Great Read!

I have really enjoyed this series. I look forward to the next in the Ampersand Series. Such a fast read, that I am sad to wait for the next book.

"I received this book for free from the author. I voluntarily review this book. This is my honest review."

If you read Without Direction and thought it dark, you will be pleased that in Without Regret EN Crane is back to her previous level, and there maybe a HEA. I’m never sure when I write these reviews if the readers want a plot synopsis, a character analysis, an evaluation of the writer’s ability....

It was well written, with good flow. The author transitions back and forth in time *time hops* and so long as you’re paying attention to the headers, you won’t get confused. It also helps if you’ve read the previous two books.

There is a plot line that deals with a young person who is non binary in her gender identity, but EN Crane did her research, and treats the subject with sensitivity, and her ire at people who would hurt others comes through.

This book read like it was the end for these characters, which made me sad as I feel they are now my friends. As usual, Bridgette’s addiction to caffeine and ice cream come through.

I realize I wrote this series, so my review is obviously bias. I will say that this is my favorite of all three because it gives closure to the characters who've been living in my head for 8 months. I can't promise you'll love it, I can't promise you'll like or feel inspired by any of the books I've written. I can only promise that you'll remember them and good or bad, they'll stay with you. These characters are part of me now and I hope they'll become part of you.
