Ronan Conner knew there would payback from his prank on his brother's girl, but finding out he is a participant in bachelor auction is too far. Ronan decides to go to the event planner and get out of it, he ends up meeting Thea. Thea is a beauty and Ronan is instantly hooked. He pursues Thea and Thea finds herself being swept off her feet, but is it moving to quick or will they find their happily ever after.
I enjoyed this one tremendously. Thea is a full figured woman and owns it, I like the fact that the characters in Cee Bowerman books are not perfect. Ronan was fascinating, there is so much to his character that I had no clue about. The other thing in the book was one of the other characters completely surprised me by what I thought would happen to his story. Great read.

I liked that there was no drama in this one, that Thea wasn't in peril at some point, like all the the other women. I especially liked that Ronan was struck dumb when he met Thea and was all in from that moment, that her being pregnant by another man didn't make him blink. The way that Ronan and the rest of the Connor clan accepted Thea's BFF was great! Sure their nuclear family was a bit odd, but it worked for them and that is all that is important. I really loved how the BFF was stunned by the way that the Connors took up for him when they realized someone said something rude to him. Also great was the escape ice cream party that the ladies had when the men were driving them nuts. Great solidarity there!

An Unusual Situation
I love all the stories by Cee Bowerman about Rojo, Texas, but especially the Conner Brothers Construction ones. This big loving hilarious family just warms my heart.
This book is all about Ronan. He’s an identical twin and he and his brother Royal have always been treated in much the same way by everyone, in fact, his parents even had trouble telling them apart. They are incredibly close and live next door to one another, and are in and out of each other’s houses all the time. Ronan is also a large part of the babysitting roster for his deceased sister’s twins.
Thea is a successful business woman, running her own events company bought from her mother. She loves her job and the people she works with. She’s happy with her life and is pregnant with her ex-husband’s baby. Her ex-husband is her best friend and she spends a lot of time with him and his boyfriend who has also become a good friend. They have chosen to have a child to raise between the three of them even though she and her husband are no longer romantically involved.
When Ronan and Thea meet there are fireworks. There is a major case of insta-love/lust going on with these two and it’s really sweet. They are smitten from the outset. They each take the other’s unusual circumstances in their stride. I love this author for creating such an unconventional set of relationships and making it work. Their HEA might not be everyone’s cup of tea but for these people, it works. I always like it when everyone gets the HEA they want rather than what society thinks they should want.
The humour is gentle and the characters are ordinary people who might have had some sadness and pain in their past, like everyone does, but they have dealt with it so it hasn’t left them too damaged. They can both go into a relationship with open hearts and it’s nice to see that in a novel. I might not always want this kind of sweetness in my reading material, but I do enjoy it every now and then and this author always delivers.

The Queen of Rojo does it again!
I don't know how she does it, but every time Cee introduces another new character to us, we just make room for them and love them just like all the others. All the good feels in this book and cannot wait for another installment of Rojo reading pleasure.

The sweetest love story ever
Oh boy, this hands down is just so dang good. Sometimes you just need a simple straight love story and this is what you get. Ronan and Thea meet after a pay back prank set up by Lena. It is pretty much love at first sight. This book is not a straight forward conventional love story..it has a slight twist but what I loved most about this story was there was no angst, drama, disaster or other woman that seem to be thrown into romances these days. With all the favourite Conner Construction characters in this book, we have a boy meets girl, falls in love story with the usual shenanigans from the Conner men. This book is a must read. It leaves you feeling so good. Once again Cee has hit it out of the ballpark

A definite must read book & series!
I started reading this author's books because I was curious after seeing the unusual covers, and she quickly became one of my favorites! I absolutely loved the Texas KingsMC and the Texas Knights MC series, which I would highly recommend, and I knew that this was going to be another fantastic series as well. Each story is a unique blend of awesome characters, hilarious banter, crazy antixs, unusual situations, and unconditional love between this unconventional family. It's not a series that you'll want to miss!
I would definitely recommend this book, series, and exceptional author.

Ronan by Cee Bowerman is book 4 in the Connor Brothers construction series. It is an easy read about twin Ronan and his budding new relationship with Thea. Ronan is between women after the death of family members and is just plodding along in his daily life. When he is caught up in the middle of a prank, he goes on the rampage to find out who has put his picture on a poster which has made him part of an auction, only to come across Thea, the event planner who is behind it all. For Ronan, the attraction is instant but for Thea, she has a lot going on in her life, not only with her ex-husband, but also big life decisions which make falling for Ronan a little difficult.
This was another quick read for me. It was great seeing the rest of the Connor family again, their dynamic, banter and pure love for each other makes each book a page turner. Ronan and Thea’s relationship were sweet and actually not as complicated as you think it is going to be. Everyone kind of has a place in this book, but it works. Thea was a perfectly, imperfect woman and it was refreshing to read about her story and how she felt growing up as well as her relationship with everyone she meets. Ronan was simply perfect for her, giving her enough push and pull in the relationship and just overall, making their dynamic work.
If you like your romances, sassy, sexy and sweet, then this is a series for you!

Interesting story about a woman who had been married and was having a baby with her ex because she felt she wanted a child and didn't want to wait. Her ex who had been her best friend for most of their lives but had denied his sexual orientation for a long time because of family issues. She then meets Ronan due to his sister-in-law getting payback on a prank he pulled on her. And the fireworks began. It didn't take them long to find their way. This was a cute love story without any true big drama or moments of life or death but even so was wonderfully written and had me laughing quite alot due to interactions with the women and the various brothers. (see highlights). Thanks for another great relaxing read Ms. Bowerman.

Every time I pick download a Cee Bowerman book, I have high expectations. I love her characters, her settings and the sassiness of the men and women. I think I’m sure I’ll like the book but how could she top her last one?
I’ll tell you how. She is just that good of a writer. The Connors Brothers books make you want to live on their street and hang out with their women. Funny, sassy, imperfect women that fit their men perfectly.
If you haven’t read her Connors Brothers Construction, Texas Knights, Texas Kings or Rojo, Tx; then you are missing out. Run, don’t walk to download her newest book because you won’t be disappointed.

Your books have made me laugh out loud cry and just shake my head. Your story lines are refreshing and this last was a very different. I love your epilogue at the end of yours books. You don't disappoint. I have shared
your name with all my sisters and friends who love to read and you are a hit. I can't wait for the next one.

I don't even have to finish the book to know it's a great read.
Whenever a Conner Brothers Construction Book comes out I bring the big guns, the chocolate and the tissues. There has to be a couple of tearjerker scenes as well as all the fun associated with this great series. Cee has done it again, brought me to tears of laughter and sorrow. I cannot get enough of them and I wait very impatiently for the next instalment. If you don't read any of Cee's books then you haven't got a clue what a great read really is.

Not like the other books
This book was just ok for me. I found it quite boring. I skipped through a lot of pages. I was bored. There is no drama or suspense. I don't need like 20 pages describing his house, yawn. There was just nothing for me to turn to the next page to. It was almost like it wasn't written by Cee. Or was she sending some kind of message that I don't need. I can get that from the real world. Even the sex was boring and long and to many. I hope the next Conner's Brother is way better.

Conner Bros Goodness
So sweet to submerge myself in all that Conner Bros family goodness. I so enjoyed this read. The story is filled with humor and love of family, by blood and those we choose. There is something to be learned in all her books however subtle and so it is with this one. I love that this one gets us to thinking about how important love is to our lives whether it fits other people’s preconceived notions or not. Well done. Another great addition to this series. I can’t wait to read the stories for Royal and Chess.

Ronan is book 4 in the new series Conner Brothers Construction written by the talented author Cee Bowerman. Another fantastic addition to the series! I love all Cee Bowermans books and her writing style. This is Ronan and Thea story. I couldn’t put down this book once I started. The story line is full of loyalty and family love, humor, banter, amazing characters, jokes, funny children and romance. A MUST READ!!! I would definitely recommend this book!! Can't wait for more stories from the hot Connor brothers!

I freaking love Ronan and Thea!! The Conner brothers are AWESOME!! I love Ronan and Thea’s chemistry; the way they look at each other is intense. I really like the friendship that Thea has with her ex husband. I find it wonderful how Ronan loves Thea so much that he accepts all her family as his own. There is so much I want to say about this book, but I can’t because it will spoil it for other readers. If you haven’t read any of Cee Bowerman’s Conner Brothers series you are missing out.

Lena's payback for "The Ro's" joke turns out to be the surprise Ronan has been wishing for. With his older brothers settling down Ronan is wishing for his own happily ever after, not sure Thea is what he was planning but boy does he jump all in! Her crazy mixed up family and the whole Conner clan make for a laugh out loud great read! I want Royal's happy ending but I really really want Chase to find his happily ever after!!!

Great!
I chose this rating because this was actually a really great book. I really enjoyed all of the characters. Well most of the characters. This was a book of compassion, kindness, finding yourself, and being a great person. I really enjoy Ronan and Thea story. I really love the way the brothers were all there for each other through thick and thin, through ups and downs, and through there trials and tribulations. Great read! I recommend this book to all romance readers.

I love how we get to check in on the family and see how the brothers and Kings and Knights are doing. I love how wach one of the women coming into this family is different, they aren’t all the same mold or have the same background. I can’t say enough good things about this book and the rest of your stories!!

Good Read
This was another brilliant book, I loved the story and it was refreshing to come across the situation in this book as I’ve never read anything like it before which made it new to me. I loved the characters and I loved the little bet that Royal and Thea had, for me it showed she was the right person for Ronan. I’m looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

I liked this book. I liked that the plot of her being newly pregnant was a little different to others in the series.
Although I feel like this author loves her broken home storyline. It’s getting a little old for me. While slightly different characters, all the women seem to have kids and broken homes and the men save the day. When I refer to the series I mean all her series in this reading order not just CBC.
I wish something fresh would happen.

The chemistry between Ronan and Thea was there from the start and they make the perfect couple.

Love all of Cee Bowerman books
This series rocks. I love the Conner brothers. The tragedy of what they lost and their resilience to see eachother through it with the help of the women they fall in love with. It is truly a heartwarming series with humor thrown in the mix. Keep up the good work can't wait for the next book!

Ronan and Thea
Wow what an amazing dynamic story with these two and then add in her ex husband, but as great friend and also his boyfriend. I really enjoyed reading these books with the twins and in some cases trying to tell them apart. These are all great families that help each other out, especially with the babies. Happy reading and looking forward to the next story.

Sweetest ever!! I want to say you can’t make this stuff up, but obviously you can, right!? It is so original and still so good and so sweet! I adore Ronan and Thea’s story! And their enormous family - I just can’t get enough! I’m so excited for when we get more. It will always be a one-click for me as soon as any future releases are available!

Love the Connors...
...Ronan & Thea are fantastic together - and the addition of Alex & Freddie rounds out their little family. However, The support of the rest of the Connors & their significant others makes everything work. As always, Cee’s stories have me laughing one minute and crying the next. Great writing!
