Arc review!!!

I have to say this book was definitely worth the read. I'm a sucker for the 'little sister romance' trope. This book definitely delivered on the romance/smut side. However, i wasn't that invested in the plot or the characters. I didn't really connect with the characters. This is the first of stacy kristen's books that i have read and overall, i enjoyed the ride. I would reccommend to most romance lovers. Im definitely excited to check out more of her books.

This was my first read by Stacy Kristen and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Jamie and Kat were so adorable. My dark side didn't want Jax (Prez) to go so easy on Jamie when he found out Jamie had touched his sister, who was forbidden. Same with the stalker ex-boyfriend. Taking him out was anticlimatic for me but I'm ruthless like that. I like torture scenes. Lol Oh, and I want to know what was on the letter with Kat's lock of hair! I kept waiting for the reveal but it didn't come. By how furious Jamie and Jax were, I was intrigued, desperate to know the deets!

I look forward to the next book in the series. Even someone like me who enjoys grit, violence and a healthy dose of angst will enjoy this book. It's a "safe read" in my opinion, compared to a lot of other MC romances. So if you're looking for a low-drama, spicy, fast read that mostly focuses on the couple falling in love, this book is for you! It can be read in one day and will leave you smiling and awwing over Jamie and Kat.

I enjoyed this story but it was too fast paced for me!
I know, I like the drama 🤣🤣

Liked the plot of the story even though I didn’t see Jamie and Kat as enemies but more of ‘the sister is off limits’ since Jamie works for Jax (Kats’ brother).
I would have like to see what the note said, and see Kyle suffer a bit more (I know, I blame it on my dark side 🤣).

'Jamie' by @stacykristenauthor was amazing. I really enjoyed reading about Jamie and Kat. Their attraction to each other is just off the charts. The plot built up effortlessly as I continued to read the book. Jamie (hero) is trying to prove himself again to the Desert Aces MC. While Kat (heroine) is trying to stay away from her stalker ex. The added element of danger was one of my favorite parts in the story. The whole 'what will happen next?' is something I look for in every book. This one definitely had it. Though I wish the book was longer, I still loved it! 4.8/9 stars from me!

I love MC romance so I was excited to read Jamie, book one in the Desert Aces series by Stacy Kristen. I haven't read one in a while and I am so glad I read Jamie and Kat's story. Kat is the sister of the Aces MC President, Jax and therefore completely off limits. When Kat has trouble with her ex stalking her, Jax assigns club brother Bass aka Jamie as her protection. Oh boy do the sparks fly between Jamie and Kat. I am so glad I read their story and I highly recommend you read it too! Ready for book 2!

Well it’s not quite for bid an attraction, Chase definitely has quite a bit of attraction to Kat. As a little sister it was best friend, she really is for the most part off-limits, but he can’t deny the chemistry between them. This was extremely fast paced, but gave a nice plot for any romance lover, and definitely some steamy scenes between them. Probably the only that I might change is to see their relationship develop a bit more slowly, but I really enjoyed this first book of the new series.

This romance is packing some major heat as well suspense.

And let me tell you that when Jamie is sent to protect his MC President’s sister, Kat, from her stalker, ex-boyfriend their insta-lust scorched the pages. He takes big chance at taking their attraction to the next level which is against her brother’s orders but no one - even scary MC presidents - can stop spontaneous combustion.

The book is short but still has a nice plot without being too trite.

This is a new author to me, which i love. Also a new
MC series that grabbed me from the beginning. For Kat, having a brother as the president of an MC wasn't the greatest. Especially when there was a guard on her. For Jamie, Bass, he didn't quite like being a babysitter to the prez sister; one look changed his mind. Kat got to Jamie at nights listening to him sing and play his guitar. When this start to heat up, Kat wants nothing to do with; except when someone she loves gets hurt. Can Kat have what she wants her degree and the man she loves. This was an amazing quick read.

I’m such a sucker for the “best friends (or in this case club Prez) little sister” trope. I love a good forbidden romance that just can’t be denied. Jamie & Kat are pure fire with some sweetness.

This was the perfect late night steamy read with some MC antics and action on the side! Can’t wait for the rest of the series!

This book will have you holding onto the seat of your pants. The action and danger mixed with the forbidden love that makes these two fight harder for life than any other. Great book.

Quick read but oh so good. Lots of steam, angst and swoony biker who is a marshmallow at heart.
