Back in the 1970s, just after completing a three year photography course at Bournemouth & Poole College of Art & Technology, Lawrence Impey was lucky enough to come across a group of teenage musical geniuses from Southeast London. The band, which included Glenn Tilbrook, Chris Difford and Jools Holland, was called Squeeze. When he became involved in their management he saw a great opportunity to take photographs as they rehearsed, toured and recorded and the majority of this unique photographic record has been sitting in his archives ever since. As well as the photographs, 'Recorded Here' features an exclusive interview with Chris Difford and an Afterword by Lawrence telling his own story of those halcyon days.
