5 ⭐️’s (One of my favourite books).

This gave me so much confidence when delivering Macbeth lessons to my Year 9 and 10 groups - an essential read for anyone teaching the GCSE text. Ready to Teach Macbeth brings together the deep subject knowledge, resources and classroom strategies needed to teach Shakespeare’s tragic play, as well as the pedagogical theory behind why these idea’s work. It definitely helped me deliver a knowledge-rich scheme of work with impact.

Once again, this will be a life-saver for those of us teaching A Christmas Carol.
From start to finish, I was geeking out over some of the snippets and ideas here. Everything was presented clearly and in a style that was wholly appropriate for its audience. As ever, giving links to the included resources is a wonderful idea - and I'm sure this will become another much-valued addition to my teaching resources.
