Full of mystery and suspense Clair Poulson glues you to the story from start to finish. You can’t help but get invested with the characters. The reader of the book is hands down amazing with making it come alive with the different voices. I highly recommend this book to all those who enjoy a good mystery and the feel of suspense.
I was a little disappointed in this book by Clair Poulson - I found the characters believable but their actions, things they said and did, a little ridiculous and unbelievable - it was entertaining and mysterious but not the best quality of book writing for Mr. Poulson. Not really his usual, good work.
This was one of his better ones. The women were still portrayed a little silly but not as daft as in some of his others. I was thinking the bad guy could’ve been someone else- whose actions should’ve been more severely dealt with sooner- but it was a good whodunnit, action thriller
There wasn't much point to this book. I guess not using drugs is a good lesson. Through the book everyone is looking for the killer and the kidnapped person.
I thought this book was very suspenseful and had me continuing to turn page after page. I gave it a 4 out of 5 because it didn't ever say why the murderer had a problem with Joe.
I really like Clair Poulson’s books. He can keep my attention and keep me wondering the whole time. It was fun to have a book setting close to where I live too.
