Sugar Princess is a naughty little novella featuring a Russian gangster who’s all about dishing out punishments and rewards to little bookstore owner Carrie Ellerbrock. It was completely preposterous and over the top…and wonderfully hot.
Misha Dimitri Mikhailov is a debt collector who is temporarily stationed in the US. Forcing himself onto Carrie and into her life is even excessive for him. Yet from the minute he is sent to collect protection money from her, he loses all sense of rationality.
I’m a man of honor. Somewhat. This session is about punishment, and to train her to submit to my will.

To be fair, Carrie is one hot mess. And Misha intends to remedy this immediately in a very high-handed way. Where the average person would be running for the hills, we sit in wonder when Carrie allows Misha to take over her existence. Honestly, one minute he’s spanking her, and the next his suitcases are at her house because he’s moved in.

Sugar Princess is a very quick read, originally released in the Dirty Daddies 2020 anthology. It's had a tiny polish up but isn't really changed from that original story. Despite first appearances this is quite a gentle read, consensual rather than dark. It’s pretty steamy but also has quite a lightness, a sweetness to it.
Whilst Misha isn’t a good man, he is good to and for Carrie. He absolutely put her first, showering her with adoration but also holding her to account and spanking Carrie when she breaks the rules. Because it’s a quick read, there are some timeline jumps, with the emphasis on developing character and building the connection between Misha and Carrie.
Something that stood out very much as a positive to me was that, despite a strong attraction AND Misha moving in with Carrie, they didn’t jump immediately into a sexual relationship. This pair just felt very special and I would absolutely love to see more of them.

Carrie owns the 'Sugar Princess' bookstore/café. It's a little bit cluttered and unorganized and yet it has a homey, cozy feeling, just like Carrie. She doesn't appear to be your everyday business owner. Oh, no. She wears form-fitting tops with polka dots, full flaring skirts, and a tiara every day. As part of the arrangement to settle the debt from one of his brothers getting into trouble in the USA, Misha needs to fulfill a six-month contract with the mob here. When these two meet, the adventure begins. Nicolina Martin delivers an adventure with all the allure of the Bratva, the loyalty of family, along with the chemistry, love, and loyalty of a Daddy/little girl relationship.

This sweet, steamy love story which was part of the "Dirty Daddy 2020" anthology, is one of my favourites of the collection.
Book store owner Carrie Ellerbrock life is a mess. She has very few friends, no social life and a very messy house. All she does is run "Sugar Princess", part book store part bakery, she had inherited from her father. Misha, a Russian Bratva member, is in the US to pay a family debt. He first meets Carrie when he comes to collect protection money from her store but becomes smitten with the lonely little girl that Carrie keeps hidden inside. He will keep her safe and take care of her but for the price if becoming her Daddy. Carrie tries to fights the attraction and her needs, but all she wants is to be Daddy's little printsessa.

First seen in the 2020 Dirty Daddies Anthology, Carrie is alone in her shop, Sugar Princess, when Misha comes in to shake her down for protection money on behalf of the Russian Mob. Three days later, Carrie finds him in her kitchen drinking coffee nonchalantly. He's intrigued by her, and decides it's not money he wants after all. He sees a kindred, lonely soul, and he decides she needs a Daddy. They fall in love as time grows short, and will need to work hard for their HEA.
This story is interesting in that it blends the Mafia and Daddy genres, and the author does it seamlessly.
Very well written, and well worth the read!

I enjoyed reading about the intense feelings in this relationship. The trials, the emotional drama and the unexpected passion. The chemistry between the H and h is undeniable and unexpected. The misunderstandings lead to a bit of wasted time. Connecting with the characters may come easy in this story, following the plot might not be

A deliciously dark romance read that did not disappoint. From the first meeting Russian mafia hotly Misha knew that Carrie need his strong hand. When he attempts to show her the way is not going to plan. What happens next makes for a delightful naughty read that will have you craving for more. If your a fan of daddy genre than this is a must for you!

Lol, this book is definitely for those looking for a heated quickie read and okay with leaving all logical thinking behind. This book has a big scary Russian (Misha) extorting money from local businesses for “protection” but after taking one look at Carrie, Misha is ready to take his payment of protection in a different way entirely.
Misha has a particular kink, he’s been looks for a good girl, who will call him Daddy and let him take care of her.
Carrie never thought she’d like such a bossy, dominate guy like Misha and is surprised that she’s so eager to follow all his rules. Even more so when he hands out his particular form of punishment.
Only he’s in the US temporarily and always plans on going back to Russia. Convincing Carrie to leave everything she knows and follow him home becomes an uphill battle when his mobster work puts Carrie’s life in danger.

Oh, the heat is HOT, and the physical chemistry is captivating so be careful you may just get burned all the heat coming off these pages. There were some "oh no" "oh wow" " what the what" moments and add in uncanny mishaps, shenanigans, and suspense the good kind that makes you keep turning the pages till last page has been turned. Book/Bakery store owner (inherited from her father) Carrie is lonely, she has very few friends (count them on one hand), no social like and is messy like a typical teenager would be. Now sexy daddy Misha Bratva enforcer who comes to collect a debt for protection but realizes he wants something more precious than money …her. He sees what she is going through the lonely little girl within and knows she needs someone to take care of her and keep her safe. Of course, she fights everything she if feeling but she also wants /needs someone who understands her little and want to take care of her. However, Misha is due to arrive back in Russia so what happens when it is time for him to leave, is there a HEA for the two of them?

This was originally a short story in the Dirty Daddies Anthology of 2020 and as such features a Mafia Daddy Dom - Misha, who meets Carrie when he is sent to her bookshop to deliver a shakedown for protection money. Immediately you are drawn in and feel a connection to both the characters - her life is a mess and he recognises she needs help and something a little different from the get go, even before she does. Although from the start you’d be forgiven for thinking this could have taken a dark direction, it is actually a very sweet and steamy story, with strict but fair guidance from Misha. A quick but satisfying read, this is a gentle introduction to age play if you are unfamiliar with the genre and highly enjoyable.

What I loved about this story and this author is that she makes the characters lifelike, believable in a way that is truly fiction, and makes the story flow from the first line. Sugar Princess captivated my eye with how quickly Ms. Martin was able to suck me into that world. I felt like I was watching from the sideline. Captivated in how the characters related to one another. I cheered, wept, and even at one point shook my head annoyingly. This story is a novella and I wished it was so much longer because I didn't want to say goodbye to anyone.
If you're looking for dominant daddies that want to provide everything to their princess you've found the right author. She in my eyes delivers great books.

This was a quick enjoyable read. Their initial meeting was well written and set the tone for the story. I was taken by his dominant behavior towards her and her reactions felt real. I was also surprised by her inability to be defiant in the face of his dominance. I lived the ending though I was surprised by my sadness of what happened to lead her there.

Misha Dimitri Mikhailov is thirty-nine years old and is part of the Russian Bratva family that his father is the head of. He has found himself in Los Angeles to clean up after his brother and is having to stay to be a collector for a lower level gang that the family is trying to keep peace with. When he goes to collect from the little book/coffee shop named Sugar Princess he meets Carrie.
Carrie Ellerbrock is twenty-eight years old and inherited the Sugar Princess when her father passed away. She has been working hard to keep the shop open to carry on her father's hard work. Carrie has a routine to her day that she likes and that works for her. But outside of that routine things are more chaotic and undone.
When Misha walks into Sugar Princess Carrie is all alone at the end of the day. She immediately gets the feeling that he is not there for what the store offers, "Sweet Heroes and Spicy Heroines. We have a flavor for everyone." She is not wrong in that as he has come to collect extortion money to keep the store safe. She is more than indignant and irate at this and has some very choice words for the big sexy man with the Eastern European accent that makes her panties wet. Misha takes issue with Carrie and decides she needs some discipline which he is going to give her, whether she likes it or not. Carrie is feisty and creative which ends up creating a battle of the wills and bodies between them. Of course Misha wins, as he is so much bigger and stronger than Carrie. Things are about to get very interesting between them now as Daddy has found his little girl!
I was not sure at the beginning if I was going to like this story or not but I loved the book description and the cover is fabulous. I ended up really loving this story as I laughed out loud, melted like sugar from all the hot passion and fell for the big, strong, brooding and sex-on-a-stick Russian Daddy.

Deliciously sexy!
I absolutely loved this short but very sexy story between a Russian mafia member and a super sweet woman. Their first meeting is intense but oh so sexy. Carrie needs some discipline in her disorganized life and Misha knows just how to give it to her. It’s an unconventional romance but seriously sexy and oh so very delicious.

Not really into DDlg play but this was okay and I found myself enjoying the characters and story. I liked Misha, he was a fun and confident character and I think Misha amd Carrie complimented each other well.

This is my second attempt at this book review because the other is suddenly gone...This was a fun book I had for a while and enjoyed our couple's responses to one another. The two have a sexy connection and at first I was wondering how he would even go about suggesting the type of relationship he had in mind for her? The one that she needed. This was great writing and the story was short but fun.
He knew she needed a firm hand and needed him to be in control.
He took on a lot to be in his situation with and for his brother. Meeting her softened him a touch and gave her something in her life she needed. She was so lonely. It just broke my heart. So many people in this world and yet there can be some that slip through the cracks. She had no family any more and lived a lonely life. He took control and it was steamy and fun, but also sweet. I understood her, being around her father's things and their business. Their home. My heart further broke when they were separated and when she lost somethings that were very important. I'm so happy for their HEA. A new and fulfilling life, one with family. And love. And a whole bunch of secrets! I will be finding out what happens with his family, what interesting secrets!
I don't know what's going on, but I actually read the other version? Of this book? And already left my review on here, added it to my reading challenge because why not? Annnd...it's gone. Or now listed as a book not on my Kindle when it is?! Without giving too much away, our two characters meet and both seem to know something different about each other. He enjoys dominating her and she learns to enjoy it.
Each are faced with different challenges that hopefully will bring them closer together.
Reading this little book makes me wish I had found my domineering Mafia man and owned my own bookstore and cafe.

She is a bookstore owner who has run into some problems. He never expected to find his Printsessa when he goes to shake down a bookstore for the Russian mob. He is everything that she has needed but never knew about. He steps in and claims her, determined to protect, care for and love his Little girl. Carrie has to trust her heart that this rough Russian will love her as much as she has fallen in love with him. I enjoyed this short love story
