This book had a very bad reputation with existing Justice Machine fans out there, small group that we are. However, upon finally reading it (on Globalcomix), I found it to be a perfectly fine “starting over” point, and would have like to see it all continue from here. Sure, the art looks rushed in many places, and some characters look far too much alike, but this endeavor deserves none of the vitriol I’ve seen cast at it over the years.

A solid homage

I was a big fan of the Comico series back in the 80's. What attracted me back then was the wonderfully interwoven stories of the individual book with the hero's story, all within the overall story arc. It was a masterpiece. What attracted me now was nostalgia. This book answered the call and let me return to a time when turning a page was breathtaking.
