Kodesh

Rate this book
Kodesh is a compilation of vignettes which create a story about a Jewish Orthodox settlement. It follows a variety of characters who chose to live in complete segregation from the outside world, and within their settlement, there is complete gender segregation. A brilliant response to the current trend of erasing women, Kodesh is a dystopia which acts a warning.

Thought provoking

Brave new world in Judaism. Thought provoking book. When society excludes the input of women, it fails to be successful.

Stunning critic of the erasure of women in our community. Beautifully written and incredibly engaging. Each vignette is more poignant than the last.
