Taking Greer by Winter Travers was the introduction to the Banachi family series and was originally published within a New Year’s Anthology. It was a short novella jumpstarting the series.
I enjoyed the two characters, Apollo and Greer, but I wanted more background. I need to go back to other series to capture the characters better. It was written more as a short story about one scene, where Apollo finally admits and takes what he wants Greer. His Reward is up next.

What's with Apollo?
It's 2 short!! It's needs 2 b longer and more 2 it than what there is in it. I'm disappointed alot. It doesn't tell much of anything at all but meeting at a new years Eve party and being 2gether and talking sum. Nothing else. There needs a lottery more 2 it!!!! i'm almost done with the book his reward, and i'm finding a few things that makes me more disappointed in this book since there's alottttt missing. this 1 just barely has anything but yet in the other book it shows they have been married for many yrs and have kids. but yet this 1 barely shows them getting seen together 1 x at a party and getting 2gether and that's it and it says they have supposedly known each other for many yrs and mentions her brother but i've never even heard of him and he's not even in the book at all that's supposedly Apollo's best friend.

This is the prequel to the Banachi family series. This is Apollo and Greer's story. Greer Cassidy and her brother Kane have known Apollo, Leo and the Banachi family since they were children. Greer has been "in love with" Apollo since she was 13 years old. She knew he may not feel the same way she did but she always loved him from afar and thought that is the way it would always be because of her brother Kane and Apollo's friendship. I can't wait to read the Banachi family series and see what happens to Apollo and Greer and the rest of the family. This I am told has ties to the Devils Knight series. I really enjoyed reading this and it has gotten me excited for the series to come.

This is a great book! I have liked the Banachi family when they have been intertwined with the mc. It was great to get Greer and Apollo's story.
Greer and Apollo have always had a spark. But they just needed time to make sure they were both ready for what they would become. The sparks fly!

This novella has Apollo and Greer connecting. He always gets what he wants! Their connecting will set your kindle on fire! I need to start reread of this whole series. I highly recommend this whole series!

Apollo & Greer
I loved seeing how Apollo & Greer finally got together. I loved how he have wanted her for years before he finally acted on it. The interaction between them was great, the sex was steamy and I can't wait to see more of them in the future.

Greer and Apollo did NOT disappoint in their “how we started” story. It was quick, it was hot, and it was everything I’ve. One to expect from this author.
