I received a free copy thanks to Goodreads.
This book puts a list of several ideas that are hard to reject because they reflect common sense or retake recommendations that can be found in a lot of other places. Not a lot of innovation indeed. For instance the need to ensure a good match between a job offer and the chosen candidate. It is one thing to establish a list of of good ideas but companies really lack doers, people who make it happen.
