Tessa was a young vampire sent on a secret mission to the new world to take care of the. Colony of Roanoke and to meet one particular human. Nicky and his best friend Thomas were the best hunters in the colony. Nicky’s mother was the colony’s healer and his sister Lizzie was a firecracker. Able was the appointed minister had his daughter Molly who was Lizzie’s best friend and in love with Nicky. As Able and his corrupt crew wanted to overtake the colony, he used things in nature, speculation and lies to turn the colonists against the people who didn’t like him or he outright got rid of them. When Nicky and Molly realized they could be a couple, their lives seemed to become more complicated as they fought to be together. Sickness, death, betrayal, lies, traumatic pasts and a driving need for vengeance had Nicky and Molly fighting harder for their love. Interesting and fun read

This book is so amazing! Tessa is one spicy woman with fangs and she is also a clairvoyant. I dont want to spoil it for you let just say their are lots of surprises with twist and turns and a demon to boot loooooooved it .
