One love that isn’t enough. One love that is. And the choice that could ruin a family.
Grant Lynch goes to combat with his brother Tyler, leaving behind his one and only love. When he comes home on leave, he’s greeted with an unwelcome surprise, and a change that threatens his happiness forever. But when the mission is over, Grant is willing to set aside their differences and clean the relationship slate, only to learn that his love is packing her bags and moving to Canada…to marry someone else.
Frankie isn’t looking for a relationship. After a painful and seemingly unending divorce, all she wants is to have a little fun, and Grant gives that to her during a weekend getaway. But what starts out as a casual relationship turns into a relationship, only for him to unexpectedly ditch her for another woman in the end. While confused, Frankie still likes Grant, and their casual relationship ends up morphing into a close friendship, and Frankie finds herself suddenly helping Grant mend his broken heart.
When Grant is struck by a stinging reality, Frankie is there to hold the bag, and hold Grant, during his time of need. But with Grant’s family falling apart, and him at a crossroads, he discovers that he needs to make a choice, and a quick one, before what wounds he’s caused end up ruining what it’s taken a lifetime to build. Can the Lynch family survive this tumultuous turn of events? Can Grant make the right choice in time? And will Grant be able to salvage what is left of the only real love that he’s ever had?
This is the final chapter in the Miles for Love series. The story takes us on a voyage through all the Lynch family members, including some older characters that haven’t been seen since earlier in the series. It’s a warm, tender-hearted close to a great, family-oriented series. Be warned that there is course language and sexual scenes in this book, as in the whole series, but this one deals with an issue that is close to the heart…Grant’s heart. Pick up your copy today! In the back of this book, you can also enjoy a healthy sample of the first book in the brand new rock star romance series called ‘Dress Rehearsal’ coming in spring 2021!
Sandra has been writing poems and short stories since middle school, and writing full length, self-published novels since 2010, using several pen names.
Writing full-length steamy romance series has quickly become a love for this author. Her stories have elements of humor, family issues, suspense and personal growth. Her books take the reader right into the bedroom with the characters to feel the same intensity as the lovers do in the story. Sandra's goal is to have the reader rooting for the main couple...and she doesn't disappoint.

Sandra is married with two daughters and is a lover of all things four-legged, including her own two furbabies.
The Ford Brothers series focuses on five swoon-worthy brothers who each served in the military, and lost their billionaire father suddenly, which left them to run his airline after his death. Each book features one brother, but they make appearances in all five novels. In case you haven't guessed, the titles in the Ford Brothers series have been inspired by hazard warning signs, an idea the author came up with after completing a health and safety course prior to starting the series.
The Miles for Love series is about unexpected love, and it features the Lynch family; four brothers and one sister, who are each passionate, imperfect, and are just like you and I...but way sexier and with much more interesting lives. They are very individual and each have a unique story to tell.
The Rock Star Romance series is inspired by the death of Eddie Van Halen on October 6, 2020. It is a standalone series unlike any other this author has written. Look for this series! It's available now!

Was very excited when I saw this book was available. Couldn't get started quick enough. I had been hanging out for Grant's story since Tyler & Ripley's book.
My heart went out to Grant in the previous book and so to finally be able to get a bit more of a back story was really good. Fill in a few blanks that I had.
Grant pretty much was a sweetheart, just like the rest of the Lynch brothers, and my heart went out to him. He had a heart of gold.
It was very enjoyable to read Grant and Frankie's banter together. They just had such great chemistry and even though they had a bit of a fling, I think them being just friends was what cemented their relationship.
I loved the little kisses that they gave each other along the way. The way Grant looked after Frankie and her mum when they had food poisoning was just fantastic.
It was great to see Daniel and Tyler in this book. I would have loved to have seen more of Frankie and Mallory and her interaction with the other Ladies in the family, to see the acceptance of her like it was for Ripley in Tylers story.
Sad that Grant had to get his heart broken again by Stacy but I think that was the only way for him to get over her in the end. It was nice that Frankie didn't make a big deal of this or anything as sometimes you get.
Overall, it was a great book to finish the series on. All the characters were lovely with some interesting story lines and it was an enjoyable series. I was a little bit disappointed though that Grant didn't get an epilogue like the other books. It would have been great to read if they had kids or not.
There is also a bit of a oversight when Ripley started having contractions and then baby, she was called Kayla throughout this passage of the book instead of Ripley. There was a lot happening but was still surprised this was not picked up in the editing of the book. Anywho potatoe, pitatoh!

I've been waiting patiently for Grant's book, and it's a terrific ending to this series. I don't know that I could pick a favorite from the Miles for Love books. All of them have been just wonderful to read. The time line of this book overlaps Crossing Hearts (Tyler and Ripley's story), and many of the events early in Crossing Borders will be familiar if you've read that book. Grant is Tyler's brother, and he's at loose ends when Tyler and Ripley buy a house. He and Frankie (Ripley's best friend) are casual, more like friends with benefits. But his heart still belongs to Stacey. Among all the things to love about Grant is his honesty with Frankie when he decides to try again with Stacey. Frankie is smart, strong, yet still reeling from her divorce, and I like her go-with-the-flow attitude, as well as the fact that she offers her friendship to Grant when that's all he can give in return. It was nice to see the updates from the rest of the Lloyd family. I can't wait to see what's next from this author!

Grant, engineer and former military, has his heart broken after he gets his discharge papers and finds out his on and off girl is definitely off and decides that he is better off doing the casual thing; that is until Frankie walks into his life. As the story progresses casual becomes friendship, the past intrudes, and determining the truth could break him before he has healed. Sandra Alex jumped right into the deep end of relationships with Crossing Borders. We get a peak of things in Crossing Hearts from a different perspective and get to see the other couples from the Miles for Love series interact as family does.
I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.
This is book five in The Miles for Love series and it is Grant and Frankie's story and the final book in this series and what a way to end it by going out with a big bang. The characters and storyline pulled you in right from the first page and I couldn't put this book down as I had to see how it would all end. Grant and Frankie had such great chemistry and after everything that they had been through it was great to see finally have there happy ending. Sandra Alex is a brilliant author and writer and I definitely look forward to reading more of her books in the future.

This was a good conclusion for this enjoyable story. Frankie was solid and didn’t get crazed by Grant’s mistaken choices. She took everything in stride and remained a steady friend he could rely on.
The characters in this series were really awesome, with the caring shown by the rest of the family obvious. I loved Grant and Frankie’s banter with each other. The two of them had wonderful chemistry and, despite their fling, her allowing them to continue being only friends worked out to keep their relationship flourishing. It was satisfying to see Grant and Frankie finally have their chance at a HEA to their story. Grab your copy and see how it all comes together for this series.
Book five in the Miles for Love series it is also the final chapter in the Miles for Love series, a well written story that held my interest until the end. This is Grant Lynch and Frankie's story of two people becoming friends, and not really realizing what they mean to each other. A story that is well worth reading. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Grant comes home to find that his women is no longer his women, she is on her way to marry someone else. Frankie is getting over her divorce. Neither is looking for a relationship. A friendship develops then is develops into more. With the past making its way into the future. I loved that the characters from previous books where brought into this story as well. A great close to a wonderful series

A wonderfully engaging story with a fantastic set of characters leading the way. I enjoyed this book because I fell in love with the characters. They were wonderful together making me feel all the feels with them. I felt like a movie was playing out in my head as I read this book. A very enjoyable story.
Book 5 of the Miles for Love series gives us Grant's story. Grant is the playboy of the Lynch brothers and we find out why. When the woman he loves returns after many years he avoids the warnings from his brothers, drops everything, and pursues her. He begins to realize that nothing is as it seems and he is losing his family and friends. The characters are really well written and the story keeps you guessing about his ex and her secrets.
A great conclusion to the Lynch family series looked forward to his story like all the rest pulls you in and you don’t want to stop reading. After having heart broken twice by the same woman finding love with someone who also was a good friend seemed to be what he needed
Another great story that I couldn't put down. If I was to read the series again I would read it all in one go as it reads like one story. Would recommend all very highly Well done Sandra.
Grant & Frankie had an intriguing read. It had me on the edge of my seat. It was a relatable story. I received a free copy of the book. And am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion.
What a fantastic conclusion to the series. I experienced so many emotions with this story! I was angry, frustrated and heartbroken in turn.
Grant is an absolute teddy bear who i just want to hug and squeeze and tell him everything will be ok. He is so torn in what is the right thing to do that you can actually feel how lost he is.
Ripley is a amazing woman. Smart, witty, sexy and has the patience of a saint.
It was great to see everyone's story reach conclusion in the family. Everything tied up wonderfully.
