I love it! So much drama, excitement and suspense!
What a great way to end this stellar series. This ended up being so different than your standard reverse harem bully romance! It had intrigue, suspense, crime, dark characters in a mafia type criminal world. There are the Lost Boys who work for a crime boss and there is another large crime boss who may or may not gain enough power to start a war.
Then there is Cordelia (a.k.a. Cora) our heroine who worked so hard in the first two books to get her father out of prison only to find out that he cares much more about status and money than he ever did about her and he thinks he could have gotten out on his own so he doesn’t even thank her for all she did for him.
Cora is starting to think her father deserves to be in prison and wishes she never got him out. She is having trouble sneaking out to see the Bishop, Kace, and Misael as well. Her father keeps putting her together with Barrett King despite the fact that she told him how much she dislikes him.
This book all plays out in ways I could never have guessed and the surprises keep coming one after another. I totally loved it. The romance was super steamy just like the first two books. I didn’t think I would like all the crime aspects of this series but I really ended up loving it all! Though the “Lost boys” and Cora were all seniors in high school they were all older than their years due to the way they had grown up.
The guys had all grown up in foster care and had been through a lot at young ages and they had been working in a criminal organization for a few years as well because their foster parents were in it for the money only and were never around and didn’t spend the money on them. So they had to make enough money for their own food, clothing and necessities.
Cora, though she had grown up as a rich princess, had never gotten any love from her parents, they were basically strangers to her. She was basically raised by staff who were paid to be there at certain times of the day. So she also was older than her years. Overall I really loved this series, it was original and creative.

This series had so much potential when I decided to do a buddy read. So much potential. The reviews were great. It was a new author for me. I was very excited.
Then the first book came around. Then the second book. And then this book.
The one thing that I can say is that this is an erotica series. I don’t know why it doesn’t say erotica for a genre, but soooo many sex scenes. 75% of the authors work literally just went to the many sexual scenes in the book rather than to the plot. I mean they were good at first, but a lot of the parts seemed recycled and it just didn’t add to the characters or to the story. Like at all.
The plot could’ve been so good! Like after finishing this series, I just read the last 25% of the book and was thinking “why didn’t the author play on the crime scene arena of the plot more?” Literally could’ve made it more enticing to read. The plot from the beginning seemed lacking, and all of a sudden 75% in this book, the author wants to put more effort into a plot. That annoyed me very much.
The climax of a story, or even a series, shouldn’t be at the very end of the book/series. But it seriously could’ve been so good. I feel like this author disappointed me, but I haven’t even read any of her other books. I don’t even know if I want to read any other book of hers just yet.
The characters had some development more in this one which was great, but again, I was disappointed that it took until the end of the serious to add something to the characters development.
Overall, I kept reading the story so that says something. With all it’s errors and with all of my comments against this series, I still read it and I was still routing for Cora and the boys. My biggest annoyance with this one is all the unnecessary sex scenes. Ever single time Cora saw them she had sex with them, and it got boring and over rated. She put more effort into that instead of the plot so the story took a hit because the authors priorities were off.
Solid 3.0 star rating for the book and the series.

I give this book a 1.5 star rating. I was invested for a hot second in one point of the book, but I couldn’t even relish in that moment. For the conflict that occurred at 74% and was quickly wrapped up.
I would have rated this book maybe 2 stars or higher if the author actually gave me something to read. She could have let us readers feel more connected to Kace, Bishop, and Misael. Can anyone actually recall a nice conversation that Cora had with any of them that didn’t involve her having sex with them after a few sentences? Yeah. Because those conversations don’t exist. No joke every time she came across “The Lost Boys” she has sex with them, and she forgets everything that she is struggling with. Great solution to her problems *insert eyeroll* It was just unnecessary and there was nothing romantic about it.
Cora’s character completely turned 180. She was quiet and turned into this girl who would get rage spells. Beats people up at school and even attacked her mother at one point. I don’t care that she did that, I care about how it was just triggered. We saw no character development to truly understand how she got like that. She just blew me as hot and cold.
The men are cute (I’m looking at you Kace). I mentioned in my last review that there really wasn’t a point for Misael…well he actually has a purpose in the third book. I also have to point out that I didn’t realize that Kace was blonde until the end of the this book…oops. I still picture him with dark hair.
The series could have been way better if the author really focused on the plot. If the author doesn’t care about the story, how are the readers supposed to care? I will tell you what she did care about though, she cared about writing the “intimate” scenes. Not saying that’s bad, but it just took over the whole book and I got tired of it.
My feelings that sum up the conclusion for the series is...Is that it? Sadly, the answer is yes. You are left underwhelmed throughout the whole. We felt action for a brief moment and that moment is basically solved in a few pages. Disappointing.

This book was extremely boring until Chapter 19. Then things got a bit more interesting. I guess I'm happy with the resolution and end of the book. It is just that the plot was so weak. If you want to read a similar series that deals properly with the underground element and its dangers I suggest The Havoc Boys by C.M. Stunich.

Like the plot wasn’t realistic at all and it was a okay book. Nothing amazing or special but did she ever graduate high school? And then they’re like let’s get married 😒 and we want to have kids. Look there’s nothing wrong with that but why so soon?? I also don’t understand how they don’t get jealous. When they were being attacked at the end it all just happened so suddenly and THEY DIDN’T EVEN GET HURT BADLY 😤 THE AUTHOR HAD SUCH A GOOD SET UP TO HAVE SOMEONE GET SHOT OR HURT OR ANYTHING. They barely got hurt 😒 AND WHEN SHE LEFT HER DAD IT WAS AFTER ALL OF THIS I WANTED HER TO JUST COME TO THE CONCLUSION HERSELF THAT SHE NEEDED TO LEAVE. I thought she was growing throughout the book and getting more brain cells but she clearly lost them. Book overall was fine.

SOoooooooo this series got boring in book 3.
I was totally over the whole thing.
“You’re ours, Princess. You always will be. No matter fucking what.”
There was no action and no bullying at all.
Then Bishop’s hand caught my chin, tilting my face up to meet his gaze. “It’ll be alright, Cora. We’ll figure something out. Don’t lose hope, okay?” I reached up to grab his hand, clinging to it as I nodded. “Can I see you again soon?” “Princess, you can see us any fuckin’ time you want.” Kace turned my head to steal a kiss, and Misael followed suit.
Im glad it had a HEA but I wasn’t super interested by then.
“It’s okay. I like knowin’ I’ll be walkin’ around tomorrow with your mark on me. I hope the whole damn world sees it. Let ’em know I belong to you.” “I belong to you too, Misael,” I murmured, pulling against his grip on my hair to kiss him again. “Marked or not. I’m yours.” I could feel his smile against my lips, both sinful and sweet. “I know.”
The spicy chapters were great, but still a bit PG
“Misael.” I held up a hand, viscerally aware of all three of the men around me, feeling the heat of Kace and Bishop’s bodies as they stood close to me on either side. “You didn’t answer my question. Do you not want to marry me?” His expression shifted, and I swore I could see his heart in his eyes. His soul. Everything about him that made him sweet and funny and protective and dangerous. It was all laid bare in the beautiful brown depths of his irises. “Cora, I’d fuckin’ marry you tomorrow if I could. I love you.”

Begins as a bully high school, and ends as a crime family blackmailing a nasty rich man to teach him a lesson, and to help the main characters.
A whirlwind of plot twists, hate, love, blackmail, frustration, shock, pleasure,.... You name it chances are it's in there!!
It's a mid burning RH and the scenes just get hitter and hotter as the pages go 🔥🔥
Our FMC Cora spends a lot of her time in confusion about her parents and who they really are.
In the first book she and her mum move from a rich area and her rich posh school to a lower level of cash area and a public school as her dad is arrested for a crime.
She spends the first third of the trilogy convinced her dad is innocent of what he has been jailed for and goes about gathering proof with the help of our MMCs Bishop, Miseal and Kase, who have connections to people who can help.
Her parents don't seem to have learnt anything from this life changing event. Whereas Cora has completely done a 180 and has a different outlook, better morals and her eyes are open in a way they never were. The way her parents treat her afterwards is just awful. Like she's there as a commodity. And that's it. There's no love in either if them.
Thank goodness she has the boys... Altho, if her dad has his way they'll be out of the picture soon....

This was probably my least favorite of the series. The stakes were high enough, but really Cordelia could have walked away. Sure, her father may have gone after the Lost Boys, but Nicolas was also protecting them. And the solution was wrapped up a little easily too.
But... once again Kase is on the case. Totally saving her at the dance and that scene after. Kase is pretty much ideal at this point.
I'm glad that her father finally got what he deserved - more or less. Though punishment could have gone beyond screwing with his plans. I like to think that Nicolas made his life pretty miserable after the wedding. Making him do his bidding and so forth. That sounds pretty appropriate. Also, I would love to think that the boys and Cordelia got a step up in their home. It never really describes their new home, but I hated to think of them in foster care.
Overall, happy with how the series ended, though the first book was the best.

Overall, I really enjoyed this trilogy!
I really enjoyed the author's writing style, it's simple in a positive way - just easy to read and flows nicely without being overdone. If that even makes sense?😅
I liked the plot - engaging but not too convoluted, the character - most of the actions fit their backgrounds and their age. Also it had enough 🔥🔥 but also not too much for the plot. Finally - loved that it wasn't standard bully and that Hs were possessive enough.
I guess my complaint - no epilogue in the future and maybe, at times, I wanted more character depth - maybe Hs POV (not all the time but just a bit). Also, I would really classify this as dark personally, so feel like the labelling of the book doesn't 100% fit.

I loveddd this series!! 4.5 overall! Just a bit disappointed there wasn’t an epilogue at the end, I would’ve loved to see them all in the future, maybe with kids! But either way, I thoroughly loved this series and definitely recommend if you love reverse harem

5 Stars☆☆☆☆☆
This is the best reverse harem series I've read thus far. In my opinion, everything worked. The heroine is likable, the guys are wonderful and the plot was believable and gripping. I really felt and connected to these characters and I'm kind of sad that it's over. If you're a fan of reverse harem and haven't read this already, I highly recommend this series!

The audacity of The Father made me want to kick him in the balls. The fiancé, barrett, made me want to kill him. And in the end I knew it would work out the way it did. And I loved it. I love the whole series. Way to go eva.

This is the best reverse harem series I’ve read to date. I have to admit that I tried reading a bully romance, a RH one at that, and I couldn’t finish it. I just don’t like the bully part of it. Even if they do end up being together in the end. I’m soft hearted so it’s hard to take when I get so emotionally invested into the story.
That being said, that is one of the main reasons I loved this series. I wouldn’t label it as a bully romance. And now I’m having a hard time finding a RH like this series that DOESN’T involve bullying.
This was one of the best series I’ve read so far this year. I fell in love with all the boys and the heroine really grew throughout the series, and learned to stand up for herself. I definitely recommend this series as a great RH romance with some suspense and thrill.

Now that Cora’s father is out, what will happen between Cora and her Lost Boys. “Not all prisons are made of steel and concrete. Some are made of the finest marble and expensive mahogany.” Coralee is a fighter and it shows in this book. She fights for her boys and does so until the very end. This final book is a great one and has an amazing end to the series. I was hooked all the way from page one of the first book till the end of the third book. Great Job Eva Ashwood.

Perfect ending

I loved this series
I absolutely loved this series to pieces. It was raw and gritty and so full of truths that we face each day. I loved every second that I was captivated by it and I wish it never ended.
Cora was once a girl so blinded by money and status and the teachings of her parents. She accepted everything they made her do and never lived from herself. Never thought life could be different. One day that all changed. She met the lost boys. Boys who in their own right didn’t trust anyone besides each other. Boys who didn’t know what love was and what family was outside of the three of them. One day that changed when they met a girl from “the right side of the tracks.”
This series depicted the social gap and the cruelty between being poor and wealthy.
This four broken lost souls met each other and fell in love. Saw life could be different. They could be who they wanted and love who they wanted because money and status aren’t everything. Not when all it does is make you miserable. Ugh this story went from a girl and her boys. To a woman and her men. Amazing. I wish there was more.

A decent ending.
I think I actually liked this one marginally better than the first two books. Not sure why, I guess the pacing was a little faster? Not sure.
I will say I didn't understand the big deal about the whole arranged marriage fiasco. Her dad wants her to marry this other guy; but so what? It's not like we live in a country (or century) that he can force that on her. The worst he could do is cut her off. And if she loves her guys as much as she says she does, then go for it. Once she turned 18 she should've just left.
Of course, she managed to get out of the whole arrangement while also keeping her inheritance. But I didn't think it was as suspenseful of a plot as it was passed off as.
I did love how the guys (and her) handled their separation after she moved away from Slateview. They didn't distance themselves and always managed to be there for her when she needed them. They really proved themselves worthy during that separation and showed how serious they were about her.
That being said, the actual relationship between all of them was almost a little too easy. There were virtually no issues within her relationship with the guys along the way. In some ways, this was nice and sweet. But in others it felt a little boring. I think somewhere in between perfect and toxic would've been nice.
Still, I do so love an RH that loves to share. So I can't deny that that part was pretty awesome.
The steam was still okay. Pretty hot in places, but repetitive in others. But I did like that she got some alone time with each of them and plenty of group time too. It was a good balance.
Cora was less naive and dumb in this one and therefore less annoying. I thought she made better choices and things worked out in the end.
Overall it was an okay series. I liked that the RH loved to share, loved the bromance between the guys, and how devoted they all are to Cora. But the plot was lacking intensity and the story lacked depth. It was an okay read. But not the best either.

I am not usually a fan of the school trope but holy jeez did this one change my mind. Honestly after book 1 I wasn’t even thinking about the fact that they’re all still in school.
Our FMC is Grace and her and her mom suddenly are taken out of their rich, lavish lifestyle and have to move to the “other side of the tracks” part of town after her dad is arrested. Grace is convinced her dad is innocent and determined to help him but between our MMC’s and everyone at school who hate her father she’s finding out things she wasn’t prepared for.
Our MMCs are Bishop, Kace and Misael. They run the school and even though they aren’t fans of her dad they offer Grace protection…in exchange for being theirs. The relationships between Grace and each guy is so beautiful and to see them show her all the attention and affection she never had just makes your heart melt. Don’t get me wrong though, these guys are tough, possessive and protective. Kace has my whole heart and is definitely up there on my favorite book boyfriends list.
True to form these books have lots of plot twists you didn’t see coming that keep you wanting to devour these books as fast as you can. Run. Don’t walk to these.

Sooooooo deliciously good!!
I just finished reading all three books today. I started at 5 am, lol. Ended at 7 pm. I could not stop! I did not review the first two because I just wanted to keep reading. Yeah, for a reverse harem high school romance?!? I give this series 5 stars. I usually find the steam scenes a bit awkwardly written or the writer just does all of the guys scenes separately. But Miz Ashwood? Nah, she gets these boys aaallllll involved! Sooo sexy, strictly Male-Female action for those that don't like to dabble, and HAAAAAWWWWWT!!!!!!! Holy Christ on a cracker. I mean, yeaaaah. That good. The characters are well developed. I adore Bishop, Kace, and Misael!!! They each had a great and diverse personality that made them interesting. Cordelia is definitely NOT a typical whinny, weak, soggy excuse of the female MC. She holds up to these boys and her poor excuse for parents. I most definitely recommend this book! I wish there was an extended epilogue about their future!!

What an Ending
This book was phenomenal. You get books in a series and a lot of times the second and third books don’t live up to just how great the first book is, but Mad Love surpassed the first two and became my favorite of this series. All three books were great and I am looking forward to reading more from this author because she has become a favorite of mine in just reading these three books.
Cordelia’s life has been torn apart and pitched back together with tape from the first book to the third. She’s grown so much as a young woman throughout the three books and reading her sass has been incredible. Cora has her three men, Kace, Bishop and Misael and they give Cora something to fight for as she works hard to decide who she wants to be.
I will say, these books are not for everyone, but I love them, they’re beautiful and this author knows how to make a book steamy! I’m sad that it has ended and I kind of want an Epilogue, whether it be a year, five years or even ten years down the road to see how things are with Cora and her men.

3.5 ⭐️ I really liked the ending to this book! It was a good end to the series and I enjoyed it. However, I still think it went on for too long and reads like a Wattpad book. This is basically a full on erotica book, with a tiny bit of plot. I feel like the series could’ve been one full book, with three separate parts of the book. All the way from the beginning to the middle of the book was just filler, and it didn’t start to pick up until the ambush. The twists were somewhat predictable for me. I still really like this book though, and I LOVE how Cora was the one to shoot Eli. I really love the characters, especially Josephine. I didn’t like Cora too much, but she’s alright. This series was a good one for me that was quick and easy to read, since it got me out of a slump, which I’m grateful for. I most likely will not ever read it again, unless I go back to certain scenes if I want to read some good smut. Overall, pretty good.

In this final book Eva gives us everything imaginable that could happen to Cora. True her father is out which she wanted but now we see what was talked about him for the first two books. She realizes a lot about her family that she never saw. Her boys despite being across town still talk to her daily and all of them sneak around to see each other. Don't care about your station in life, no one, no one wants to learn about how bad your parents are.
Though Cora tries to see the good in her parents, she is constantly comparing them to her boys and to how Nathaniel is with Josephine. When or a really listens to what Josephine is saying she makes one of the best decisions for herself and we see what her emotional and psychological pain are like. The ending was o e of joy and happiness for Cora, Bishop, Misael and Kase. I wished there was more to this series!

This is a solid series, and I enjoyed it. The thing that bothers me is how the books are separated into 3, and they’re short, so it doesn’t feel like 3 separate books but like one book that was cut into 3. I feel like the true climax of the whole series isn’t until the third book, and it feels like it was done quickly. Like i don’t think the second book even had a climax (none that’s memorable enough at least, and i read it today too lol).
This book definitely had the most sex scenes of the series, and it got to be too much at times when i really would’ve preferred a conversation. The guys were great, and i would’ve loved scenes from their perspective.
Cora was a nice female lead, but i would’ve liked more from her. I thought she would’ve finally been able to solve her own problems and stand up for herself, but ultimately it wasn’t her actions that saved her.

In my other reviews, I mentioned that one of the boys, I felt, got shafted.
Now he got to "marry" the girl. I was actually thrilled that Cora married Miseal. Like, YES.
Now, mind you, Kace is STILL my favorite but these boys were the their one personalities, habits, and ways of talking. The author stayed true to the boys and I loved it.
The only thing that I was "eh" about was Cora...
Girl, you didn't want to marry the other asshole, you should've dipped. ✌️✌️ With that being said I'm not this character nor do I live a fancy life (#goals) but she didn't back off how she grew and developed. That I admired about her.
This series was great. The telly parts were still in there but I kinda got used to it.
I guess I was just impatient to know what happened next. 😍

Omgggg
This has to be one of my top rh reads! Even though this series was only set through a handful of months I felt Cora still had character growth. She found out how to stand up for herself and not take anyone's crap. Not only did I love her but I adored all of the men. Yes they had hard edges but they never really showed much fear of ensuring Cora knew how they felt about her and their relationship. Another plus was there was no jealousy between them. The relationship was just so smooth(not including the very beginning lol). The plot and action in the story was great, it just flowed so well. There weren't a thousand different problems that made me think ok now its just getting ridiculous lol. This book was also super hot! Those steamy scenes had me fanning myself for real. This series, in my opinion, was the total package...definitely recommend!
