Ο Τζέμπ Χάντερ είχε τη φήμη του ανθρώπου που παίρνει πάντα αυτό που επιθυμεί. Κι ακόμα, ήταν γνωστός σαν πετυχημένος και αδίστακτος επιχειρηματίας. All you need to know about this story is that the OW sets her maniacal unleashed attack dog on heroine’s gentle docile pooch, almost killing it, while OW stands there and laughs about all the fuss. What does the hero choose to do? Comfort the OW who is shedding crocodile tears!!! Anyone who follows my reviews knows that animal abuse is a RED ZONE for me. After that episode, the hero was DEAD to me. Someone write a healing epilogue please!

He is besotted and he doesn’t hide it. I like that there is chemistry between them, while they didn’t have sex before their wedding day. Old-school from 1990.
I take one star off because of the big-dog-bites-little-dog scene. That scene was so unnecessary and it doesn’t fit in a feel-good romance. Poor doggie. He survived, but only because the H drove by and rescued him.

Plots to get her. Really enjoy this theme.

I enjoyed this one, although, the pace was slower than expected. They marry only at the end. With that being said, the pace was snail but the plot was enjoyable to an extent. Towards the end I must admit I was eager to finish the story because it feels way too long, but at the same time I see that the leisure pace feels very natural to the story. There are mild angst here & there. Lots of chemistry, some tension going on between them but I did think her love confession at the end was a trite forced——-that scene could have been more creative, done more thoughtfully but whatever.
