I really enjoyed this book. I came across Caroline’s work in the last year through her pregnancy podcast and then found her Owning It (anxiety) podcast. There are a lot of topics covered in this, as it’s based on 10 truths for embracing vulnerability. It’s definitely not a quick read as the focus of each chapter is different, which took me time to process. The main ones for me were working on self-compassion, knowing my limitations (physical and psychological), the importance of sleep and exercise, and reducing my people-pleasing tendencies. I liked the notes section at the end for further reading/talks/articles on each topic.
