The Haunting of Bleakmoor House
Bleakmoor House is as dead as the landscape in which it resides. It would be out of place anywhere at odds with green grass, woodlands, or the bustle of an inner city. Here, on the moor, its coldness fits neatly into its desolate surroundings – like bones in a coffin, or gravestones in a graveyard.

A murder mystery, a horror story and a ghost story all rolled into one. Three couples who met at Uni, decide to spend the weekend away at a big old Manor House in islolated countryside.
One of the couples is hiding a secret, a plot to kill each other for financial gain. The house is haunted and slowly reversals it’s horrible past in a way that will affect all the couples, some won’t make it out alive….
Enjoyable, slightly confusing in places and felt a bit rushed. Good though.

Very good original plot, likeable characters
A nice well flowing easy read. Good original plot, and characters easy to imagine. Well described and interesting read. Not thrilling, I personally didn't find it particularly spooky but still a very good read
