When an advertisement went out trying to find extended generations of family, the heroine saw it and realized that she must go. So she left her old life behind and began a new one. When she met the hero he was an arrogant snob and seemed to get under the heroines skin. Soon she found herself loving the hero and was jealous when another woman showed up claiming to be from another line. The heroine thought that her hero was going to marry the other girl but it wasn't true. Eventually he kicked the other girl out and proposed to the heroine.

I have to say, the ending to this book was so abrupt and crappy I nearly cried. I expected WAY more but it didn't happen. It was just okay.

I like the old manor house described in the book. A little bit of a unique plot as well!
