Thrive teaches leaders how to create clarity and alignment around what high performance looks like and how to replicate it at scale, identify and eliminate barriers to performance excellence, effectively align individual and team priorities with those of the company, and build organizational systems and processes that accelerate business and financial results.
I received a free copy thanks to Goodreads. This book puts a list of several ideas that are hard to reject because they reflect common sense or retake recommendations that can be found in a lot of other places. Not a lot of innovation indeed. For instance the need to ensure a good match between a job offer and the chosen candidate. It is one thing to establish a list of of good ideas but companies really lack doers, people who make it happen.
