Liked the way the ideas were presented although a bit repetitive for my taste.

I absolutely loved it! Shift The Work was incredibly motivating, inspiring, and thought-provoking. The author did an amazing job weaving you through his points - with engagement research, short interactive exercises, and captivating storytelling.

What was great was that the book wasn't purely business/work world-centric; it also focused on you as a reader. I feel this two-view approach really gave me a new perspective on HR/culture and the people at the heart of this our country's growing disengagement.

Overall, I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking greater success personally and professionally.
