This is the final book in the SAS Rogue Unit series by Amazon bestselling author, Louise Rose-Innes. It can also be read as a standalone.
Pat the leader of Rogue finally gets a story dedicated to him. I have loved each character the author has chosen to write about in the SAS Rogue Unit series. This book does not disappoint. Pat has had to watch two women he loved die, kept a secret that Izzy is his daughter for years. But, now feels it is important to let Izzy know that she and he are related. Will is go wrong? Then as the leader of a special unit, Pat must also be watchful of his men, ensuring they are returning from mission safely. Drake, the newest member of the unit is also soon to marry Izzy. Will this change their boss to employee relationship? Now Pat has come face-to-face with Al-Jabiri, only to learn that he had hand in the car wreck that killed Astrid. Fury in his eyes, allowed Pat to attack almost taking Al-Jabiri out, but thank goodness for the team stopping him. Yasmin is connected to Al-Jabriri, but Pat certain she is there against her will. He needs to turn her. Following Yasmin Pat approaches her and learns she is a doctor helping Al-Jabiri with PTSD, and that her husband was originally taken to help build bombs. The rogue unit knew they need to get Yasmin son back to them from boarding school, but during the retrieval, Ryan was taken. Will the team be able to get Ryan back? All the while the team focus remained on learning where Al-Jabiri and his cousin were planning to bomb. Will the team be successful? Read Rogue Legend to find out. Thank you to the author and publisher for allowing me the honor of reading this book in return for this honest review. I have loved the entire series.
This is the final book in The SAS Rogue Unit Series and it is Pat and Yasmin's story and omg what a way to end this amazing series. Pat was observing The Falcon (Amir Al-Jabiri) who is a known terrorist having lunch with a women and Pat knew that The Falcon was planning something big. When The Falcon stopped at the table he said something to Pat that completely shocked him as he told Pat that it was him that killed Astrid who was the women that Pat had loved and also the mother of his daughter Izzy who didn't know that Pat was her father. Yasmin was being held against her will but she couldn't do anything about it as Amir would kill her son if she didn't cooperate and also Yasmin's husband had committed suicide as he couldn't work with Amir anymore but Yasmin was still hoping that some how she could get help to keep her and her son safe. Pat and Yasmin were so great together with great chemistry and connection between them but would it lead to any thing permanent for them and will Pay be able to save Yasmin and her son or will he fail. Omg Louise certainly knows how to end a series with a big bang. I have been waiting patiently for Pat's story and Louise didn't disappointed her reader's and I can't wait to see what she writes next. This book can be read as a standalone but I suggest you read the previous books to get all the background history and you will definitely not be disappointed. I Voluntarily Reviewed an Arc Copy of this book.
This is the eighth book in the SAS Rogue Unit Series. Wow, this series just gets better and better. Talk about intense and prepare to stay on the edge of your seat. What a page turner that's full of fast action, danger and suspense. This book exposes Pat's story and wow, what a story. He's seeking revenge against Amir/The Falcon for killing his girlfriend. Amir is keeping Yasmin and her son captive. Pat encourages her to spy on Amir. Things get tense and there's plenty of drama. Pat finds himself attracted to Yasmin. Danger abounds for her and her son. Suspense, kidnapping and more action. This is a great book that was well written with lots of twists. The characters are well developed, likable and interesting. I read an arc copy via the author and voluntarily chose to review it.
Wow! This book was amazing! Patrick the leader of the Rogue Unit meets Yasmin, when she is with known terrorist Amir Al Jabiri. She works eventually with the unit to gain evidence against him. So good! Very much a fast paced, all action non stop roller coaster ride of a book. Well written, and classic romance suspense. I really enjoyed the attraction between Pat and Yasmin, the slow build of it because they both had so much else happening as well. This was dramatic action with mystery, suspense and best of all steamy in parts. Louise Rose Innes had another hit on her hands, I feel. A truly fantastic read. This was an ARC and this is my honest review.
Louise Rose-Innes has written a 5-star book. This is the story of Jasmine and Pat. Pat is the owner of SAS Rogue and he and his team are watching a known terrorist Amir Al-Jabiri. Pat is at a restaurant and sees Amir with a woman they know nothing about. Amir and the woman get up to leave and stop at Pat's table. Amir says something to Pat and it causes Pat to attack Amir. It takes two of his men to pull Pat off Amir. Once back at the office, Pat wants to know who the woman is and what she is doing with Amir. It is found out that her name is Jasmine Bukhari and her husband committed suicide. Now Amir has Jasmine to make sure she doesn't go to the police with what she knows. Her son Ryan is at boarding school and safe as long as Jasmine is with Amir. Pat thinks that he can get Jasmine to help them getting information on Amir. Pat plans to go to the coffee shop he knows that Jasmine goes to and have a talk with her. He finds out why she is with Amir and that she is being held there. She doesn't know what is going on because Amir and his cousin do not speak in front of her. Jasmine tells him that the only time she is out is when Amir brings her with him. She tells Pat that she can try to get them in the home the next day by telling Amir that she doesn't feel good and wants to stay at the house. Things do not go as planned since Amir has a thing for Jasmine and he tries to force her to be with him. Pat stops Amir by driving his car into a wall on the property. When Amir's attention is on the crash, Jasmine runs out the kitchen door and is met by Pat. He gets her away from Amir's home. When she is safe, she tells Pat about Ryan and that now she is gone, he will go after her son. Pat sends one of his men to go and get Ryan. Ryan is gotten out but the guy who got him is attacked and Ryan is taken by Amir's men. Pat tells Jasmine that they will find him. Pat and his team know that Amir is up to some kind of attack but they do not know what or when. Jasmine finds a note in the trash that has Saturday underlined and she gives it to Pat. Now they know when but not where. Things happen between Jasmine and Pat and they end up sleeping together. Pat knows it is a way for Jasmine to forget things for a while. The team gets information that they think tells them where the attack will happen. Pat calls a meeting with everyone that needs to know and they make a plan. They know the attack is going to be on a Saturday and they look for things that will have a large crowd. The place they think the attack is going to happen at is a decoy, everything they find is not working out. It is all a set-up to have every team in the wrong place. Jasmine has remembered that Amir speaking to a woman and she is looking to see if she can find out who the woman is. When she finds her she let Anna know and Anna gets the information to Pat. While Pat is working, he tells Jasmine that she can go back to his house to get some sleep. She has someone take her to Pat's house but she doesn't stay. She goes back to Amir to try and save her son. Pat has a camera in Amir's home and when Jasmine gets to Amir's, he is not happy with her. She stalls him and then she gets him to make plans for Ryan. Pat has some of his men go to where Amir has planned to meet his men with Ryan. Pat and his guys get to where Amir wants to meet first and wait. When Amir gets there, he pulls a gun on Ryan. Pat knows that he can't kill him like he wants to do so he shoots him in the shoulder. The other men with Pat take care of the men that had Ryan. While Pat is out getting Ryan, he sends someone in for Jasmine. She is been hit and taken to the hospital and that is where they take Ryan so he can be with his mom. Jasmine is looking for the woman she saw Amir talking with and when she finds her she calls Anna. Anna runs a check on the woman and finds out who she is and where she is. She is at a concert and they think this is where the attack is going to be. Pat and his team along with the other agencies stop the attack at the concert. Now he and Jasmine go back to his house and get ready to do to bed when he hears someone in the house. The person in the house is Amir's cousin and he has come to get even with Jasmine. Can Pat save Jasmine and get the life he wants with her? This was a wonderful book and I would recommend it to anyone.

OH YES what a read and we finally get Patrick’s story, the leader of the SAS unit and a legend to all his operatives. The last book had me drumming my fingers waiting to get his story and what happened all those years ago....and the author delivered. Not only that but he’s in the middle of all the action, keeping tabs on a ruthless terrorist known as the Falcon, a terrorist he has had past interactions with. But the Falcon is not alone, a stunning woman, Yasmin, is by his side and Patrick vows to get to the bottom of their relationship, she’s with him but doesn’t seem to want to be. Yasmin is stuck and has no way out, she is surviving the only way she knows how, making herself indispensable for the time being. Patrick comes up with a plan involving Yasmin and hopes he doesn’t blow this op as there is something big coming and Patrick can’t get distracted or break any rules....but then again...rules were made to be broken. This author does it again with another page turner, can’t put the book down read and takes you on another ride you don’t want to get off of. The story flowed beautifully, the characters were amazing, there were twist and turns, surprises, suspense and of course the steamy sensual scenes...oh my. I LOVED the no drama between Yasmin and Patrick and I so so so so appreciated the fact that in the past Patrick did not break his vows with Val. I have enjoyed and loved each book in this series and I am sooooooo going to miss this SAS unit and I can’t wait for more to come...hopefully in the near future!! *I voluntarily read an advanced copy and expressed my honest opinion*
I have loved every book in this superb series and finally we come to the stunning conclusion of the Rogue Unit A Unit formed by Pat and it is appropriate that the final book is in fact Pat's story. Like all its predecessors this is a fast paced read with a stunning combination of angst suspense and drama and red hot romance thrown into the mix
Pat has been trying to bring down known terrorist Amir Al-Jabiri (The Falcon) for years in fact that is why he set up his SAS Rogue team When The Falcon advises him that he is the one that killed Pat's girlfriend years earlier it send Pat over the edge They know that he has a guest Yasmin staying with him When they find out that she is been held hostage and her son threatened they think they may have found their way into his inner circle. Soon Yasmin is sneaking the team into Amir's home will they finally bring him down and what about the attraction that is blooming between Pat and Yasmin Can they have a future You will have to read to see
Fast paced action: This was the final book in the SAS Rogue Unit series and it was nice learning more about the man who started this elite unit in the first place. If possible I'd recommend reading the book prior to this (Rogue Hunter) as it provides some context surrounding Pat's personal life. This was an insta love story but it felt real largely due to the fast paced action and suspense which seemed to accelerate the storyline. It kept me guessing and I was intrigued as to how it would all turn out. I liked Pat and Yasmin together as a couple and thought they both deserved the happiness that they found. It was bittersweet to read this book - it's the last one in the series, but it's oh so wonderful. I've been waiting for Pat's story, knowing that it would be incredible. He's had so much turmoil and sadness, but he has his daughter, Izzy, in his life now. Al-Jabiri has a terrorist attack planned in London, but where and when are unknown. Yasmin, a psychologist, is helping Al-Jabiri with his PTSD, but is being held against her will. The story is fast-paced with non-stop action and some surprise twists in the plot. I love the slow burn between Yasmin and Pat - no games, no drama, just a whole lot of sensual steaminess.

Rogue Legend is the final book in the SAS Rogue Unit Series by Louise Rose-Innes. It features Pat, who leads the unit and is out for revenge against Amir/The Falcon who is the terrorist who killed his girlfriend in the past, and Yasmin, a psychologist held hostage to treat Amir's PTSD who is threatening the life of her son. Pat puts her in double jeopardy by proposing she spy on Amir to obtain information about his next terrorist attack, however, they both are strongly attracted to each other and begin to have feelings for one another. This is another great book in this series. I highly recommend all eight book in this phenomenal series.

I was looking forward to Pat’s story partly because he’s older and has been out of the actual military longer and seems more mature in general. And it was… okay. Honestly, it felt short and rushed (perhaps the author was tired of writing this series which I can’t really blame her), even the sex. Pat’s backstory could have been so much more a part of who he was, including the loves he’d lost, but I just never really felt the angst there. I liked that Yasmin wasn’t a total damsel in distress, she kept her wits about her and was even the initiator when it came to sex. Yasmin and Pat didn’t really spend much time together throughout the book – there were a lot of other characters from Pat’s company involved – and consequently I didn’t really feel a strong connection between the two of them.
read books in order. Wow, this was a fast paced, hard to put down story. the characters are very well played. I wasn’t sure who or what was going to happen next,The ending Chapters have you on the edge of your seat, so many options of how , your riveted. Can they find the real target? Is Yasmine’s son going to die? Will they be able to find the bomber’s before several hundred people lose their lives? Did they get all of them? Is there any one out there? Will Pat lose another lover to circumstances he can’t control I was pleased with the ending, left some aloose ends for another story.
I’ve really enjoyed this series and it’s been nice to read a military suspense series set in the UK for a change. Pat has been a well loved character from the beginning of the series and it’s great he finally has his HEA after everything he has been through.
Pat is trailing a terror suspect (one he knows from old) when he is discovered and is told that he killed his former lover. The woman with him intrigued Pat. While continuing to surveil the suspect it becomes apparent the woman isn’t there by her own choice and so Pat intervenes to try and resolve both the terror threat and for her safety.

This was quite an adventure! Doing what she can to save her son’s life, Yasmin has made a deal with the devil. Pat, with his own agenda, sees Yasmin as a way to get his revenge, but doesn’t expect to fall for her in the process. Now he’s promised to protect her son and try and get her out of this mess with them both alive. There is so much heart pounding adventure in this book that after the first few chapters you have to hang on for the ride. I would highly recommend it. The chemistry between Pat and Yasmin is also fantastic

Patrick and the SAS Rogue Unit is trying to find out what Al-Jabiri The Falcon, a known terrorist, is planning and engaged the help of Yasmin, who was living in Al-Jabiri's house. Yasmin was forced to be with Al-Jabiri as her son's life was being threatened. Now the SAS Rogue Unit needs to stop Al-Jabiri's plan while making sure Yasmin's son is safe, among other things. This is indeed a page-turner. The mystery and suspense just builds up the further you get into the story. Great writing, the story is well-paced. Amazing work. Well done! As the last book in the series, Rogue Legend has it all - intrigue, terrorist groups, a truly nasty antagonist, and a great romance between Patrick, one of the two founders of the SAS Rogue Unit, and Yasmin, the hostage of Al-Jabiri, the terrorist villain. I’m sorry to see the series end as I’ve enjoyed all of the books except one. I think I’ve discovered that I’m an adrenaline junkie!
If you like your men hot, your action intense and your mysteries cleverly plotted, then give this book or any of the other books in this series a try. Thank you, Ms. Louise, for writing this series!
This one is all about Patrick Burke - the leader of the SAS Rogue Unit. He meets Yasmin in the company of a terrorist and is intrigued by her. Well, what a start to Patrick's story. So well written, I was totally taken away with the story and the characters. Danger, intrigue, kidnapping, lust, affection and love - this book has everything good going for it. And Patrick - sigh! My new book husband. A must read!

Finally Pat's story and what a story it is. He has been through so much, losing two women he loved, a daughter who doesn't know about him. So his worst enemey they have been tracking causes some upheaval and Yasmin and her son are in the middle of it. There is plenty of action, heat, kidnappings and great team work. A great way to end this series. HEA. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Rogue Legend: A British Special Ops Military Romance is the eighth and final book in the SAS Rogue Unit series.

A very enjoyable story with plenty of suspense, drama and intrigue. The story plays out quickly and you get a sense of who these characters are but then everything gets blown wide open by outside factors and internal conflict. A well crafted story that was an absolute blast to read.
I requested a copy of this book so I could provide an honest review.
I came in this book without having read the others and now I feel like I need to go back. This was action-packed with twists and turns that had me on edge. The chemistry and developing relationship between the characters was also intriguing and kept me reading until the very end.
I bought book one and haven’t stopped reading till I finished book eight. Brilliant stories loved every one of them. Don’t know what I’m going to do now. I thoroughly recommend this writer
