A sweet little novella that adds a little more clarity on Leon and what he was in Nyx's life and why he moved over to the dark angels however doesn't bring a lot to the overall story.
If you don't get a chance to read, you haven't missed any gapping plot holes in the main Legion of angels series.

This book intrigued me because I didn't understand who Nyx was or what the relationship was with Leda.
Tremendous journey Nyx had to take to get her life back just because she fell in love with the wrong person.
Neither Leon is such a saint nor Nyx such a villain. Ronan turned his back on her and she sought comfort in a friend, but he went to the opposite side and created the trap that led Nyx to lose two hundred years of her life.
Ronan does not deserve forgiveness, however, Nyx sacrificed herself for him so she will end up forgiving him.
I see a great similarity between Nyx and Leda. They are both brave, warriors, sarcastic and would sacrifice themselves for those they love, plus they are in love with someone forbidden.

‘Legion of Angels’ story. 0.5. Found in the authors newsletter. Short story about First Angel Nyx’s early life before she knew what she was and became an angel. She has no memory of where she came from and is having deadly nightmares that may be real.
