I liked how he repeatedly points out that working together is the best key to success in the modern-day world of building and branching, as I've started to notice myself more in the world of business. It's a fairly quick read with specific relatable information that is easy to refer back to on an as-needed basis.

I had an introduction to teamwork’s pros and cons in college and this book went over some of the basics, but really dove into the do’s and don’ts for a more successful team.
