The Hate-Love Duet #1

Falling Out of Hate with You

Rate this book
I’ve tried to like Adrian Savage, the mercurial frontman for Fugitive Summer, while serving as his band’s opening act on tour. We’re stuck together for three months, after all. And I’m well aware I’m lucky to be here.

But it’s proved impossible. He’s far too rude and dismissive a guy to get along with. And way too good at getting under my skin. In fact, at this point, I think it’s fair to say I downright hate his guts.

Global thirst trap that he is, though, I’m finding it extremely difficult not to want to jump Savage’s bones, despite how much he infuriates me. I hate myself for it. But my body is going rogue on me. It doesn’t matter, though. I’m determined to resist him.

In fact, what I’ve decided is that, as long as I’m here and stuck with him, I’m not only going to give Savage the sound tongue lashing nobody else around here has the balls to deliver, I’m going to bring that bad boy to his knees.

I am such a huge fan of Lauren Rowe and was so excited she was writing an enemies to lovers duet. This is one of my favorite troupes and I was SO here for it! Adrian Savage and Laila Fitzgerald… GAH! These two together were fire. This book was addicting and so much fun! I can’t wait to see what comes next…

Adrian Savage is the lead singer of the popular band, Fugitive Summer. They’ve lost their opener on their upcoming tour so Reed Rivers sets up another artist on his label to tour with them- Laila Fitzgerald. Adrian has it bad for Laila when they first meet, but after a few misunderstandings, they become a bit of enemies or frenemies at times. They are both insanely attracted to one another, but it’s complicated.

These two… their banter is out of this world. So is the tension between them. I loved so much about this book! Honestly, the only thing that wasn’t my favorite was . I thought Laila was a fantastic heroine and down to earth. And Savage! OMG give me a sexy rockstar who loves his grandma every day of the week. He was cocky, funny, and has such a big heart when it comes to those he loves and cares about.

This book can be read as a stand-alone for sure, but if you’ve read The Morgan Brothers series, or some of Rowe’s other books, you’ll be in for a treat. I loved seeing so many of the characters I know and love from the other books make appearances.

Lauren Rowe writes the best humor, the best characters, and the best steamy scenes. She has become one of my favorites and I’ll read anything she writes! I’m so happy that the second book in this duet is coming out asap because I’m thrilled to see what will happen between Savage and Laila now! I highly recommend this one!

We’ll have smoking-hot hate sex in every position, in every city, for the rest of the tour. And when the tour is over, we will be, too.”

I don't always read rockstar romance, but when I do, you best believe it's enemies to lovers. This trope is my catnip. And there's just something extra delicious about a famous rockstar being thrown into the mix.

Adrian Savage is the front man of Fugitive Summer with a reputation to rival any rock star. Which is to say he's no exactly known for being a choir boy. Pun intended. But I digress. Adrian also has a thing for a god challenge, and nothing is more appealing than a female that's completely forbidden to him.

Laila Fitzgerald is a rising star in the music industry of her own accord. She happens to have a thing for the a-holes. And Savage? Well he just happens to check every box for her. And it's all sultry looks and come hither glances when they first see each other at a party, until Savage finds out his best friend and band mate has a thing for her, and Laila finds out she's the opening act for Fugitive Summer and Savage is less than thrilled with this. Then it's all sharp barbs and insults with a heavy undercurrent of sexual tension.

Now I'm all for the back and forth and the angsty feels, but I'm not a huge fan of the entire premise of the book relying on one misunderstanding that one solid conversation could prevent. So I'll admit I was entirely frustrated with the two of them and their continued back and forth of misunderstanding that can be fixed with a simple conversation they both stubbornly and immaturely refuse to have. On the other hand, it was oddly entertaining. I'm not sure how I feel about it honestly. I'm conflicted. I liked it and then it frustrated me?

But I digress again. I loved the hate lust and the slow burn. I was frustrated by the constant miscommunication. But then I also couldn't stop reading it. So consider me hooked here. I'm already salivating for the next book. These two clash hard and come together even hotter. So I'm dying to see how they get past all of the craziness that happened in book one.

FOUR DAYS IS IMPOSSIBLE TO WAIT FOR BOOK 2!!!!

--

♡ Enemies to lovers
♡ Rockstar
♡ Epic banter

I swear, Lauren Rowe knows how to give hardcore fans like me everything we want. Especially since I'm obsessed with Reed, seeing him from Savage and Layla's points of view was everything. Watching him fall in love with Georgina through other characters' eyes made me swoon for him all over again.

It was absolutely the right choice to reread the entire Morgan Bros series, The Reed Rivers Trilogy, and Smitten before reading this book for the first time. I caught so many Easter eggs that I would've missed had I not done that. (Like Savage pointing out in his thoughts that Fish seemed so smitten with Alessandra.

I knew as soon as I saw that LR was coming out with a hate to love romance, that she was not only going to pull it off perfectly, but she would give us something just a little bit unexpected - and that's exactly what I got.

I know a lot of people aren't big fans of the fame trope or rockstar romances, but this isn't anything like your typical rockstar romance.

I also loved that, like Fish and Reed, Savage was so different than other LR heroes.

And can we talk about THAT FREAKING SONGGGGGG! I CAN'T EVEN!

As is typical, the chemistry was off the charts, the banter was on point, and the swoon was overwhelming. I cannot WAIT for the next installment!

Damn! This book was so much fun! It was entertaining and addicting from the first chapter. I have a bunch of Lauren Rowe books on my TBR but this is the first one I got to read. And it was amazing! I stayed up half the night to read it.
Enemies to lovers is my kryptonite and this book has it in strides.
Take a manwhore rockstar, add a feisty up and coming pop singer, stuck them both in a tour together, add some wild chemistry, a lot of miscommunication, the most amazing banter ever and you get the recipe for an awesome read. But the story doesn't end with the tour. Oh, no! There are twists! And they are so good!
Also, the author went the extra mile... Savage (the rockstar) composes a song about Laila (the popstar) and it is available to listen to on Lauren Rowe's website. So cool!
I was starting to swear off romance lately but this book made it fun for me again.
This is a duet so it ends in a cliffy, nothing major though. And the sequel releases 4 days after. So its all good!
I need the next book right away!

3.5ish falling and feeling stars...

Look. I honestly downloaded this book because the model on the cover looks like Matthew Gray Gubler and Ian Somerhalder had a hot love child, and I couldn’t resist because just look at that face. Lucky for me it’s not just a hot face, it is also an enjoyable enemies to bang buddies read, so yay. The reason this isn’t like a higher rating for me is because it really seemed to go in circles too often, and felt like a lot of what I read wasn’t exactly necessary for the story to progress. And the tension while it was tense, didn’t really feel as electrifying as I was constantly told in the story that it was. All that said, I’m still going to read the next book because I have to know what happens. I just hope it’s way hotter and with tension that actually feels electric.

This 1st book follows Savage and Laila, a rockstar and an up and coming singer. In their first meeting sparks fly, but instead of making it easy for themselves and declare their love for each other, they take the hard way.

There were miscommunications, misunderstandings and a lot of petty arguments, like the h lying to the H she hooked up with a gay man just to make him jealous, but you know what? I sometimes live for this unnecessary drama so I loved this book, what can I say 🤷🏼‍♀️

I looooved that the author went the extra mile, and recorded the song to the lyrics she wrote, it’s such a nice touch!

Falling Out of Hate With You is book one of the The Hate Love Duet. This is a rockstar, enemies to lovers romance.  Though this story mostly stays on the enemies side of things for now. The story focuses on Adrian Savage and Laila Fitzgerald.

Savage is a rockstar God. He's lead singer and guitar player in his band. He has a reputation for being a player. As sexy and flirtatious as he can be, he's actually antisocial and closed off. He doesn't open up to anyone besides his bandmates and a few family members. But when he meets Laila, an up and coming artist, he has all these new foreign feelings. Since he doesn't know how to deal with his emotions he tends to self sabotage and lash out.

Laila is a contradiction. She beautiful, smart, sassy and talented. She appears to look like a b****, but she's actually super sweet,  quite the social butterfly, and a lot of fun when you get to know her. She also puts up a good front. She acts indifferent to others advances, but she knows exactly what she's doing. She plays the game well. It seems that she's scared to get her heart broken, which is understandable since she's known to date jerks and douche bags. But she can't seem to get away from Savage.

These two are equally infuriating! They are both stubborn as an ox. They are so similar yet so different it makes your head spin.  These two clearly love playing mind games with one another.  Seems as though they get off on the torture of wanting what they think they can't have. They have a way of driving each other crazy, but their chemistry is off the charts and explosive. Their sexual tension is palpable.

They could avoid all the headaches and misunderstandings if they just communicated better. But what fun would that be, right? Their story obviously ends in a cliff hanger since it's a duet, but nothing dramatic or jaw dropping. It just leaves you with lots of anticipation for the next book. We just scratched the surface of their dysfunctional relationship, there are still so many things left to unfold with these two. I can't wait to see who brings the other to their knees.

Savage and Lilia have insane banter, hate fueled, you annoy me but I want to devour you banter, and I loved for it.

I really enjoyed these characters, although I did feel like I knew Savage more than Lilia. We get a lot of his back story, and I’m always a sucker for her a playboy with a past. It gets me every single time. Lilia is easy to adore. She is open and fun, welcoming to all but with sass. What I can say about these two is that the physical chemistry is insane. The spice was perfection.

Since this is book one of two, the plot centers really on the exploration and setting up a lot of the plot for book 2. I’m definitely excited to see how this is all going to play out and who is going to be left standing in this hate to love relationship.

Insane chemistry and enemies to lovers banter that is amazing, Falling Out of Hate with You is a great read.

Holy Rockstar was Falling Out Of Hate With You was full of sexual tension! I couldn’t get enough of the hotness going on in this book. I was turning pages like a crazy women looking for her next fix.

That being said….I’m embarrassed to even say this, but I almost didn’t finish this book, I was so close to throwing In the towel at 49%…your probably saying….WHAT???

But sadly it’s true…..Let me tell you why tho…
The first couple chapters I honestly felt like Laila was like every other girl in romance books that pines over the H and has no control over her body, letting the H do and say whatever he wants, while she sits there looking miserable.

Twiddle me Donkey Dick was I ever wrong….My girl Laila did a 360 on me taking her own advice by knowing her self-worth.

They chemistry between Laila and Savage was so off the Charts Smokin Hot that it seriously could have burn down a house…

After those couple annoying chapters I was utterly captivated by this story and had to know what was going to happen next.
To say I’m excited to read Falling Into Love With You By Lauren Rowe Is an understatement.

Audiobook review: 5 stars go to Andi Arndt and Jacob Morgan for ALWAYS doing a FANTASTIC job narrating. I could listening to both of them for hours..
What was super cool was how Lauren Rowe added the song “Hate Sex Love” in the story for her readers to hear while Laila was listening to it too...Good Lord hearing the song was hot! 🔥🔥and made that part more amazing!

Absolute NO BRAINER! Lauren Rowe’s writing, her characters and the world that she has created is FLAWLESS. It feels like coming home every time she blesses us with a new book of hers.

Adrian “Savage”, and Laila are pure dynamite! That crackle of sexual tension that is the underlying thread throughout the book..the I hate you so bad I want to bone you into next week—yeah, that feeling, makes this book so fun and exciting to read. Did I mention the “hate sex” I definitely haven’t read too many books with this element, but let me say this— I’m so glad Lauren was the one that could bring it to me. It felt good to be back among certain characters that I love already.

Also I want to mention the diverse, black, gorgeously hot secondary characters that Lauren is always sure to include. Representation is everything for me when I read, and it’s what I look for among my favorite authors. Lauren definitely fits that bill, and I love her for it!

If you love Rockstar romance with a grumpy/broody hero, and a shine bright like a diamond heroine—this will definitely tickle your fancy amongst other things *ahem*

It’s LIVE on all platforms!! 🎉

What can you really say about a man like Savage? Oh wait, I know...HOTTEST CHARACTER EVER. He is cocky, sexy, and one determined rock star. I think my panties spontaneously combusted after reading this book. Yep, they are gone. He is one hot piece of man. He has met his match because Laila is even HOTTER. Laila knows exactly what she wants in everything in her life and exactly how to get it, but Savage is a huge challenge because he is hot, he knows it, and he is pushes every single one of her buttons...in the best way ever. I'm sure she isn't complaining in the heat of the moment, but those times leading to the passion, well let's just say that these two don't know how to play nice and it leads to heat and passion that are unparalleled.

All of this leads to one of the best stories Rowe has ever written. She created two characters that have such undeniable chemistry that the book might burn your hands while you are holding it. This book has you riveted from chapter 1 and never lets go. I read the whole book in one sitting, while completely ignoring my family. I was sucked down the rabbit hole and now I am left wanting more and needing book two right now!

Never has a book been more aptly named, because it took awhile for me to fall out of hate with it. I'm not saying that it's not well written - it is - but there were definite impediments to my enjoyment in the beginning. For starters, the first 20% or so includes a LOT of characters from past books. If this was my first time reading something by this author, I have no doubt that I would've abandoned ship early on, because there are just too many people to keep track of. That's not the case later on, so I'm glad I stuck around. The other issue is that this relationship is.... messed up. lol, I don't think I can describe it a different way, other than to say that it's highly volatile. These are two people who are attracted to crazy, thrive on sexual tension, and act in ways that are self-destructive. That's a huge part of what ultimately makes this an addictive read, but it took awhile before I saw anything healthy in the dynamic. But I'm starting to love it now. I've fallen out of hate with this couple, and I have high hopes that I'll fall in love with them in the second installment, because... WOW, what a cliffhanger!

The story follows Savage and Laila, two musicians who feel a gigantic ZAP of attraction when they meet. Savage is a former playboy who now knows what it's like to get burned, and he's not quite the man he used to be. Laila has a penchant for bad boys that she can't seem to shake, and Savage is just her kind of trouble. But when their initial meeting leads to conflict and misunderstanding, their relationship gets off on the wrong foot. Laila believes she knows why Savage hates her, and Savage doesn't know what to do with his jealousy. It's push/pull, fight/flirt, provoke/passion until their relationship begins to evolve.

It speaks to the quality of the writing that I continued reading even when I wasn't sure that I liked either character. I do now, but it definitely didn't start out that way. Savage and Laila are more similar than either of them realizes, and this installment was focused on their worst traits. I absolutely HATE how much miscommunication there is between them, and I really don't love how they've lead each other to believe that they've both hooked up with other people (they haven't). The reader knows a lot more about their feelings and actions than either one would be willing to admit, and this installment was primarily focused on the cat and mouse game they're playing. I have to believe that things are going to turn a corner VERY soon, and it's time to get everything out into the open. That's why I'm looking forward to the second half; it's time to get real, be open, and actually advance the relationship in a meaningful way. Though I have no idea how that's going to play out - which is all part of the fun. I received an early copy and am voluntarily leaving a review of this enemies to lovers romance.

What a cherry popper from Lauren Rowe, or should I say what a cupids arrow that struck me bullseye, right in the knickers area.
Holy smoking vagina, this book is piping hot with panty meltingly sexy rockstar bad boy, Adrian Savage from Fugitive Summer.
Girls plop comatose front, left, right & center whenever he walks by. And Gawwwd his voice could incinerate all the panties in the world.
I'm instantly in love with this hot stuff.
And then he knocks heads with Laila Fitzgerald and soon hateful, suicidal lust just keeps pressing them together .

"The dude is a stone-cold sex addict. A megalomaniac narcissist who literally needs fawning validation every single minute of his life.
Rejection.
Humiliation.
Hate.
All of it is coursing through me, all at once. "

But since both are maestros of the Chase-Game, they butt heads before they bump uglies in a drunken haze and instantly regret.
This book has the bitchiest, rudest banter cause the main couple legit wanna strangle each other overtly, while boiling with passion inside.

“I won’t catch feelings, Savage. Under any circumstances. Honestly, I don’t even like you.”
“Perfect, because I don’t like you. We’re a match made in heaven, if you ask me.”

I'm partial to rockstar cause they say, once you fall in love with a rockstar, the world pales in comparison. Creative geniuses with oh so sensitive hearts, they love with ferocious intensity, as much as they hate with equal zeal.

"we’re a five-alarm fire together. "

Indeed!!
Both are abundantly present in this Unputdownable sizzling, scorching story of music & love. It's been an exhilarating non stop read from first page to the last.
Strung tight like guitar strings, it's crazy ride into sentiment ille with no holds barred, no claws unshathed and no passions unexplored.
It's my first by Lauren, but certainly not the last

Thanks to Lauren Rowe & Hambright PR for providing me with and advance audio copy of this book featuring the ever sexy Jacob Morgan and Andi Arndt as our MMC (Adrian) Savage and FMC Laila (Fitzy).

4/5 ⭐️
1.5/5 🌶️

First, who doesn’t love a good rock star romance? Add in an FMC who fangirls over the MMC until she gets to know him and then they become ‘enemies.’ There’s some aspect of the miscommunication trope, but it feels more like the MMC and FMC just not telling the whole truth or trying to withhold their feelings. It felt believable, especially given the MMC’s past. Eventually, they are forced to work together on a TV show and end up in a fake relationship… and then that’s where the book ends!

What I adore about this audio is the inclusion of the song written by the MMC for his band’s new album. I fully support more authors doing this. It really adds a whole new layer to the audiobook experience. Music is so powerful and helps you feel the emotions the characters may have been going through. Jacob Morgan (Zachary Webber) is one of my favorite male narrators and he always does such a great job. I don’t know what it is about him, but he does a book with banter better than any other male narrator. Andi always does a fantastic job and she killed it as Laila!

3.5-4 ⭐'s

When I saw this was a book about angsty rock stars I knew I had to give it a chance.

Savage and Laila are both singers and see each other at a party. Laila is a fairly new artist but she has Savage's interest. The problem is his best friend and band mate, Kendrick calls dibs.

The situation is made even more complicated by another guy that is vying for her and he is a professional basketball player.

Here's the lowdown...Laila wants Savage. She's been following his career for a long time and she cannot believe he is giving her googly eyes. Somewhere in her life she came to believe you had to act like you don't like the guy you do in order for him to come after you. So that's what she does. AND...it works.

Then, she gets picked as Savage's band's opening act when their current one falls out. They are together all the time. Savage is frustrated that he can't have her and Laila is frustrated that Savage doesn't come after her. She nit-picks all his little imperfections....it's the perfect love-hate relationship...almost.

The almost thing...and this is probably me being "nit-picky" but it was super cringey with how bad Savage's oral fixation was. Hearing over and over about his licking his lips, sucking on a cigarette and only thinking and talking about oral sex drove me nuts. It was just too much.

Also, the beginning was s-l-o-w! It was too bogged down and a lot of the information was repeated over and over...just like Savage's oral fixation. We. Get. It.

However, there is something about Savage and Laila. I loved them really getting to know each other's true selves.

There's a singing competition thrown in that seems a bit much but I guess we'll find out more in the next book, Falling Into Love with You.

they tour together, I thought they would fall in love during the tour, only the tour ends, and the book goes on for a few months, now they have to pretend to date while filming this TV show (it's basically the voice).
am i going to read the next book? maybe, but only if i have the audiobook

What a Savage Rocker Romance!!!

What a ride. This book had it all. Fun characters, rock and roll, sexy scenes and two fun grandma (Mimi and Amalia).

Savage and Laila were intriguing because they seem like such nice people EXCEPT when they are with each other. They are always “game on” with each other because they don’t know how to deal with their attraction.

We get just enough of their relationship with their friends and family to show they care for people other than themselves. They are also driven to be successful in their singing career. But the chemistry between them is so combustible.
I love how the author made it angsty but humorous. Their antics are entertaining. I smiled through this book. I can’t wait until book 2 to see how the author brings it all together.

This was yet another amazing book by Lauren Rowe! I haven’t read her entire backlist, but this felt like the most angsty book I’ve read by her. It was amazing! The tension between Adrian and Leila was off the charts. I cannot wait to see where it goes in the next book.

Adrian Savage is the lead singer of a band named Fugitive Summer. Laila is also signed to their record label, so she gets put on their upcoming tour as their opener.

Adrian Savage and Leila are both attracted to each other from the moment they lock eyes at one of Reed Rivers’ parties. Savage misinterprets a hug that she gives one of his band members, and scowls at her. This results in them sending each other glares the rest of the night. While this miscommunication was an accident, there is also some information that Laila shares later on in the story that is a lie. All of these things keep Savage from pursuing her, even though he desperately wants to. I loved the frenemies relationship between these two, and their hilarious banter.

I cannot wait for the second book in this duet. This ends with the perfect set up to jump right into the next book. I cannot wait to see what happens to this couple, and how their relationship grows.

HOLY SEXUAL CHEMISTRY. Good lord, I need my husband and a cigarette, STAT. I thought Reed was the hottest, most sensual male lead Lauren has ever written, but Savage is well.. SAVAGE. Holy shit.

I always adore this authors rockstar romances, and this is no exception. Plus the way she writes all of her books is genuinely *her* (which is by far the best compliment I could ever give!) Lauren has her very own unique voice, and I just can't get enough!!

So in this book, we have Laila Fitzgerald, who is on the cusp of becoming the next big superstar, which will only amp up the fame she already has. What I love most about this woman is that yes, she's super famous already, but she is so genuine! She's so kind (welllll, to everyone except Savage. But he deserves it. *chuckles evilly.*) Laila is just so down to earth, and she has such a fire in her. She knows what she wants and deserves, and she both owns it and goes after it, without knocking anyone down in her path. I just love her so much!

As for Savage, I loved him write away. If there was ever a fictional character that exudes raw sexual powerness from the very first page, it's this sexy beast of the man right here. There are so many layers to him, and I loved the dichotomy between Savage, who is when he's performing and being in the spotlight, and Adrian, the man who feels absolutely everything around him, and is just so *good* underneath is hardened exterior. Right away he knows that Laila isn't like the other women he's used to, and he loves that he has to chase her, to prove to her that he is good for more than a satisfying ending between the sheets. She's already in his heart --even if he refuses to admit it-- but he very much wants her in his bed. But now that she's the opening act for their band, Fugitive Summer, that complicates everything. Especially with the way they push each other's buttons in the best form of foreplay EVER. (Seriously, these two just SIZZLE together!!)

These two are just so perfect for each other, and if they could just admit it, you know they would set the world on fire with their combustible chemistry. I just love them so much!! And those last few chapters?! AND THAT SONG. BLOODY HELL. I need book two right now!!

Do yourselves a favor and immerse yourself into this wonderful world! You will fall in love with Adrian and Laila (and the rest of the gang!) just as much as I do!!

**I received an ARC of this book and these are my honest opinions!**

This book! O.M.G. THIS! BOOK!
I loved this so so SO much and I want to give this 10 stars!!! I think I found a new favourite author!!! ❤️❤️❤️

It is a rockstar romance, which in and of itself is already fantastic, right? But not only the guy is famous. The female lead is a new star on the pop horizon, so she is in the music business as well and we get to see the life of rockstars being on tour, Laila is as at home in this scene and industry as is Savage (well, maybe he’s a little more at home in it, because he is famous for a little longer already).

And while I absolutely LOVED seeing everything from an inside perspective this wasn’t even the best part of the book. What I loved most were the dialogues! I will give you a few short examples that had me laughing out loud - and I really mean a throw-my-head-back kind of laughter. 😂

“I don’t need a babysitter,” he says.
“Shut the **** up,” Eli says.

“She thinks I’m Satan’s spawn.”
“Yeah, and lucky you, her celebrity crush is Satan.”

“I’m not stupid,” I say.
“Oh, yes, you are.”
“Yeah, but not that kind of stupid.”
“Oh, yes, you are.”

Let me tell you the dialogues in “Falling out of Hate with you” are pure gold. It probably won’t seem like much without context, but I promise the scenes they were in were *chef’s kiss*
And a lot of this is so great because of the characters! The characters are deep and emotional. They have many different sides to them. You get to know the characters like you get to know good friends. You learn their quirks, what they like and dislike in ways that feel so natural and not like you’re just reading about them - perfect! And not only the main characters are great - the side characters as well! E.g. Daria (Laila’s manager) is such a powerhouse!!! She is amazing, she is bad***, she is a queen! There are a lot of strong female characters in general which made me really happy to read about.
And the banter, guys! The banter is E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G!! I lived for it!

And then there is - of course - the romance! It is enemies-to-lovers/ hate-to-love with A LOT of tension and an irresistible attraction between Savage and Laila.

And one thing that had me especially excited!? Towards the end Laila listens to one of Savage’s songs and you can ACTUALLY listen to the song while reading the lyrics in the book! HOW COOL IS THAT??? And the voice of the singer?! (So, basically Savage’s voice?!) It had me melting!!! Such a sexy voice. 😂😂 Now, but PLEASE DO NOT GO and search for that song, because it contains spoilers for the book. Wait until you’ve read the book. But WOW. I was fangirling so hard!
And basically the entire book had me fangirling - I loved every second of it!❤️❤️❤️

Falling Out Of Hate With You is Book #1 of The Hate Love Duet.

Featuring Adrian Savage and Laila Fitzgerald.

Savage appears to live life in true rock star fashion, and Laila doesn't do what most woman do around him, Fall at his feet.
Savage has actually been Laila's crush for a while now but all it took was one look and these two started down a road of Falling into Hate with each other!

Savage and Laila are so alike and together they were crazy hot, sexy and funny but the chemistry between them was Off the freaking charts.

I cannot wait to see what Lauren will bring to us when we get to continue reading Savage and Laila's story in book 2 -Falling Into Love With You

This was refreshing!!!
It had the perfect amount of angst and the perfect amount of emotion.
Adrian and Laila were so steamy together! This is a hit of enemies to lovers and then a bit of friends to lovers. It's a great mix of scorching chemistry, humor and emotion.
I love rockstar romances and this is a new favorite. I seriously cannot wait for the sequel.

Falling Out Of Hate With You was a brilliant read- As soon as I started reading I fell in love with Adrian. He pulls you into the story, I got that there was a lot more to him then the whole rock star image he showed everyone.

The story gripped me from the beginning and I couldn't put it down- I was laughing, yelling and emotional... these feelings describe perfectly the rollercoaster that Layla and Adrian’s relationship is! They LOVE TO HATE!

The first part of the duet has been written brilliantly. It is funny, intense, and the chemistry between Adrian and Layla literally sizzles off the pages. Savage is the epitome of his name...
I’m definitely fan of FUGITIVE SUMMER!

Ok....how to start this here......I didn't like this book at all! the story and plot is super childish, the characters totally immature... and there's not a shred of development, it felt like i was reading about two children i can't believe this is a duet....
