Sorry, Daddy. I’ve been bad. Or was that Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned?
Plum Brolingtide is the rockabilly fashionista who owns Caffeinatrix--Clover City’s premier cafe. The buxom barista’s favorite hobby? Flirting outrageously with the priest who frequents her establishment.
Gideon Davies is the handsome and unflappable priest at All Saints church who has a weakness for almond croissants, flat whites, and disciplining mouthy young women.
Plum and Gideon get to know each other in the biblical sense and beyond but a tragedy at Plum’s cafe forces their hand to put a label on their affair.
Sure they have a great time together, but can Plum see Gideon as a prospect for Mr. Right instead of just Mr. Right Now? And will Gideon be swayed by the chorus of voices in his congregation calling his relationship with Plum improper and ungodly?
Plum’s Priest Daddy is a standalone novel in the Clover City Littles series. It features a strong-willed and foul-mouthed cafe owner who has a penchant for Fifties fashion, and a man of God who has some very carnal desires alongside his sacred responsibilities that will take a very special woman to fulfill.
Plum’s Priest Daddy felt lighter and sexier in my opinion without the heavy focus on age play which I have come to expect from this author. Especially since it featured a sassy rockabilly barista and a dominant priest who could marry and frolic in the naughtiness of it all…
As owner of Caffeinatrix, the weekly visit from one hot priest has become a source of amusement amongst the staff. And maybe Plum Brolingtide shouldn’t tease him, but Father Gideon Davies is difficult to ignore with his gorgeous English accent and endearments.
This woman was temptation incarnate and she scrambled his brain in ways it was difficult to recover from.
With his loyal vocation and love of community, Gideon can’t seem to stay away from his weekly coffee fix and the minx of a girl serving it. Not to mention her wit and flirtations make him hot under the collar. Although Plum isn’t technically who his parishioners would expect him to marry, he believes that love comes in many forms and packages. And she is perfect.
I’m and Anglican priest. Which means all those filthy things you’ve said to me, all those naughty things you’ve described, every carnal act you’ve detailed, I can do all those things. And, if you wish, I can do them with you.
Obviously, watching these two hook up was unusual. But once Plum overcomes the stigma of shagging and dating a priest, them exploring their fantasies and kinks was extreme.
Yes, because what said respectable louder than having a plugged assful of priest jizz? Wow, she was so going to hell. At least she’d have her kinky as fuck lover there to keep her company.
This was perfectly kinky with a little medical play and plenty of spanking. I loved the concept of the story and choice of characters. However, this story moved quickly, and it felt that it ended too soon. This is the perfect taboo read if you want to dip your foot into daddy kink without guilt or needing confession afterwards.
ARC provided by author in exchange for my honest opinion.
How much do I love the Clover City Littles series? Let me count the ways! And let me tell you, Plum's Priest Daddy by Honey Meyer absolutely delivers as the fourth book in this series!
Ooooh, Plum is ADORABLE! She is sassy and fierce and feisty and has such a cool vibe to her, being eclectic and eccentric and I love her brain and how it thinks and the crazy things she says! The mouth on her!!! She's the best kind of brat and I absolutely want to be her friend!
And Gideon? Oh my GIDDY AUNT but what. A. Man. Buttoned up tight, strict, severe, stoic, and yet you know there are going to be layers and reveals and that they are going to be SO GOOD. Seriously, he can crowd up behind me and whisper in my ear any time he wants!
I loved the unabashed honesty, the importance placed on communication, on limits, on establishing boundaries as they dived in, and how everything then developed as their relationship blossomed.
There's some drama, there's a TON of delicious and delightful SHMEKSHAY times, and there's trust, and there's love.
If you're looking for a sweet, fun, charming story with a nice and slightly dirty bent to it, look no further than Plum's Priest Daddy!
P. S. I want some damnation blue nail polish in my life!
P. P. S. The. Hive. When can I go?!
P. P. P. S. Yes, you know this postscript was coming...Dr. Eric!!!!!!! That. EXAM. I CANNOT WAIT for his story!!!
This is the fourth in the series about the club Hive doms and their Littles. While characters from previous books appear, this is a standalone. Note: While the author does like to shock by mixing Christian and kink references, Gideon is an Anglican, so he's not breaking his vows. None of this bothers me; it might bother some.
Thanks to different characters, dynamics, and kink practices, every reader is going to like some series' entries better than others simply based on personal preference. Because mine is not for hard-core Age Play and because I prefer strong female characters who are submissive only in the bedroom and male characters who understand that, I preferred this one. Unlike almost all the other women in this series, Plum is a middle; therefore, we're spared diapers, which is not my kink. I also appreciated how adult the two were; how well they communicated; that both were experienced players who put the "play" back into BDSM (too many authors think it's an endurance contest rather than fun); and that no deep dark secrets, manufactured angst, or mustache-twirling villains came between them. The fundamental conflict -- free-spirited Plum is unsure that she can be a good wife to a religious man -- was valid, high-stakes, and believable. On a separate note, as someone who is not religious, I really liked the depiction of religion here as less about belief and more about "making a difference in someone's life."
I'm not a fan of medical play (enemas) or group sex scenes so I skipped those parts, and the couple did far too many unbelievable and dangerous activities for someone .
4 stars. This is a down-to-earth, realistic (for this genre) BDSM romance between two likable people. And who can resist someone who says this:
Everything I have, everything I am, it’s yours for the taking. You don’t even have to ask. Just give me a sign and I’ll do the rest.
This book was AMAZING 😍 I absolutely love love love Plum & Gideon .. Their chemistry, their unique characters & how their relationship progressed through out this book , it was perfect ❤️
This book felt fresher & a bit sexier than the other books, Plum is more of a bratty middle so we got to see a different type of DDLG dynamics .. I love how each relationship is different from the other, they may all be Daddy/little but their dynamic & their specifics are different in each book & I appreciate that a lot, it's educational as well as entertaining -very very entertaining 🤤-
Plum is a sassy, fierce, feisty, vibrant & kind barista, while Gideon is a sturdy, focused, commanding, loving & caring priest .. I loved how we got to know a little about each of them before they got together as a couple & I absolutely appreciated & respected how their relationship formed & progressed .. It felt realistic & I thought their negotiations/checking in/scenes/aftercare was all so goddamn well written & an example to follow 👏🏻
I enjoyed this book immensely, Plum & Gideon will always be one of my top favorite couples everrrrr 🥰 I also enjoyed the cameos of other characters a LOT -that double play date at Hive 🥵- I can't wait to start the next book 🫠
I really enjoyed reading the story about Plum and her Daddy Father Gideon. Plum and Gideon had a lot to work through before they finally found their happily ever after but they eventually found it in the end.
I am voluntarily, leaving my review for this book and do so without any coercion.
Contains: priest hero, coffee shop owner heroine, role play, age play, heroine is a middle (acts like teenager), impact play, sex club, bondage, enemas, anal, medical role play (heroine has a kinky medical examination, “punishment enema”, and fucked with dildo by doctor and nurse), scene where heroine role plays as teenage babysitter and side character role plays as a diaper-wearing little and they are both spanked
I'm in love with Father Gideon the buttoned-up British priest and Plum, his foul-mouthed rockabilly barista, and I hope you will be too. Scroll down for an excerpt!
Sorry, Daddy. I’ve been bad. Or was that Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned? 🤔
It wasn’t a surprise when she heard the crunch of footsteps behind her, but Plum wished she’d gotten a little more time alone before Gideon had come to find her.
She’d been feeling more out of sorts instead of feeling better for the past few days and she was trying not to take it out on him, but it was hard. Everything was hard and she was so, so mad all the time. And miserable. Sometimes a girl just wanted to wallow in the freezing cold during the middle of the night. Was that really so much to ask?
So far sitting alone in the snow and freezing her tits off hadn’t helped anything but at least she hadn’t been inflicting her gloom and doom on Gideon. Now he was giving her no choice and that just made her angrier.
“Plum, darling. It’s freezing out here. You’re going to catch your death.”
“That’s not a thing,” she retorted.
“Perhaps not, but you’re still not dressed properly. You’re shivering.”
It was true. She was really cold, but she didn’t want to admit it. “Whatever. I’m fine. If you’re cold you should go inside.”
“I intend to, but I’m taking you with me. And in the meantime…”
She heard the rustle of fabric and then Gideon was draping his big coat over her shoulders. It was warm from his body heat and it smelled like him and it was such a swoony gesture she wanted to cry. Instead she looked up at him. “If you’re cold, giving me your coat isn’t going to help anything.”
“Sure isn’t,” he agreed. “Now let’s get you back to the rectory and we can talk about why you’re sitting out here in the middle of the night in the freezing cold.”
“I don’t have to do what you say,” she snapped, feeling the tears prick at the back of her eyes and her sinuses burn. “You’re not in charge of me. I can stay out here as long as I want. We’re not doing a scene right now so if you think you can threaten to spank me, you can get fucked.”
Gideon looked at her as though he was taking her measure, like he was trying to decide on his next move. How does one solve a problem like Plum? Finally, he spoke. Slowly. Pointedly. “I don’t know about that. This doesn’t seem like a healthy adult choice to me. This seems like someone feeling frustrated and out of control so they’re pushing boundaries in the hopes of being reined in. Might that be true?”
Plum had a choice to make, and they both knew it. If she wanted to be treated like an adult, she could stand and let Gideon guide her back to the rectory, help her into bed and perhaps cuddle her while she tried to go back to sleep. Or he could hold her while she told him about her fears and her frustrations and how the weight of the stress was killing her. He would listen. And if she wanted, offer advice.
Or she could spout off, pitch a fit, and force his hand. Make him discipline her because her feelings were too big and unruly to be managed by something as pedestrian and mild as talking or snuggling. She didn’t want to talk, she wanted to scream. She didn’t want to be cuddled, she wanted to fight. She wanted to slam into him, hard, and she needed for him not to crumble.
Which is what made her say, “You can eat a bag of dicks and I hope you and your condescending attitude choke on them.”
His posture changed then from someone who was waiting for her to walk into his arms so he could hug her, to a tall, broad-shouldered man who looked like he was willing and able to drag her back to the rectory by her hair and then spank her backside for forcing him to behave like a brute.
"I don’t appreciate your language or your tone, young lady.”
Yes.
Her blood simmered in anticipation of blowing herself out, of releasing all the pent up anxiety and grief in a torrent of flailing limbs, tears, and hurled insults. She’d been given permission to lose her shit and she would be taking full advantage.
Plum did stand then, wincing when she put too much weight on her ankle, and then crossed her arms defiantly.
“Yeah? Well I don’t appreciate you trying to control me. I don’t give a royal rat’s ass if you approve of my behavior or my vocabulary, you stuffed shirt, glue-sniffing, yard-stick-up-your-ass crayon chewer.”
Before she could formulate another insult, she found herself over his shoulder in a fireman’s carry and a very firm smack landing on her up-turned ass.
“Hey!” she yelled.
“Keep it down. There are people trying to sleep and I don’t think you want to wake them to see you being hauled across the street like a sack of disobedient, foul-mouthed potatoes.”
“Potatoes don’t have mouths,” she muttered, and got another spank for her trouble.

Romance genre: DDlg Series: Clover City Littles Length: 221 pages
Plot: Plum runs the bakery that Father Gideon likes to visit every week. She has a thing for the hot priest but believes he's off-limits (although that doesn't stop her flirting). Unbeknownst to her, though, Gideon is an Anglican priest and has taken no vows of chastity or abstinence. When he lets Plum into this secret, sparks start to fly. Not only that, but it turns out that both of them have the same kinks: bdsm and Daddy dom play. Gideon prefers a Middle, and that's just what Plum is. But Plum's not sure that she can be what Gideon needs. He has a congregation to attend to, and she's not really a pastor's wife type. But when tragedy strikes, maybe Gideon can make her see that she really is perfect for him.
Character development: Plum was pretty funny, and luckily Gideon likes her irreverence and sass. I thought it was ironic that Plum thought she didn't fit in when it was her very nature to help people and to serve. She might not have been religious, but she knew what it meant to be a good person and that's what drew Gideon to her (other than her looks and kinks, of course!). The one thing that kept me from giving another star (because really, this was a 3.5 for me) is that parts of it felt like a lesson on bdsm/DDlg play. And that's just a personal preference; I know that a lot of people like the realism of having the characters go through the explanations and questionnaires and things like that, because that's what you should do in person. I prefer less of it in my books, though. Again, it wasn't bad, just a personal like/dislike. It won't keep me from reading more in the series!

Holy Jesus…. Can we just sit here an fan ourselves!!
“Oh you like that, hmm, naughty girl? Daddy fingerfucking your cunt while your ass is on fire from his cane strokes?”
What did I just read!
“Feelings are not weaknesses. Asking people for help and telling people what you need is not selfish. When we are truthful with ourselves and the people around us, we enable growth and nurturing and show how we can best love each other.”
I need a cold shower.

This book was very spicy 🌶️ 🌶️🌶️, sweet, funny and I loved it !!!
This story is about a young woman named Plum Brolimgtide who owns a cafe called Caffeinatrix in a place called Clover City. She has been flirting outrageously with a priest named Gideon Davies at All Saints Church. He has a weakness for almond croissants, flat whites and a mouthy young woman. Plum and Gideon get to know each other. He is into different forms of BDSM that he uses on Plum. She is into fashion and being a bit of a brat. A tragedy occurs at her cafe which upsets her and Gideon decides to step in and help her. Gideon is very much a disciplinarian and he is very take charge. The people in the congregation don’t agree that he should be with her but he challenges them and they back down. This story had funny moments and very spicy moments. I loved reading this book.
This was f*cking amazing. I like the aspect of this story where he's not just a super model dom in a cassock; it's actually well written as far as inclusion of the entire priest job / church involvement part of it. It goes hand in hand with the kink. The book includes a primarily DD/lg relationship dynamic, and that's even refreshing because even though there is a lot of spanking, the little doesn't age regress/dress "little", and the Dom's verbal admonishments totally track. This was the best DD/lg dynamic book I've read to date, and I imagine it's the author's specialty since she has an entire series based around the dynamic. Definalty well written, fleshed out characters, and an accurate, interesting, and respectful involvement of the church.
Ok, so a hot priest getting together with a rockabilly “heathen”…. I adored this book!! And all the kwinky times were done so well (Please check your trigger warnings, as there could be many depending on who you are)!! Although this is part of a series, I had not read any of the other books and do not feel like I missed anything.
The storyline was done well and watching Plum and Gideon go through all the unconventional stages in their relationship had me under a wide range of emotions. Learning to accept someone for who they are and not what they are or look like is a huge presence in this book and one that the author took time to accurately portray. The spice is fantastic and I look forward to reading more from this author.
Most of the time when I read anything with little kink it’s really just to have a light read that I don’t take seriously because it’s not normally more then fluff. I have to say this story was fun to read, has depth and the characters were well rounded and not just oh I have a daddy woo hoo. The story is about a coffee shop owner and a man of the cloth. And is very much a story instead of just a heated read. Plum is a sassy successful business woman who takes controll of her life and while being a sub she maintained her fierce personality. She find a relationship in the least likely place and it comes with its challenges.
I very much love discovering new authors!! I'm just bummed that it took me until book to do so. I've always enjoyed these kind of stories but lately I just can't seem to get enough. I loved Plum right away, she is sassy, bratty and independent. In walks Gideon, correction Father Gideon. Their chemistry is immediately evident and I enjoyed watching them grow. He was just the man she needed, especially during her darkest hours and she is the perfect Brat for him. The ending had me crying very happy tears.
Plum’s Priest Daddy is the fourth book in Honey Meyer’s Clover City Little series featuring age-gap and age-play romances. In this book, readers witness the romantic journey of Plum Brolingtide and Gideon Davis. She owns and runs the Caffenatrix, a coffee shop, and he is an Episcopalian minister. Both are attracted to each other; however, she does not fit the mode of a minister’s wife. Will they be able to overcome the obstacles Destiny puts in their path? You must read this book to discover what happens. Like the other books in this series, it is a quick and entertaining read. Again, Ms. Meyer pens a character-driven plot with rich dialog and vivid descriptive scenes.
Gideon sees Plum every Thursday at her cafe. Plum feels something for the Priest Gideon but not sure exactly what it is. Eventually she finds out that he is the Daddy she has been looking for. They definitely have their obstacles andsome of them are larger than life. This was a different type of read but I enjoyed it.
I received a free copy of this book from the author and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
The book wasn’t too bad, the smut was pretty good too. I think I discovered my first ick, getting an enema during role play? Definitely not for me, also getting your mouth washed out with soap in the middle of it wasn’t for me either. To each their own, but if cleaning your guts out in the middle of diddly time isn’t for you I would skip over the doctor chapter.
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started this, but I grew to like it quickly, good mix of coffee shop humour, and the priest from the church certainly opened my eyes. Just goes to prove you can never tell what goes on behind closed doors.
Loved their visits to the club and getting to know others who played there.
Sad when she lost everything in the fire, to see such a confident woman fall apart was horrible and made me cry for her.
I liked this book but now as much as the others . It was a little boring in the beginning but it sped up pretty quickly so I liked that. I loved how defiant plum was, and I loved how he handles it. I’m not sure what it is with age play but it’s a whole new level of spicy and I think I love that the most
This is a very good, well written DD/lg romance. The characters are lovable and who won’t want a handsome faith leader. They have admired each other and flirted every Thursday morning over pastries from her shop. Read and learn how they were able to get beyond their differences and enjoy.
I tried to love this the spice was good but I just yeah
It was a three star rating for me. I tried to get into it more than once something about it just did that well with me I don't know if it was just the dynamic between each other or plumb herself but the whole thing just didn't sit with me but I love the rest of the series it's just this book didn't do It for me
It’s not often you find a book that encompasses everything you love, but this one is it. Kind portrayal of religion? Empowered woman? Accurate portrayal of the BDSM lifestyle? Yup. This book is amazing. Also, hot priest.
This is a standalone with a HEA. I can't wait for what's next. In this the town's priest finds his forever. After alot of bumps in the road will they crash and burn or live happily-ever-afters.
Loved the book. It was a wonderful, loving story. Very touching. Plum and the Preach got it going! I loved the characters in the book. All of them. Very good job, author.
I loved this story! Plum and Gideon are an unlikely couple but they were what the other needed. The characters are great and I loved Mrs. Symes. I appreciated the fact that this story had a full and complete ending with no major unanswered questions (unlike Lilith and Cosima).
All I have to say is... who knew an innocent priest could be such a sadist.... and I want one lol. Honey did it again, 'Plum's Priest Daddy really stole my heart. Beautifully written and I love how all the past characters are integrated through all the books.
Plum isnt a lg, she's a mg at most. Also, if you are worried about the idea of a priest, he isnt a catholic priest so isnt required as a part of his commitment to be celibate. These two actually seem to have a very healthy relationship outside of their DD/mg play.
