This is the 2nd book in this series each story is about a different couple but the story line follows through them. It's beautiful and intense, funny and upsetting, there are scenes in them that may upset some as it involves one of the female friends being sexually assaulted by 4 individuals. There was a part where a cried for Verek whose story follows on in the 3rd book. This story is about Winston and Zoe who do eventually get their HEA. I'm loving reading this series as it grips you by the heart strings and takes you on a wild ride.

What ensues is the rebuilding romance and relationship between Zoe and Winston, and the potential fall-out when their parents discover the truth about Zoe and Winston, and the club sets up a plan to take down a porn production company linked to a series of abductions and deaths.

Winston Prescott has never stopped loving his step-sister Zoe but believed their relationship was all kinds of wrong. Trying to protect Zoe, Winston all but threatened her father when he let his daughter move to France, a move Winston believed would threaten the safety of the woman he loved. Zoe Donahue had always lusted after Winston from afar but the day he pushed her out of his life Zoe’s own life began to spiral out of control. A few successful months modelling on the runway led down a darker path wherein our heroine was struggling to move beyond the past.

The relationship between Zoe and Winston is a forbidden romance between step-siblings; a second chance relationship in which Winston reveals that truth about why he pushed Zoe out of his life; and Zoe’s battle in the face of her ‘failure’ as a runway model. The $ex scenes are erotic and intense but I struggle with the use of a certain four-letter word which is always used liberally in MC romance story line.

There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters including Zoe’s father Martin Donahue, Winston’s mother Debra; Roman and Charlotte (Roman #1), Tessa and Verek, as well as several members of the Savage Kings MC-Emerald Isle (Reece, Abe, Chase, Torin Fury) and South Carolina (Miles, Leo, Cannon). The requisite evil has many faces.

WINSTON is a story of family, relationships, vengeance and love. The character driven premise is fast paced and gritty; the romance is provocative; the characters are edgy and animated.

Oh my…I loved reading all about Winston and Zoe. They are so easy to fall in love with and want the best for them. I cried a little (well…teared up some) and laughed a little. I won’t say any more on what happens but since I believe Lane Hart and D.B West both says that the books ends in a HEA, I will say I couldn’t be happier. But you will have to read to see what they had to do to get it. Their road was a rocky one and both needed to be honest with themselves and each other. I highly recommend this book. I love all the books that I have read from Lane and D.B. They turn out books that are easy to relate too even some of the darker ones and fall in love with their characters and the worlds they build. Winston was the second book in the Savage Kings Mc South Carolina Chapter. I can wait to read the next book, Varek. You will never regret reading any book that Lane Hart and D.B West writes so what are you waiting for. Start reading

This is the story of Winston and Zoey. When Winston met Zoey she was just sixteen and her father was married to his mother. These two had an attraction they fought because of the age difference and the whole step brother and sister thing. However when Zoey graduates high school at 18 and before she leave for her modeling job in Paris Ziey and Winston hook up. She just forgot also to tell him she was a virgin. Fast Forward ten years and Zoey is now back a full gown woman who still carries a flame for Winston and he for her How will their story play out? I cant tell you that. But I can tell you that they have a smoking hot sorry to tell that has just the right almost of MC goodness and suspense. If you're a MC lover you do jot want to miss this book I'm so in love with these two I'm still thinking of their story.

Zoe is finally coming back to Myrtle Beach for work after avoiding Winston and their hometown for the last ten years. She hates him for how he left things with her all those years ago, but Winston has plans to clear the air once and for all and let Zoe know how he’s always felt.

Overall: Meh, it was ok. I didn’t really feel the chemistry between Zoe & Winston, and was expecting there to be more drama between them as well given how she’s avoided him for the last decade, but nope! Things resolved quickly once Winston admitted his reasonings for how he treated her and the pair live happily ever after.

At first I was kinda weirded out by the stepbrother/stepsister thing but it was fine. Winston and Zoe become step siblings at 13 and 16. Winston was disturbed by his feelings and moved out of the house and tried to ignore Zoe. Of course he does some stupid things and Zoe doesn’t come home for 10 years. When she finally comes home he has to decide if he’ll fight his feelings or give in, that is if Zoe will forgive him. Great addition to the series.

Gotta love a good biker guy book! Out leading guys are pretty much Rough n ready while complete teddy bears when they want to be! Which I think can sum up Winston with Zoe, was a shame that everything didn't go as well for Zoe when she left! But did she leave again?!? That's for future readers to find out....

Winston by Lane Hart & D.B. West a five-star read that will save you. This is number two in the Savage Kings MC South Carolina series and well they go from strength to strength, now all I need to know is when will we be getting Verek so I can sink my teeth into him!! It was so lovely getting this one as Winston has always been the grumpy one, the quiet growly man in the corner and now we know why. Zoe is showing him what he turned down and doing it in style. As always this is so well written and compelling reading, you won’t be able to put it down, so don’t start it unless you can finish it. I loved how Zoe gave the guys something they needed, it seemed to pull the whole story together. Do not miss this story, even if you don’t normally enjoy a taboo subject, don’t miss this awesome storyline.

I loved it. The story between Winston and Zoe was a little taboo from Zoe being Winston’s step sister, getting together at a young age and then being a nude model. Besides life’s social limits Zoe and Winston are meant for each other and get their HEA.

*reads the synopsis of the book* Me: That sounds like the plot to a porno. *reads book* Me: Okay. No quite, but the only reason this book got made was because the author writes these with her husband. You know a lone female author ain't coming up with this plot herself...because she wouldn't want to. lol Stepbrother. Stepsister. Oh my gosh. I can't stop laughing. I swear, the book isn't that bad. It's not like they're blood related. However, I did find out that if their parents officially adopted them by law (not just marrying the other parent but went through the official adoption process), then they could technically not marry. They would be considered by law siblings. The more you know.

So Winston and Zoe are stepsiblings, and they both have the hots for each other. At Zoe's high school graduation party, she's ready to zoom off to become a model, but Winston desperately wants her to stay and be his. He ditches her party, so he doesn't have to see her and be miserable. However, she finds him instead as he is working at the garage. Some grease smudges on her dress and whoops! My dress is off, why don't you help me, Winston? And Winston's like, Whoops, I just slipped and fell into your vagina. Okay. I just can't take this review seriously. lol Anyhow. They connect, but Winston tells her it's nothing so that she pursues her dreams instead of staying with him.

Now, she's back ten years later. Boy, going after her dream was really great. Now, she poses topless and is thinking of doing porn because she's so broke. But when she reconnects with Winston, she realizes that maybe he actually cares about her anyhow. And when that "porn job" turns out to be connected with a bigger, darker deal, well then the whole Savage Kings have to get involved. Then some stepsibling boinking and stuff. Gotta love it.

To be quite honest, the plot is kind of weak. You take away the one-trick pony of the "taboo romance" and there's not much there except for the larger overarching baddie. I know I'm acting like I was super weirded out by it in my review, but I wasn't. I'm just having fun. I just honestly thought the book was so-so. Frankly, writing this review and making fun of the plot of this book was more fun than actually reading the book. lol

I wasn't sure how I was going to feel reading this book because I'm not a fan of the stepbrother/stepsister genre but I should know better than to doubt these authors writing skills. They gave us a story that was seducing, suspenseful, all-consuming and downright explosive that I inhaled page after page of this sexy story. Winston was a grumpy SOB that frustrated me to no end with his indecisiveness and Zoe endured so much throughout the years all because of one intimate encounter. These two were each determined to get what they want and in the end it was each other!

You can't choose who you love....even if it is seen by others as forbidden

Winston is the second book in the Savage Kings MC - South Carolina series. This is the story of Winston Prescott and Zoe Donahue. These two have an interesting "relationship" to say the least. No matter what though the sparks definitely fly between them, whether it is from love or hate is debatable at different points in the story.
Winston is thirty-one years old, is the Savage Kings MC Vice President and works as a mechanic. Zoe is twenty-eight years old and is a model, of the topless variety.
Zoe and Winston have a complicated history as they are actually step siblings who share a love that is of the forbidden type. But after one night spent together burning up the sheets Winston sent Zoe away to Europe to fulfill her dream of becoming a model, which she has won a modeling scholarship for. Now it is ten years later and Zoe has come back home. Her time in Europe was not all that she had dreamed it to be and there were some things that she is trying to move past. Winston for his part has been a miserable SOB for the last ten years as he really does love Zoe but thought it was for her best that they were not together. But now they are about to come face to face again and discover that what they felt for each other all those years ago has been simmering just below the surface and will be set back on fire quicker than either of them can blink. But what will happen when their parents find out?
There is also a second story-line that takes place at the same time. But the relationship between Winston and Zoe is what sets this book on fire and has smoke coming from your Kindle.

(Winston & Zoe): umm, someone come and connect the fire hydrant, this book was freaking 🔥🔥🔥🔥 HOT!!! TRIGGERS: kidnapping, trafficking, porn, (director's couch 🤨🤔 situation) Winston is the VP of the SKMCSC. He's also Zoe's STEP brother. Zoe's just graduated high school and instead of heading to college, she's off to Paris to start her modeling career and Winston does not like that idea. He feels she's too young to be off on her own in another country. Zoe has had a huge crush on Winston ever since their parents got married when she was thirteen and he was fifteen. This story was so angsty in such a way as both were really in love with each other but while Zoe was busy pushing her advances, Winston was blocking them. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about this book at first because I don't really get down with the step brother/sister romances. I just happened upon them by accident. This actually wasn't that bad. Winston, while consistently denying his own feelings, kept his distance but you could really tell that he was in love with her from the very beginning. With Zoe, you almost get the feeling that it was just a childhood crush, until the time jump. So the night before she leaves, they give in but he also manages to hurt her more than anything. From then on, she swears he will never touch her again. Years later, she's back and is hired by the MC to do a photoshoot at the clubhouse and Winston is not happy. Meanwhile the club is still looking for the men responsible for kidnapping and raping Charlotte's friend Tessa. World's collide and Winston are Zoe are forced together again, for "safety". I really enjoyed this book and I also loved watching everything unfold with the rest of the MC. I can't wait to hear Tessa's story.

Oh boy... One of my favorite MC series has a new book and I couldn't start it fast enough.
I love all of them and the idea of getting a new one is thrilling.
Lane Hart and DB West have this amazing MC series and I can't get enough.
Their writing is hot, wild, forbidden and so much more.
Winston is her latest release and it's the second book from the South Carolina charter.
This new book explores the lives of Winston and Zoe.
Winston is one of the brothers. A grumpy one, that's for sure. No-one knows why until one day.
Zoe is a well-known model, a sexy one, that's for sure.
She had a thing for her stepbrother until one day he let her go. Her heart was crushed but was what she needed to succeed.
Now she's back and...
Amazing. Simply amazing. And a quick story...
Why? Why? I wanted more... So much more.
Perfect plot, very well written, super engaging, and hot as hell.
Oh boy. So hot. So so hot.
But that's not all. It was hot but surrounded by suspense.
Let me just say that once I started to read this book, I couldn't put it down. I've read it in one sitting.
It was that quick.
There were parts of the book that I wanted to slap someone silly. Jeez. Stubborn much?
Overall, it was another perfect book, with all the things happen that made it a masterpiece.
And it was awesome to have news from the original Savage Kings.
I miss those guys.
Perfect Lane Hart and DB West. Another perfect book that left me curious and wanting more.
So much more.

Not very well written, and totally unbelievable.

This really can’t be classed as an Mc book. There’s barely any mention of church, and the way that Winston disrespects his prez is ludicrous. They don’t ever go in the club together, and we don’t know anything about any of the members. Sadly there is really no plot, it’s all about Zoe and Winston, having sex over and over.

Zoe has loved Winston since she was 13. When her dad married his mother. I did struggle with their ‘relationship’ as he is basically her brother. But anyway I digress. At 18 she’s leaving to be a model, and seduces Winston, tells him that she’s not a virgin, (She was.) and they have rampant sex, which must have been soooo painful for her. The next morning Winston lies to her and says it was just sex, and is horrid to her.

Are you seeing my problem with this book? Fast forward ten years later and Zoe’s modelling career is over, so she takes up nude modelling. WHAT? She’s having sex with men just to get jobs, and considering a porn career. This is getting worse by the minute. She goes home and her and Winston start back up again, yawn…

Besides the fact that there’s no plot, other than them having sex 14 times over 24 hours, it’s terribly written.
Zoe is a virgin and Winston thrusts into her and she doesn’t scream in agony? He can’t tell?
Zoe is doing really well at modelling till she’s too old at 28, there are a lot of older models now. She didn’t have to basically be a prostitute to pay the rent.

Well written super steamy MC drama with lots of intense unrequited passion between Zoe and Winston.
A truly boneheaded move on Winston’s part was the start of a downward cycle in Zoe’s life that was filled with immature, insecure, and self deprecating decisions in her life.
Changed from a relatively innocent eighteen year old in love with stepbrother Winston, to a hardened woman exploited and used for her body and looks to eke out a living.
By the time Zoe returned home, she had already fallen from teen ingenue to seedy centerfold model. Ashamed but resigned to continue on her path, she determinedly tried to make the best of what she had.
Ten years of regret didn’t stop Winston from his numerous hookups and one night stands. Now the VP of a hardcore yet honorable MC, Winston had to finally face his feelings for Zoe when she returned home.
I liked the way the author tied in her job interview with Winston’s long search for Tessa’s abusers. Although filled with the usual MC violence, I appreciated the lack of detailed gore that usually accompanies this genre.

SUPER HOT READ
WOW This is one hot read.
Winston knew he was in trouble when his mum got married because his new Step father had a hot daughter Zoe. When Zoe turned 16 Winston knew he had to move out of his home because it was getting more difficult to hide his feelings for her. At 18 Zoe had a top model job that would take her around the world for 6 months and Winston wasn't impressed that Zoe's dad was letting her go. They were throwing her a party and Winston refused to go. Zoe would be out of his hair in the morning and he wanted to stay away. But Zoe had other ideas and went to the garage where he worked and things getting super hot super fast.
But Winston doesn't handle the morning after very well which leads to Zoe staying away for years and years. But now she is back and the fireworks are going off left, right and centre. Will this end well???
OMG THIS IS ONE SUPER HOT READ. I JUST COULDNT PUT THIS BOOK DOEN THEY WERE SUPER ADDICTIVE AND I REALLY WANTED TO BANG THEIR HEADS TOGETHER AT TIMES. SUPER BRILLIANT READ

What I liked- super steamy! I liked that she was able to let go of past hurt and that the MC was able to tie up one of the loose ends from the previous book. And the parents’ reactions were pretty priceless. Winston is so hot…. He is MINE! So help me, I will cut a bitch…
What I didn’t like- after reading that last sentence, I realize that I need to cut down on the caffeine.
Verdict- highly recommended if you like your books steamy and full of action. It made me forget that I’m not a fan of step-sibling romance .

Winston is grumpy, sullen and generally unpleasant to everyone around him. His MC brothers know there's something behind the gruff demeanor, but the taciturn Winston isn't sharing. In love with his stepsister, after one steamy night, he drives her away with his cruelty, knowing she won't pursue her dreams unless he turns her loose.

A decade has passed, and when Zoe finally returns home, Winston remembers what he lost and will do anything and everything to keep her in his life.

Lots of steam in this story. Despite a few moments of weakness, Winston is a genuinely good man wanting to do the right thing. Zoe, having seen the dark side of her modeling dream, is strong enough and smart enough to want something better. Together again, Winston and Zoe complete each other in ways both have been pining for, even if they didn't realize what was missing. While the kidnapping plotline runs through both books in the series, this story can be read as a standalone.

Four stars for this new MC romance.

Here we see its Winston's turn to get his one & only & she is Zoe his Stepsister.
We hear in the beginning what went down 10 yrs prior.
He's wanted her really from when they first became a family when she was 13 & he was 16 but it wasn't until her 18th & farewell for her modeling competition & they BOTH couldn't STOP themselves, but he says the biggest nasty words to the Girl he reckons he's in love with.
But its when she comes back into town to do a meet & greet at the club's dealership which he had no clue about until he went mental & seeing her topples mag photo in the Club's bar.
The beautiful part Is their opening up & honesty of how & what occurred.
That's not JUST it, Winston sees the tatt of the man who kidnapped Tessa & other women whom we met & saw in Roman....
Will the Men be able to get the rest of the evil Kidnappers - Rapists when we come back in VEREK & see how things Turn out between Him & Tessa & What will Tessa do, stay down in South Carolina or go back to her ex Fiancé???

Zoe has always had a crush on her "step brother" Winston and when she finds out that he has likes her as well, she decides that he is the one who she wants to give her virginity to. That night before she left to pursue her dream job did not goes as well as either of them hoped for. If Winston had his way, he would have forced Zoe to stay home where he could protect her and hopefully convince her that he is worth missing out on her dream job. Zoe would have given up her dream job if Winston would have given her just a hint that he wanted her to stay but instead, he essentially tossed her to the curb. Years later Zoe comes home and they get a glimpse of what they could have with each other and learn that they each has feelings for each other but never told the other about that night when Zoe left. I loved this story and we get a hint that we might get to read Verek's story next which is a story we have been getting a taste of throughout book 1 and 2.

❤Winston & Zoe 🔥🔥🔥

This is the 2nd book in the Savange Kings South Carolina chapter series. What I love about this MC series is that while yes these bikers are overprotective and alphas when it comes to thier women...they are so sweet and don't care if others see them as pu$$× whipped. They don't shy away from the love they have for thier women. Winston & Zoe are step siblings ( met at 13 &16) they basically loved each other but never wanted to act on thier feelings. After Zoe's 18th birthday she's ready to leave for a modeling competition across the country. Feelings are finally spoken ...but Winston does not want to hold her back from her dream so he pushes her away. 10 years later she's back..she's now famous and every mans fantasy..making Winston jelous and overprotective. Can Winston make Zoe see he only pushed her away all those years ago for her own good...while facing danger along side his MC brothers trying to track down the men that hurt Tessa.I absolutely loved thier love story. Can't wait to read Verek & Tessa's story next.

Winston is a hot mess! This man infuriated me and that was in the first few pages. The journey with Winston and Zoe is in no way a quick process. He was a complete idiot and that cost them so many years. Now that's out of my system, I really love Winston. This read runs through so many emotions and takes us on so many twists and turns. It's sexy of course and unpredictable and keeps you on the edge waiting to see what's coming.

Zoe Donahue tiptoes around each other for years. They love each other, but Winston thinks Zoe is too young, and by the time she turns 18, she has plans to leave home and travel for a few months. One incident the night before she leaves devastates her and sets the tone of their relationship for 10 long years. After all that while Zoe finally comes back home and things definitely pick up then. This time around Winston is determined to do things right.

Winston is the grumpy VP of the Myrtle Beach charter of the Savage Kings MC...he has been a grumpy SOB for 10 years ever since he let the girl he was in love with who is also his stepsister, Zoe go in pursuit of her modeling dreams. Zoe has been pissed at Winston for 10 years because he broke her heart when he let her go, so she hasn't been home, spoken to him, or allowed their parents to speak of him in all that time. Coming home for a modeling gig at the local harley dealership, Zoe decides to torture Winston by flaunting herself in front of him for the week she is home.
Winston decides to stay with her at their parents house because of the kidnappings that have been happening around Myrtle Beach...eventually secrets come out and they realize that they want to be together. I love that the storyline from book one continues into this book and can't wait to read Varek's book.

Zoe and Winston 4 stars - The romance between Winston and Zoe tried to start before Zoe left home to pursue her modelling career. For 10 years, due to hurt and love, they became estranged. Winston’s and Zoe’s characters need more emotional background from that 10 years. Zoe mentioned some dark experiences and her character has the courage to hold herself together. The book in itself continued the back story of sexual slavery from book 1 which added danger to Winston’s story although the book didn’t have the darker details. Readers will briefly encounter Tessa and Verek and I think their book will bring the dark angst if that’s what you’re looking for. Back to Winston and Zoe’s romance, they realize they still belong together but can they make it work? It has the steamy scenes you’re looking for in an MC romance. Winston’s feelings for Zoe is very evident. Good love story. [I received an advanced copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.]

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. Winston is a second chance, step brother/sister romance that is set in the Savage Kings MC world. Winston gave up the love of his life because he wanted to do what was right and protect her. Zoe lost her future when Winston shoved her out of his life. Years later after her failed career and him becoming a miserable man, they are thrown back together. Forced separation has not dampened the attraction between them at all. They have to deal with it along with reason she is there to begin with. Some bad people need to be taken down. Zoe and Winston deserve their happy ending. I thought this second book in the series had great characters. The storyline was different but still in that MC world I love so much. I look forward to the next in the series
