Seguimos a Takemichi el cual sigue en el pasado intentando corregir el futuro, y pa
ta ello debe evitar una muerte de unos de los cabecillas de los Tokyo revenge, se avecina una pelea importante con Mobius, logrará de tener el asesinato o no!?
Con un final que nos deja con muchas dudas acabo este tomo.

So, the pace picks up a bit more here and we have more high stakes stuff. The ending was a real cliffhanger as well. I do wish we got some more of the present day stuff, as I feel like that would help with building tension, he does something and then goes back and sees how things have changed. However, this is still pretty good and we have some huge brawls and some huge life changing decisions made by quite a few characters.

In Deutschland sind Vol. 3 und 4 ein Doppelband.

Takemichi Hanagaki erfährt, dass seine einzige Freundin Hinata Tachibana von der Tokyo Manji Gang getötet wurde. Am nächsten Tag wird er am Bahnsteig von einem Unbekanntem auf die Gleise gestoßen. Dadurch reist er 12 Jahre in die Vergangenheit und steckt in seinem Ich aus der damaligen Zeit. Nun will Takemichi die Zukunft ändern und Hinata vor ihrem Tod bewahren. 

Auch in Band 2 lässt das Tempo und die Spannung nicht nach. Eine großartige Reihe.

Overall: The continuation of Moebius Arc, saving Draken and Mikey's and Draken's friendship from resolving the gang.

Everyone who looks up to you starts fighting too! It's not just YOUR problem, it's gonna tear everyone in Toman apart."

This arc made my heart melt for Takemichi. The fact he tried his earnest to save everyone here and I love how he knocked some sense into Draken and Mikey in the most hilarious but effective way. The words he said struck a chord to both of them and that's why Mikey took a liking to Takemichi eventhough he's just this normal guy. I like how their friendship progresses and tho Takemichi is not the brightest in the lot, he most definitely tried to make amends with everyone and tried to save everyone evnetho its not entirely perfect.



And again, my girl Hina pulled up the weight for this volume. The fact that she's there at every downfall of Takemichi, and supported him through his antiques, sticks by when he feels down and always lifted his spirits up makes her a strong one. I like that Hina is the main triggers for Takemichi into believing in himself more. It makes me teary in a sense and this arc is about Takemichi facing his fears again.

Gangster-themed and teenage biker gang manga really isn't my cup of tea but after I read a few yaoi fanfics from this fandom even before I watched the anime adaptation. I was kinda smitten with the story and its characters!

Plus, after I watched the anime adaptation and saw how a certain character interacted with another certain character (I'm sure you know who I'm talking about), my reaction was: "Holy shit! You're telling me this is not a Boy's Love series!????"

Me encantó este volumen. De por si todo lo que pasa es fenomenal, y la traducción argentinizada de Ivrea sólo lo hace mil veces mejor.

Mikey y Draken se pelean. La Toman está dividida y Takemichi tiene que solucionarlo para salvar a todos.

Aquí la cosa ya se empieza a poner interesante. Hay paneles brutales. Nunca pensé que un manga de peleas me fuese a gustar tanto. La cosa es que los vínculos y la amistad entre ellos te emociona tanto que te engancha. Deseando seguir con la relectura.

OMG, this series just keeps getting better and better! Like all the volumes so far lots of violence (that is what you get with gangs), but also plenty of planning, trying to enjoy the days he has, making sure that things go right, and more! It was so exciting.

Come spesso mi succede, so tornare sui miei passi, rivedere e aggiustare il mio giudizio.
E non me ne vergogno affatto.

Avevo stroncato e liquidato Tokyo Revengers dopo aver letto i primi due tankobon: protagonisti anagraficamente troppo piccoli per essere credibili (un bambino di quinta elementare che si tatua un drago sulla testa è piuttosto inverosimile).

Però è anche vero che leggo ogni giorno storie di gente che vola, spara raggi dagli occhi, di miliardari che combattono il crimine vestiti da pipistrello, etc, etc.
Quindi ho deciso di sospendere il più possibile l’incredulità e di dare una seconda chance a TR.
E ne è valsa assolutamente la pena, questo terzo volume l’ho divorato, finisce con un cliffhanger totale e la scrittura e i disegni del Maestro Wakui sono impeccabili.

This volume was all about the brawl between two gangs: Toman and Moebius. This fight later turned inwards dividing the Toman into two factions.

Tokyo Revengers is nothing like what I've been expecting. It's way cooler!
