Destined to rule. Targeted by rebels. But giving in to the fated bond with the royal guard protecting her could mean capture, or worse, death.

Trinity Parks wakes after an attempted mugging to find her entire world has changed. No longer is she an ordinary teenager, but a young woman with power and a destiny to fulfill.

Not exactly how she was expecting to celebrate her eighteenth birthday.

In the blink of an eye, Trinity finds herself in front of the elite Royal Guard from the mystical Kingdom of Angor. They tell her she’s Angor’s lost princess and heir to the throne. And the royal blood that runs through her veins gives her immense powers. It also means rebels opposing her father’s rule will stop at nothing until she is captured, or dead. As Trinity discovers the life she lost, she must learn to control her emerging powers and survive at all costs. And as if that wasn’t enough, Trinity’s undeniable connection to Julian, one of the guards keeping her safe, becomes harder to resist every day. In their life of danger, there is no room for romance.

But as the risk – and the heat between them – grows ever stronger, Trinity knows there is no going back.

~~ Trinity Found is the first book in the Lost Daughter of Angor series. Inside, you’ll find strong, badass women who take the lead. Diverse and LGBTQ+ characters who will steal your heart, and make you smile and laugh. And plenty of non-stop action and romance.

Trinity Found ends in a cliffhanger.

I received the ARC copy of Trinity Found and was so incredibly excited to get started. I want to start by saying that this book pulled me out of a reading slump. It was an easy and quick read. You immediately get right into action, romance, friendships, and drama. I loved that there was hardly any lull periods. I found myself continuously wanting more with each chapter. I also loved how I could guess when certain things would happen and would be floored when other things arose. Trinity Found ends in a huge cliffhanger and will, 100%, leave you counting down the time until you can read the next book. This book included diversity, lgbtq characters, and badA female characters. I would recommend this book a million times over.

Trinity is a young adult whose life is turned around when she discovers her true self on her 18th birthday. She is quickly thrown into a new world while leaving behind her past. She creates friendships and a steamy romance with a handsome boy. While going through the trials of getting to the new world she belongs to, she’s forced to grow up quickly and take on battles that result in death for those around her. In the end, when a big battle is done, Trinity finds new bigger battles emerging. She’s ultimately forced with ultimatums and has to decide what is worth fighting for.

This book was either written while the author was high on speed or by someone about to die and needed to get their words out as soon as physically possible.

By page 57, (yes! Only 57!) Trinity had:

▪️Been attacked by a drug hazed mugger.
▪️Discovered that she had super powers.
▪️Ended up in hospital
▪️Discovered she’s the long lost princess to a parallel world.
▪️Found her bodyguards assigned to protect her life
▪️Abandoned her entire past life including her parents, friends and job.
▪️Had her life physically threatened three times
▪️Discovered the guy she’s had a crush on hates her guts and wants to kill her.
▪️Discovers another bloke with the security detail is her soulmate, and can’t wait to get kinky with him.
▪️Discovers she has allllll the superpowers.
▪️Members of her security detail get murdered, but no remorse is even considered.
▪️Discovered the locket around her neck holds a secret message from her dead mum.
▪️Seems to take all of the changes to her life without so much as a flinch, and ploughs on laughing all the way.

That wasn’t even 100 pages in! It was insane the pace this book was written! No suspense, no tension, just verbal diarrhoea with ideas being thrown at you so quickly it was like constant slaps to the face.

Another DNF for me unfortunately as I felt the story was so rushed there was little to no consideration for character development. The MC came across as heartless and completely unrealistic and basically annoyed the cr*p out of me, which was a real pity.
With a bit more time and empathy, this book could have been something truly amazing but sadly this was not to be.

Good Story, fun read

Great story, fast moving story and characters and their relationships develop fast. Seems like a daydream. I enjoyed the book and I'm very excited to read the next. However sometimes the story seemed rushed. I will recommend this to anyone who likes Royalty, powers, and love. I found myself excited to see certain relationships develop and cute puppy love bloom

Trinity is a usual teenager until she is attacked by a mugger. She discovers she's not normal, and she's not even human. She is actual the lost daughter of Angor, a world separated from Earth. With the help of Julian and the Royal Guard, they try to get her back home, until the people looking for her finally find her.

This feels a little like X-Men, with everyone having different powers, or virtues. The author has built a unique world that is thrilling and leaves you wanting to know more.

The love story that is built between Trinity and Julian is the classic female falls in love with her body guard/protector, but is unique with her anima mates (soul mates), where anyone is who is born at the same exact moment are Anima mates. It's a sweet and heart breaking story filled with love, deception and loss that leaves you wanting more.

I recieved a ARC of this book. And may I just say... I would have been thrilled to have happened upon this book! The main character is a young woman who's not sure what's next after high school. She's just working her job waiting tables in the Bronx. When suddenly she utilizes skills she never learned to escape a dangerous situation.
Upon waking in the hospital she finds herself thrust into a world she never knew existed. It's a wild ride in the best kind of way.
I really liked that she grew exponentially throughout the story (and not always in a perfectly positive way.) Which made it better IMHO. So many times I expected it to end but it really had some surprises. I will definitely be on the watch for the next book!

I didnt give this book 5 stars because I don't like being left hanging and not having the other book. So be sure if you read this to have book 2 also. Other than that the book was a page turner. I can't wait for book 2.

I was in a reading slump and this book got me out of it.I don't like cliffhanger. but I can't wait for book two. I like that both world mention 8n the book are close but some of the stuff that Trinity says go over thier heads.
This book is really good Trinity finds she has a whole new life since she turned 18, she has powers and a father she never meet and a uncle that wants her spot in line. She has to figure out how to beat her uncle so she can rule the world.

I received Trinity Found as an ARC in exchange for an honest review. And I must honestly say that I really enjoyed this story. If you like main characters finding themselves, powers, strong side characters that have character arcs and other worlds, this is the book for you. I could not put this book down and I cannot wait to read the next one!

Great YA read.

I found Settle through a follow-back party on TT. I was a bit worried about the YA aspect of this book and romance because of their ages. However, she set it up beautifully with the main characters, turn 18 at the same time. It was a great fantasy read, and the MFC was a sassy character.
