Like other book in the series, this is a cute short about shifter speed dating, slightly more shifter in this one. There's an outer plot happening that was not wrapped up and will carry into a future third book.
Some fairly serious typos in this one, including twice in one page where Zane is referred to as Jolie from the last book.

This is the 2nd book in the “Mate in a Minute” series. It is a stand alone book. However reading this 1st one will give you some context.
I really enjoyed this book. For a short story the characters were really well written. It flowed nicely till the end. I’m not a huge fan of the ending. I don’t like cliff hangers. The couple get there HEA but the story itself is left hanging. However even with that said I do think it’s a cute quick read and I will read the next one to find out what happens.

Waaayyyy to short, but loved it none the less. Loved the lead female character, wish there was a bit more about her background. She's sassy and a little spitfire of a fox. The hunky male lead is a alpha wolf shifter. Both are looking for their mates (not by choice really lol) in their own ways and think that the only thing between them is just a mutual body attraction. But when a job underway and mysterious accidents start happening, Josh can't help but blame himself for a small mistake. Zane wants the project done and Josh out of her bloods system. Only the it seems the accidents are bringing them closer and closer or are they meant to keep them apart? And just who is causing them?

Very interesting and entertaining read. Plenty of intrigue, suspense, and of course steamy romance to keep you hooked from beginning to end. My only issue was that the book was too short. Plus we never found out who was responsible for sabotaging the work site. Overall a good read. As always my reviews are totally voluntarily no monetary compensation was received and the opinions I have expressed are my own.

Good story!
Another well told story in the series, it's got what you were probably looking for! Well written with interesting characters, it held my attention from start to finish, and it's a short story HEA. NOTE: These books are cliffhangers! This series is a great fill-in between bigger books. I hope you like them!

Cliffhanger
This read was going very well until the end. Great storyline, great sex scene and everything, I really hope that is not the ending for this short book. So now I’m looking for a part 2 cause we have to find out who is sabotaging their build site!!!

This was a fast paced read. Finding your mate is supposed to bring you joy. What happens when your stubborn and accidentally hurt your mates feeling, well hopefully you try and explain. Zane and Josh have a few obstacles to overcome to find there happiness.

This is a cute romance with an interesting (if unfinished) plot. I wouldn't mind the wait for a plot ending in the next instalment if there were not 5 years between the first and second short story leading me to believe the ending may be a very long time coming.

The guys' sick mother already said she'd like to see some pups on the family. It's not like Josh was an only child needed to care for his mother. With a bit of organizing he could have his mate, his mom would be cared for and hopefully see the pups she wants.

Games list a bet with her friends and had to go to the speed dating meet and greet. There she met Josh and sparks flew! In the book there was anger, lust, regret, and finally happiness. Could not put the book down until finished.

Cliff hanger!
A mystery is beginning to consume every moment of a project while the mates circle one another. At least the couple do match as the reader waits for the next book.

Such a cute short story! I was dying laughing when Josh told his brother how badly he’d messed up. I’ll definitely be reading the rest of this series.

Pretty decent second installment in this shifter world, with this one seeing at least a little actual shifting. More fun with returning and new characters. Some new intrigue. Dialogue was often somewhat stiff. But it must have been a fairly good story because I stayed up until 4am reading it! =)
