Loved the characters but the pacing was very weird and all over the place. Still, enjoyed reading it.

I can not express how much I loved this Webnovel. Wen Xi’s character was so cute and flirty. Mo Chen and Wen Xi were such a cute power couple. There was a lot of game play described but I was able to follow it easily with zero shooter game experience.

3.5⭐ Funny !
This was a quite average e-Sports novel, with a very promising beginning then a rushed ending. However, I enjoyed it. It got me dead laughing more than once so that did it for me.

Rating is 3.75 star.
The ending was too fast paced I didn't like it.
But the characters and all are wholesome, I genuinely thought they'd make the MCs love life the whole main thing, but I just love how they flirt and all but still the gaming part of it was still so obvious,I don't get why some people on NU were saying it was just fluff without the Gameplay.
But no the gameplay was there and I was so obsessed with the descriptions of their gameplay, and I wished they'd stay In the game arena forever LMAO.
The main couples didn't even have any private time for themselves except at the beginning when Wen Xi haven't become a professional player, I think they sort of had a private time then, after that there wasn't any chapter even dedicated to the Main couples alone, they're either always playing or talking with their teammates, there wasn't anytime I had a private MoXi chapter QAQ.
Btw you can read this book starved🐧, you'd be fed with alot of dog food, I think because the author didn't give us MoXi private time, they made up for it by feeding us big amount of dog food, and I and the teammates think we're full.
You're definitely not gonna like the ending, It was too fast paced ugh, and both Wolfpig side stories too, and Weizhe side stories, NOOOOOOOOO, I wanted more of Wolfpig.

Not the most exciting eSports novel I've read, but it was still enjoyable.
You could tell that the author was running out of ideas/wanted to wrap up the story quickly since they pretty much rushed through the domestic and global championships towards the end. There were no more exciting fights :(
The romance was pretty standard and go with the flow. No big waves or crazy revelations but plenty of dog food with each interaction. I felt like Wen Xi was a passive, obedient little wife, which got boring at times. Luckily, he's actually black-bellied at times, which made situations funnier.
The team interaction was also pretty fun! Poor Cat got abused all the time lol. The side character plots were nice and made them more interesting.

The start of this was really good but the ending was way to rushed. I mean I don't really mind rushing the competitions but that proposal- there was no build up or anything. It was just like-‘ hey since the Global Championships are taking place in the USA and same sex marriages are allowed here, why don't we just get married? ’
The main couple are cute and all, scattering dog food everywhere, but I wanna see more of Love Pig x Blue Wolf, Chen Wei x Liu Wenzhe and Magic Xi x Lan Yan

SGH is basically just like in other classic Battle Royale game, except it costs wayyyyyyyy to much money to play. It's the literal definition of a P2P game. Me and my broke@ss cannot relate...

It's a funny BL e-sports novel. Don't expect too much and you'll have a good time with it. Some moments are very good and others less so, that's the novel's biggest issue imho, it's irregular. But, as I said, if you don't put on it high expectations and read it just for fun I think it's worth it.

soo very mediocre which i did not expect
mc and ml are fine ig but i’m not the biggest fan of either of them or their dynamic they felt really flat? mc is mostly described as cute and talented in a way where he is verg gary sue-ish and essentially becomes a pro at this new game in weeks. ml is basically overpowered, cold towards everyone else and sweet towards mc. boring
no real tension?? mc and ml are so strong, especially together, that everything feels boring bc you already know they will win no matter what. there was no tension whatsoever
pacing is super odd with the first maybe 2 weeks to a month of the plot taking up probably a third of the story at first and the matches being pretty detailed and then later on even important bits like the entire global championship being finished in 5 chapters. also them getting married was hinted at before but in the end still felt weird and out of place because they haven’t known each other for even a year and essentially got married just like that, without even meeting the parents of the other as their boyfriend
focus story wise seems to shift to be more towards the gaming aspect than the romance, especially after they get together. this could work, but not when both aspects are lacking already. especially when the aspect you focus on is actually the one who is the worse case of lacking here. the matches weren’t interesting due to prior named reasons which is probably also why the pacing got odd and they got mostly summarised in a couple sentences towards the end, but that then further raises the question why you would focus on that aspect then instead of the romance? the romance was essentially done the moment they got together around maybe chapter 60? and even that scene was very lacking imo it just felt very flat and you couldn’t get invested much
i did like a lot of the side characters even tho they also ended up getting cast aside a lot or just falling flat towards the end

Sin contar los últimos capítulos se merece un las cuatro estrellas.
Aaaaaaaahhhh, realmente todo fue comida de perros, pelusa y vinagre.
Nuestro MC es muy lindo, y también un mounstro en los juegos, definitivamente un shou poderoso. En cuanto a nuestro ML... él realmente tiene la cara muy gruesa, todas sus palabras y acciones son una bofetada para aquellos perros solteros, sabe decir demasiadas palabras cariñosas, obviamente también es un Dios en el juego.
Solo puedo decir, que viva MoXi CP!!

The pairing was cute in the first half of the book, their interactions funny and flirty. Sadly that's the only positive here: the pacing was at first just weird and at the end just rushed, conflict was resolved immediately or never went anywhere, the game itself was boring and it's rules inconsistent which made the sometimes 5 chapter long scenes in it very tedious.
