Great end to The Guild Core trilogy, although I'm surprised at the lack of progression for Kai & Co. considering the staggering power of the enemies they encountered. The last battle was short but with Kai's apocalypse spell, it was to be expected.
I wish there was an epilogue or something, that shows Kai and Rhona with kids of their own and how those kiddos live with their dragon friends. I just think it would have been cute and honestly, I just wanted to know more about the future of these great characters.

Parents: This series has in some ways gotten better not necessarily cleaner but maybe a bit PG13-R. If you’ve read the first two books you know this is a fairly gore filled series between the violence and a smattering of mature content references, nothing specifically graphic when it comes to intimacy beyond mentioning someone is nude and a reference to quenching ones “passions” The language is a bit more mild in this one and still remains f-bomb free.
Bancroft is my favorite character! He evolves so much through this series and I feel like he helps to really make this series what it is! Obviously Kai has grown quite a bit and this would let be a Guild Core book if there weren’t some variety of insurmountable odds. Well written and creatively speckled with Bancroft worthy surprises. If you enjoyed the first two books, know that this one will not disappoint.
Narrator has fantastic differentiations!

Best book of the trilogy IMO. TJ Reynolds freakin nailed it. He brought the Journey of Kai, Rhona, Bancroft and many others to one of the best endings I’ve ever experienced. The ultimate war and the culmination of everything they’ve been fighting for coming together brilliantly, along with some unexpected moments. The narration by Steve Campbell was absolutely amazing. His narration not only brings to story to life but also allows you to feel all the emotions of each character. His voice acting talent always amazes me with so many different characters and accents and I can easily distinguish between them. Well done everyone! This is book 3 and the final installment of this series. I highly recommend this book/series.
While I might complain that I'd like for things to have gone longer, I can respect an author for recognizing when he wants to put a story to bed. I enjoyed the book just as much as the first two, we get to see our heroes grow in power, raise a new generation of dragons, and fight their climactic battle! A satisfying ending to their story, I cant complain with it a bit. Definitly worth the read if you made it through the first 2 books.
This book was good, but it felt like the author got bored near the end and just decided to quickly end the series. There was easily another book's worth of story left in that last little bit, but the author must have had better things to do. I am happy enough with how the series ended though. It was decent and totally different from anything else I've read that involves a sentient dungeon core as one of the protagonists.
Awesome end to the trilogy! It was an amazing story and ending!!! Highly recommend to anyone that loves dungeon core books, litrpg and fantasy books! Great job TJ Reynolds!!!
I really enjoy this series but this last book felt very rushed. There were some editing errors and plot discrepancies with events from last books and events from within the book.
After reading the first two books I was excited to read the next instalment. While the book was fine I found the ending to be rushed and anticlimactic. Left feeling a bit disappointed.
Similar in quality to the first two books except the ending, which felt too rushed. Would've expected a whole book to cover the climax fight and the aftermath instead of the few chapters we got.
Overall, the trilogy is a fun, fast-paced read that I'd recommend between heavier epic fantasy series.
There were a few typos and errors, thankfully not enough to deter my reading. Would love to read more novels that would follow this story and the main characters. The world and character building were very good.
