Enjoyed reading this love story. Poor Alisa losing her future husband days before the wedding. He ran off with another woman. She goes on her honeymoon alone to assess here life after also being fired. When she meets Blake and his Aunt her life changes for the better. Loved the scenery description too. Thanks for such a good story. Written by Cindy :)
Alisa was dumped right before her wedding. Then she lost her job sooooo sh decided to go on her honeymoon alone. She went to a lodge 7 hours from her home, met the inn keeper at a family run lodge. Aunt Martha was a sweetheart. She met Martha’s nephew Blake, he thought she was beautiful and she was attracted to him. Read the rest of the story, you will enjoy it.
I always want the cover to match the guy in the book. I enjoyed the story but Alisa was so down on herself. Even after she had a great night with Blake, she couldn't even believe he would want her. Her cheating ex really did a job in her. I'm glad she found someone to love her.
Great quick read! Short stories like this can be hit or miss on making the characters relatable and the plot believable but the author did a great job with both!
