The stories are linked by a demonic presence that goes through the world collecting souls for hell and, at times, refining the twisted souls on earth into something even more evil and perverse. A great collection of short stories that kept me engrossed. Compelling, original, memorable. A good mix of stories kept my interest up. Overall, I enjoyed reading this fascinating book.
