having airs, while creating a safe and loving home.
When Xander is assigned to protect Princess Elen, he knew he'd be in for a ride because this is no simpering wallflower of a princess. No, she's a feisty, sassy woman who drives him nuts with her stubbornness and determination to thwart his protection. Who knew (who didn't?) it masked an attraction that would soon turn to more, so much so that when his princess is taken, Xander will call upon every ounce of his training, ravage the world, to get her back.
I loved this suspenseful, sexy royal romance. Xander is very alpha but sweet and charming, and more than willing to go toe to toe with his feisty princess. Elen was perfect for him and kept him alert and ready, and brought him to his knees. I've been loving this royal world of Limaj, can't wait for more now!
Xander by Kat Mizera is book 2 in the Royal Protectors series. This is Xander and Elen's story. What a wonderful royal read ❤ 👑 Every moment is full of feels, heat, danger, action, excitement, family, friends, suspense, passion, romance and love. Xander is Princess Elen's bodyguard. Elen spent 11 years in exile while hiding from the world as she and her royal family was targeted by those who had murdered most of the royal family. They wanted to finish the job and wipe out the royal family. Fast forward to now- Elen's back with her family and heads the education in their country. Thing is, she's got old men in Parliament who are causing trouble for her plus dealing with fear that she didn't have while she was in exile. She is stressed to the max. Ex-Marine Xander Holt is Elen's royal bodyguard and they instantly bump heads. Soon though, that dislike turns to steamy like. The attraction they had for one another was always bubbling under the surface. Xander was this perfect guy, always there, anticipating what is required. He's tough but when it comes to Elen, he's her rock and he's her friend/bodyguard and her "one", if she'll let him in. Xander and Elen's story is sizzling hot and their chemistry is just beautiful. I can't wait for book 3.
After spending the last decade in Tahiti hiding from those who want to hurt her, Elen is having difficulty finding her place within the royal family. She wants to help her citizens but between the danger that still lurks around every corner and the scrutiny she faces from people monitoring her every move this is not the fairy tale you read about in books.
Xander is part of the Royal Protectors however he is not sure what he did wrong when he is responsible for guarding Elen. She has little regard for her own safety which combined with her refusal to follow his directives lead to some fiery interactions.
It is only when they spend time together and they truly get to know each does the chemistry between them ignite and once that happens Xander knows that they belong together and he will protect her with his life.
Protect your heart from this bodyguard... you are going to definitely lose it!
You will absolutely fall for Xander, Kat Mizera’s second book in her Royal Protector series. When I read the first book in the series, I loved Sandor and his relationship with Lennox. Xander made some brief appearances in that book, we got a glimpse of the beginnings of an amazing character (actually two – his and the tension filled relationship with Princess Elen Gustaffson). I loved the unexpected twists within this book, the banter and smoldering chemistry between Xander and Elen, the challenges they face together and separately, some insecurities and journey they take together. This is a page-turner filled with sexy alpha males, fierce and independent female leads, and an amazing continuation to this series. It does not disappoint, and it is truly a must read!
Xander and Elen, Elen and Xander. Elen, sister of Sandor ( Royal Protectors 1) and Xander her protector/bodyguard. They of course but heads alot as she is a strong independent women and he is trying to protect her from all things. But their chemistry is off the charts. Elen is drowning under the weight of educational reform while dealing with the old boys club that is the government.(her cousin Eric excluded). She needs to get away so off she goes. Of course, where she goes Xander goes as well. This is really where their story begins and I am here for it all.
I loved Xander and Elen who are both so different. But together, they are on fire. It was also great to catch up with everyone else in Limaj and I look forward to what comes next.
A romantic adventure!!! Ashley @ Carolina Chic’s Read
Kat’s books get better and better!!!! I am so in love with the Royal Protectors. Xander Holt takes his job seriously and does it well. Princess Elen Gustaffson melts my heart with her love for her country and trying to live the life she wants. These two are on a romantic adventure you will not want to put down that will keep you turning the pages. I can’t wait to see where Kat goes with this series as it gets better with every book!
Xander is a bodyguard for the royal family, specifically assigned to the daughter Princess Elen. Elen has been in exile for 11 years due to murders in the royal family. Now that she's back, she is working on her duties to her subjects with men in parliament not taking her seriously because she's a woman. The attraction between them is pure fire. Xander is protecting Elen from a bad man trying to kill her. Will he be able to save her in time?
44% and I’m calling it. I have to quit this book if I want to keep my eyes in their right position. Never have I eye-rolled so much and burst out laughing at the most ludicrous story! I actually don’t have any words to explain how bad this book is. BUT it still counts in my own alphabet challenge 🤓.
This was such a steamy book and not just in the bed room. All the animosity between Xander and Elen especially when Xander played the caveman bodyguard card. I loved it, they really never knew why they didn’t like each other so it was wonderful when they finally let go. It was sad to hear all of Elen’s troubles and fears but heart warming when you find a partner who will help carry and take away part of the burden. I like how there is always a bit of conflict and danger to this series, I’m excited to read what comes next.
Another great edition to this series, this time we get Xander and Elen’s story. Xander is used to giving everything to his job, first with the military, and now dedicating it to the royal family. Elen has been on her own for years, hiding from the threat her family faces. Now that she’s back to royal life, she’s having a hard time with where she belongs, and being accepted. With Xander as her bodyguard, their chemistry is off the charts, but they don’t really like each other. Once Elen gives herself a chance to know Xander, her feelings start to grow. But both have things they need to overcome, and the threat facing her family is still there. This book has heat, drama, and fun characters. I’d recommend it.
Dnf for now, I listened to the audiobook 🎧 it was nice. I stopped at 19% (cause I wanted to read another book) and now I don't care enough to continue...
Exceeded all expectations! More Royal Protectors Please! Elizabeth @ Carolina Chic's Read
Xander Holt is good at his job, he loves being a bodyguard. Even his assignment protecting Princess Elen Gustaffson though being a challenge is something that makes him happy. His first introduction to Princess Elen may have put them on this path. When Xander has to chase her down something happens that puts them on the course to their HEA.
I stayed up till the wee hours of the morning reading due to the can't put down effect.
The Royal Protectors is one of my favorite series. Royalty, rock stars, ex-military bodyguards, political intrigue, and swoon worthy love stories, it is a lot wrapped up in an exciting story. Princess Elen Gustaffson spent 11 years in exile, hiding from the world as the royal family was targeted by those who had murdered most of the family and wanted to finish the job. Now she is back with her family, taking charge of education in their country, and living with a fear she hadn’t experienced while in hiding. And then there is dealing with the men in Parliament who don’t take her seriously.
Ex-Marine Xander Holt is one of the Royal Protectors and is assigned to be Elen’s bodyguard. It shouldn’t be that hard, but Elen fights him every step of the way. Heck, he’s had to just throw her over his shoulder at time to get her moving. For Xander, it feels like a constant battle with Elen just to protect her.
What I liked most was the relationship Elen had with a family she had lived with while in exile. And of course, the way Elen and Xander sparred. Another thing was the relationship between Xander and his younger brother. And I really hated the bad guy, Omar, but then, he was the evil man behind so many deaths in the royal family.
I received an ARC of Xander and this is my honest review.
Author Kat Mizera gives us readers another look into the lives of Limaj’s Royal family and the first line of their defence, the Royal Protectors in this enemies-to-lovers, bodyguard and former military romantic suspense. I started right at the beginning of this running plot with the Royal Trilogy, but I have to say that each of the books in this current series can be read as stand-a-lones, because Ms. Mizera does carefully introduce the important characters, and you won’t be lost. That being said, don’t rob yourself of some great reads by passing over the previous books in the series.
Princess Elen Gustaffson is a woman in crisis. After over a decade spent under the radar, and without the benefit of blood family, Elen has relied only on herself and the family who’d made her their own in Tahiti. Now back under the glaring lights as a royal, she’s taken on the pressure of politicking in Limaj, where women are not respected. Elen was written as an amazingly strong character that I loved very much, even when she was near breaking point. She is every woman who is trying three times as hard in a man’s world in an effort to be taken seriously. Add in the pressure where their safety is always under threat, and all this finally takes its toll. She goes back to her beloved Tahiti for a break, and Xander as her bodyguard knows he has to follow.
The chemistry between Elen and Xander was so strong it was explosive. It just had to blow.
And in the midst of that was the best relief ever. Laughter. Laughter in the form of form of the plain speaking and down to earth Samaria and her family. This Samoan woman had a brusque manner that would cut the biggest man down to size and in plain speak, spelt out a few home truths to Elen. Kudos to Kat Mizera on the creation of this character among the carnage that is the life of the royal family in Limaj at present. She was a magic balm to Elen’s soul. And even better for Xander, she thought he was the best thing since sliced bread and perfect for Elen.
And to hear him described by Elen, he damn near sounded perfect. Former military, highly trained, super sensitive, former model and actor, gorgeous body, and knew how to use it, it’s no wonder she called him pretty boy!
There is a lot to be going on with in this book and tensions got so high I was fair clutching my pearls, I mean my wine glass, stopping only to top up, because my nerves needed calming. The writing was perfectly descriptive without being onerous, so it was like watch an episode of a favourite spy program, and I highly recommend it as great reading for anyone who loves action and romantic suspense. 5 Stars for this awesome read!
Kat Mizera’s world of Limaj keeps getting better and better with each new story!
Princess Elen is struggling to be back in the palace and in the spotlight after more than a decade spent in exile in hiding. She is trying to find both herself and her purpose while also attempting to gain the respect of her colleagues in a very male dominated political arena.
Xander Holt may be a Royal Protector, but he is so much more than a bodyguard with a pretty face. He’s ready to take on anything to support the royal family, even if it is Princess Elen herself. They constantly seem to be at odds . . . and their sparring often feels more like foreplay than fighting.
When an exhausted Elen runs to her safe place, Xander is ordered to track her down and to keep her safe. And, once in Tahiti, all bets are off. Their attraction can no longer be contained and they finally give in to what they have both been fighting for so long.
But there is trouble in paradise and Omar is more of a threat to Elen and the royal family of Limaj than ever before. It will be up to Xander to keep his princess safe at any cost.
For real, I love this world and these characters. Elen is so very strong. At the same time, she has so many insecurities and I loved the dichotomy her character faced. Watching her slowly give in to her own desires, needs and wants felt liberating as she found the strength to be the woman she wants to be. And Xander is so alpha, yet also romantic, caring and more. He’s not just a muscled up body and the more I learned about him, the harder I fell! Kat Mizera introduced a few new characters as well that were absolute gems! Samaria and Fetu were unexpected and amazing and I adored their part in this story.
Xander was a great romance with lots of drama, suspense, plenty of heat and all of our favorite royal characters from the world of Limaj. 5 stars!
XANDER is the second instalment in Kat Mizera’s contemporary adult ROYAL PROTECTORS erotic, romantic suspense series. This is US Navy Marine Xander Holt, and thirty-four year old Limaj education minister and teacher Princess Elen Gustaffson’s story line. XANDER can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story line is revealed where necessary. There is a slight cross over with the mention of the author’s Las Vegas Sidewinders series.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Elen and Xander) XANDER follows in the building but tempestuous relationship between our story line couple. Xander Holt left the US Marines for a position with the Limaj Royal Protectors. His assignment-protect Princess Elen Gustaffson, a snarky, overworked and energetic woman who is struggling with her place in the family. Not only her fellow parliamentarians taking aim, but the past refuses to take no for an answer, and targets our story line heroine.
The world building follows the building relationship between our story line couple as Elen must come to terms with the misogyny of parliament, and the overwhelming need for security in the wake of the family history and lives. The relationship between Xander and Elen is one of constant conflict and squabbling, a conflict that hides a palpable sexual attraction. The $ex scenes are provocative and intense without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.
The secondary and supporting characters include Prince Sandor, and Lennox Briggs, Prince Daniil, the introduction of Natalia Farka; Tahitian islanders Samaria and Fetu; Security specialists Axel and Marcus, and the return of Omar Daishel.
XANDER is a story of power and control, obsession and madness, family and friendships, relationships and love, The premise is dramatic and intriguing; the romance is impassioned; the characters are desperate and dynamic.
My rating range of this story... 3.5 - 4.5 Stars If significant, why?
Main Character Ratings... H = 7/10 h = 7/10
Was cheating involved? No Any major triggers to be aware of?
Scenes with heat... Yes What point does it start? 30% How much of the story? 10% Anything beyond M/F? No If yes, explained
Heat Rating... 7/10 Clean or Fade to Black - 1 or 2 Normal to Descriptive 3-5 Detailed Descriptive Sex - 6-7 Um, Wow, Beyond Descriptive Sex - 8 or above
Was there so much sex or unrealistic sex that you rolled your eyes and/or skipped forward? Just one scene with for or more orgasms.
The back story... The h is frustrated after returning home from hiding for the previous 11 years and continuously butts heads with her protector... The H.
The Romance... Builds once the start talking and listening to each other.
The drama explosion... Omar makes his move. Did it feel real or contrived? Started out real, then... Ugh! Was it OTT? Completely Separation involved? Yes Was it resolved properly or rushed? Impossibly beyond belief!
Final Notes... This was a solid 4.5 or potentially a 5 Star review from me until the ending sequence. Omar raped his first princess to get what he wanted yet he is willing to wait days, then until marriage with the h? That is not the way this psychopath works. The stand-off was OTT but okay until it had to continue on? It should have ended right there.
I really like the way the author pulls you into the story and I rarely find myself skipping forward. I skipped through the majority of the three chapters (and apparently 3 days) after the h was captured and missed nothing. It was just too much filler that was intended to build suspense but it just drove me crazy.
Yeah, I will definitely read the next book in the series as I do like this author and the storyline!
After spending the past 10 years with no blood family and existing under the radar, Princess Elen Gustaffson is back in Limaj as part of the royal family and working in a Parliament that doesn't respect women. Xander Holt is working for the Royal Protectors who are the official bodyguards to the royal family of Limaj. Xander is making more money than he ever dreamed, is assigned to protect Princess Elen, and is constantly butting heads with the stubborn princess. When the political pressure and constant threat to their safety becomes too much, Elen heads to Tahiti to relax and visit friends she considers family. Xander is sent to watch over Elen. The chemistry and passion explodes between Xander and Elen. Can Xander keep Elen safe when an old enemy reappears? Can Xander get Elen to let down her walls and let him in? I LOVE Kat Mizera! Xander is another fantastic book in the Royal Protectors series. I absolutely loved all the new characters that were introduced: Parker, Shannon, Natalia, and Elen's Tahiti friends. Xander is a fabulous book with amazing characters that will make you laugh out loud and sometimes make you want to scream in frustration. Xander has danger, suspense, smoking hot chemistry, action, laughter, and love. Kat Mizera is a MUST read author for this reader. I would highly recommend getting Xandor, Sandor, and any other book by Kat Mizera. I received an ARC of this book, and I am leaving my honest review.
XANDER is the second in Kat Mizera's Royal Protectors series, about the official bodyguards to the Limaj royal family. Xander Holt is one of those Royal Protectors, committed to guarding the royal family from harm. He loves his work and has trained hard to be excellent at it. His only problem is that the woman he's assigned to guard, Princess Elen Gustaffson, apparently cannot stand him.
It's understandable that Elen is feeling a little shaky lately. After over a decade of living in exile and under the radar, being back in the public eye and trying to work positive change (in a hostile parliament no less) is draining on a good day. On the bad days when she's feeling like she needs to scream but is instead subjected to yet another over-the-top emergency drill, well, she's on the verge of imploding. And having a hot bodyguard tailing her as if she's a recalcitrant toddler isn't helping her state of mind.
Xander and Elen do recognize their mutual attraction, and Kat Mizera does a lovely job letting us witness how they work through the challenges facing their relationship. It doesn't hurt that Xander is a standup kind of guy and these two are relatively good about communicating. There is definitely a creepy external threat, and Ms Mizera does a good job balancing those elements in this page-turning read.
Royal Protectors is the second book in this series. I did not read the first book, and it may have been beneficial due to the many characters and continued storyline. That being said, I was still able to really enjoy this story. This is Xander and Elen's story.
Xander is a former Marine and now part of the security team called the Royal Protectors. He is assigned as the bodyguard to Princess Elen, and as much as he loves his work, she is making it very hard for him. They have a very contentious relationship, and she is really not very nice for the first part of this book. She is the cousin of the Erik the newly appointed King from book one.
Elen was in hiding for eleven years and when you start to read her story you begin to understand why she is behaving the way she is. Once she and Xander come to an understanding, their relationship begins to evolve. He sees the "real" Elen and is drawn to her, and not only to protect her. They have a beautiful storyline and I really like how he helps her get past her fears. It turns out that she is not the selfish, bratty Princess at all, and I really ended up liking her.
This story is full of interesting characters and an overall good storyline. It has tension, friendship, love, and plenty of sexy time. It was an enjoyable read that I recommend getting lost in. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I received a complimentary ARC - early release copy of this book in Kindle format from the author for review purposes.
This is Elen and Xander's story. He is a Royal protector bodyguard and she is the sister of Sander, a cousin to King Eric. She also is trying to form some sort of educational reform in the new country where Eric is now ruling. But she is struggling a lot. And so she runs away to some friends in Tahiti.
Xander is a Royal bodyguard and Elen is his assignment but the two have a difficult relationship until he follows her to Tahiti. Where they finally get time to start figuring out who they are and letting some walls down so they can learn to get along.
This story is not really a stand alone though it is book 3 in the series. It is about a country that had an uprising some 12 years before and now 11 years later the royal family is back in power but their enemies are still out there. This story features a conclusion to one of the royal families enemy and so its a very intense story with lots of nail biting moments.
It also introduces a bunch of new characters, Axel, Natalia, Ace, Shannon, Elen's Tahiti friends, and Parker (Xander's brother). I cannot wait to find out what happens next in this series.
Clear your schedule because once you start reading Xander and Elen’s story you will not put it down. I admit to the fact I have been anticipating this story since these two characters first clashed during The Nowhere Trilogy. The sparks flew, from the first moment, and I knew when they finally got together it would be exciting and passionate! This book is full of suspense, romance, and will make your heart pound! Elen is a “kick butt and take names” kind of princess. Xander is the most romantic and intense bodyguard, man enough to know how to support his woman and let her be the strong woman she has grown into after years on her own. This series continues to draw me in more with every book. These characters have some of the most fascinating and realistic personalities I have ever read. I find myself feeling what they feel and can picture this amazing group of people in the country of Limaj as if I am watching them on screen. Ms. Mizera has created a series that is a reader’s dream, one where you can become so immersed in the story that you feel as though you are living and breathing every moment along side the characters.
I knew Kat Mizera from Operation Alpha World until now. It was no problem to find my way into the book, although I don't know the first parts. I have to catch up on that very quickly. The author has thrilled me with a very emotional writing style and an easy different approach to the theme of "enemies to lovers". Oh yes, there are some supporting characters that play a big role and show the reader that some princesses are not always stuck-up, but carry a lot of doubts and shortcomings with them. Xander is a real cutie. He knows exactly what he wants. I liked the distribution of roles in this book. Not the thousandth millionaire secretly adored by his secretary, but royals and their lives. A princess and her bodyguard. The subject is not really new, but the author has such an exciting, captivating writing style that I could not put the book down. It was so wonderful that the author makes her protagonists work hard and not everything is just glory and glamour. This makes the whole family very likeable and down-to-earth. The erotic moment fit totally in the story and are steaming hot. Conclusion: Read it!
3.5 stars Ms Mizera is a newish author to me- I’ve read a few of hockey centered stories, but this was my first read of hers in the royalty/romantic suspense genre.
I enjoyed getting to know Xander and Elen, both are interesting characters with a lot on their plates. This is the second book in a series - that seems to be connected to another series (I’m not sure there) so there is a lot going on, especially in regards to the secondary cast.
There were times when I felt like the budding relationship between Xander and Elen was getting a little lost in the world building/character introductions that were necessary for us to know who all of the players in the story were. These were characters I found myself intrigued by and really want to know more about who they were and their journey.
This is a book where I feel like I might have done myself a disservice by not reading the first book of the series or the related material first. I think it would have made some of the whose who and interconnectedness/reference make more sense. I am definitely curious about books related to this one, so I will have to check them out.
I thoroughly enjoyed The Nowhere Royal Trilogy and picked right up with the Royal Protectors, which was a spin-off. Sandor, book one, was amazing, and I've been anxiously waiting for Xander. And let me tell you, Kat did not disappoint. Whether you're new to the series or you've been following along, Kat quickly catches the reader up with how the previous story ended, then she gives you some insight where the current story is headed. What she doesn't do, though, is go lightly on the the story line.
There's friction right off the bat with Elen and Xander, but you know from the banter between the two of them, there's going to be even more tension followed with some steamy romance. It's what Kat is known for and I love the buildup she does with all of her characters. Her heroes are sexy and desirable and her heroines put up a fight as long as they can.
Full of frustration, grueling tension, and desire, Xander proves to be one hell of a bodyguard. I can't say enough how much I loved this story and the entire series. I'm always left wanting more. I never really cared for royal romances until I started reading Kat Mizera! Five stars!!
Once again Kat draws you in and it's hard to put down. Xander loves his job as Royal Protector and Elen is his charge in the royal family. They seem to have a love-hate relationship and nothing Xander says or does is right in Elen's eyes. Elen has her hands full as both a member of parliament and doing her royal duties. One night her arch-nemesis Omar, whom she thought she would ever see again turns up an event Elen is attending. He wants to take Elen as his but no way is that happening in Elen's book and she makes a hasty exit with Xander and the other security detail in attendance. Elen and Xander start feeling real chemistry between them though Elen keeps holding back on love since she has been hurt in the past. Elen and Xander end up together 24/7 when Elens life is in danger and things start getting even hotter between them. I received a copy (thank you) to do an honest review for Naughty Nightie Book Blog. Although this is part of a series they can be read as a stand-alone. I recommend this read for anyone that loves romance with thrills and excitement with some danger involved.
Attraction that won't be denied! With book two in her Royal Protectors series, Kat Mizera brings us Princess Elen's story in XANDER. While still a large group of characters to keep straight, this one flowed easier than the first in the series and held my attention throughout. I really enjoyed the depth of their connection and watching them fall even as they fought it. Looking forward to more in the series!
Xander Holt wants nothing more than to play his part in protecting the royal family of Limaj as a member of the Royal Protectors security team, but his main charge is fighting him at every turn!
Elen Gustaffson might be a princess, but lately life is anything but a fairy tale as pressures of her family and job continue to press in on her and leave her only the outlet of hating on her bodyguard as a pressure release ... only she soon realizes loving on him is a much more pleasant release!
I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a fast-paced romance filled with tension and suspense with a twist of modern day royalty mixed in.
