This was so toxic but I ate up every second. This was like a train wreck you couldn’t look away from. I wanted to fight Eze for Sunjai, the way he would do her had my mouth on the ground. At some point I was wondering is they even end up together cause it wasn’t looking like it 😂 Definitely reading book two, I loved the messiness.

Sunjai moved to California to start her life & career as a hairstylist/MUA. Looking for housing, she reached out to Mocha about her ad for a roommate. Fast forward Sunjai ends up at a fight club out of her control. There she meets Eze who takes one look at her & wants to protect her, but he also doesn’t want to admit how she quickly makes him feel. Sunjai discovers that she is pregnant and runs away to Atlanta because Eze wouldn’t be who she wanted him to be.

Interesting Read
SunJai found herself at the mercy of someone else all behind her trifling roommate Mocha. SunJai had to literally fight for her freedom and meeting Eze seems to make it better until she realized Eze had his own demons he was fighting. Eze may have seem street but the business he was in had nothing to do with the street's. Trying to remain in control of his business and his feelings. Eze found it hard to stay away from SunJai. Even while training her. He realized he wanted more but his tainted past and ego. Had him with his guard up. Mocha jealousy of SunJai didn't make any sense. Mocha snake ass was the reason SunJai was sold. Diego had Mocha under his thumb and doing his dirty work for year's. After Eze decided to cut ties with him. Diego and Mocha done the unthinkable. Midnight and Bullet need to stop playing with each other and settle down but the way this ended. Midnight might have lost Bullet because of the secret she was hiding.

Good book
Sunjai is not use to the things she has been through. It’s bad when someone befriend you but has bad motives behind it. Eze finds it hard to love but can’t deny his attraction to Sunjai or Sunshine as he calls her. They say opposite attracts. Bullet always has his boy back but he feels he really needs to let his guard down before he lose something good. Eze lets his pride overshadow his heart & Sunjai leaves. Now with a crazy person out for revenge will anything happen to her especially since she’s pregnant. Eze comes to terms that he can’t deny his hart hat it wants. Will love overcomes everything else. Good book about love, betrayal, & making decisions with your heart.

Good Book
The world we live in today, we have to be careful about accepting roommate ads like SunJai did because Mocha was part of a kidnapping ring with Diego. Diego sold SunJai and Mocha to Eze to fight in his underground fighting and Eze was instantly attracted to SunJai. SunJai ended up pregnant and found for her freedom against Mocha. Diego and Mocha did some shady mess to Eze and SunJai but in the end Eze and SunJai came out on top. The relationship between Bullet and Midnight was mad crazy especially with the chic trying to shoot Midnight was actually her girlfriend. I can't wait for Bullet and Midnight's book to drop.

Could Not Put It Down
Eze was one for the books. He leaves a nasty taste in your mouth in the beginning but then you start to see the layers. He turns all the way up and is as disrespectful as they come. In comes Sunjai try to break down barriers but they both are in for a rude awakening. They both have a lot more growing to do but for real I can appreciate them more because there are really broken people in this world. I hated Mocha from jump!! Midnight and Bullet.....I cannot wait to see how their story turns out.

Very good read!!
Whew! Eze was so mean but I loved it!! Eze wasn’t this terrible person; he experienced a ton of traumatic things and he had no clue on how to love or let people in. SunJai was IT for Eze; she was just what he needed. I loved this storyline, the underground female fighting league was dope. I loved the friendship that SunJai and Midnight developed. Now, Mocha was such a hater 😂I personally feel like she got off too easy. The drama was soooo good, I loved the flow. Very entertaining book! Can’t wait for Midnight and Bullet’s story.

Glad they found love
SunJai had endured so much especially losing both parents. Mocha wasn't a good friend at all. Not being honest landed them in a messed up situation. Eze's line of work was not the ideal but he wasn't letting SunJai go. Bullet was a true RIGHT HAND always by his side. Midnight and Bullet were a good together. Not everything lasts forever and people do change!
Eze and Sun'Jai proved just that...

#KKTHAGOAT This story intrigued me from the cover alone. Eze was that rude rough boy all good girls want. The connection between him and Sunshine was everything. I loved the flow and pace of the story and it was unmatched to anything that I have read before. You tell a story like no other. Awesome job and I am looking for they spinoff with a flashlight. Need it neowww lol

So this gives instalove with toxic behavior. Eze was not connected to his emotions whatsoever so he made this much harder than it needed to be. You can tell him tried. I don’t fully agree with all of Sun’s moves but I get it. That girl said I gotta choose me but I was glad when they got it together. This was messy. Mocha had me stressed out cuz why would you do that girl like that?! Overall I enjoyed reading. Now I gotta figure out what Midnight done to Bullet.

That ending
Ok when Bullet and Midnight story coming out I want to know when she had time for another relationship and her and Bullet was always together but this was different but it was good I'm glad Eze got his shit together and made Sun his woman I can't wait to read more from this characters

This was a great read.. the story line was not like all others so that was a plus and I loved eze.!! That ending.. I was loving bullet and midnight!!!! I need them to get it together.. I'm mad at midnight though!! So ready for the spin off.. I highly recommend this book!!

Great start. I'm happy that Sunjai was able to pull feelings out or Eze that he knew he had. Mocha was a bitch and got just what she deserved. Now I wonder what's going on with Midnight. The storyline and the characters keep you interested. Good job, now I'm ready for part 2 because obviously Midnight is hiding something

Captivating story
I’m going to be honest and say I rolled my eyes at least 100 times at some of the things that happened in this book and considered not finishing it at about 20% but the story KEPT pulling me back in. Y’all Eze and Sun are something else, I’m telling you. Its definitely worth the read and I have every intention on reading Midnight’s story.

I knew that Eze was going to be a wild card from the very beginning. The storyline definitely got my attention because it was different and interesting. Mocha was a Hater but that Karma is nothing to play with. That ending tho! You cannot do Bullet & Midnight like this😭

I loved this book and how gutta Eze was! HE WAS JUST GUTTA AND CRAZY! Im glad that Mocha and Deigo died and that the baby was unharmed! Great book! I fell in love wit Eze,Sun, Midnight and Bullet!!!

I really enjoyed this book and getting to know the characters. Eze is a prime example of how our past & traumas are valid but they are not excuses for not doing better. I want to see Midnight & Bullet get through this, I love them together.
