Good guide for those with ckd

I care for someone who has stage 4 chronic kidney disease. Her nephrologist highly recommended a strict renal diet. So, I am always on the look out for new recipe ideas. This book was just what I was looking for. These recipes will freshen up our usual rotation. There are nearly 500 recipes here, so there is a lot to choose from. And the ones we have tried have been super tasty and just what we needed.
