Good Information

I’m a fan of non-fictions that lead you into changes gradually. This book is power-packed but often I felt like I couldn’t embrace one thought before the switch happened that tried to lead back to breaking habits. I think that there were so many good thoughts but misplaced a little. Like mentor-ship. I fully believe in the blessing of mentors but couldn’t correlate them for helping me to gain freedom from bad habits. But as a book by itself, the author had some great points on the need or blessing gained by having mentors. I liked the dealing with 1 Corinthians 13...The Love Book. As I believe the more we love God, the less we enjoy the things that separates us from Him.
The author sort of made me feel like I was getting a Sunday message that veered off but gave good nuggets and some life examples in between. I pray this doesn’t offend you in any way but help you to see how much more great of a read this would have been if it slowed down a little more. Be blessed and keep writing, the Lord and Holy Spirit will strengthen your gift.
