A collection of works brought together between these covers by people whom all specialize in writing about life and its many, complicated facets. It has been my privilege to know many of these ladies and gentlemen on a personal level, fantastic souls filled with empathy and compassion. Nearly every one of us has been touched by cancer in some way. Many of us have fought alongside loved ones during the insidious battles in hospital rooms, treatment centers and at home. The contributions found here are reflections of those experiences. My sincere hope is that inspiration and strength can be found here. We have never met and we don't know your names... yet our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
