Holy shit the fucking ending! A God damn cliffhanger again! For fuck sake you really can't keep doing this to me. It slowly killing me over here!
I loved this one it was amazing. Them falling I love the way they did is different from the other books. Monk is my favorite and I just love him.
Know I'm going to read the next book and cry cause the rest of the series isn't out yet.

I loved this one. I loved Mitzi, she was fierce and had a take no prisoners vibe. I loved that she didn’t let the men walk over her and gave as good as she got 😊
There was so much happening here in this story. Lots of action, lots of twists and turns. And still people going missing, will make you want to know What The Hell Is Going On.
Monk was now acting President since Barracuda just vanished. And you get the impression that he didn’t like it. But he still took care of his brothers and his club and even though she gave him so much grief he took care of Mitzi especially as I said people just going missing. You could decipher that even though Mitzi was a tough cookie something made her vulnerable and that’s why she has these walls up around her. But with the rest of the ladies of the club and Monk around those walls wont last long 😊
This book isn’t a long story, but it definitely packs a punch. You will devour it in one go as the suspense on what is happening will keep you going. And seriously what happened to the previous Prez. All in all a awesome read, and I cant wait to see what happens with the rest of this club😊

Loved It!!!
After Barracuda’s disappearing act VP Monk had to step into his place within the Royal B*astards MC. Mitzi was strong and domineering woman who ran one of the club’s businesses and was used to going head to head with people and winning. It seems like Monk may have met his match in this woman. After everything Mitzi had gone through with rival club she definitely was never going to be caged in again.
Make some time people because this book wouldn’t let me put it down. The twists and turns, the steam, the people turning up missing sure had me devouring this book. Monk was a strong enough man to allow Mitzi to be strong in her own right. I absolutely loved this story and I cannot wait to see what is in store for others in the club because believe me we are left with questions just sitting there waiting to be answered.

I loved this book! I’m not giving spoilers, but the ending… OMG. Monk struggled to keep things together with the club, despite all the stuff going on that worked against him. Mitzy was perfect for him with all her sass!

Mitzy doesn’t feel as if anyone cares about her. Monk shows right at the beginning what a big heart he has. This is one story where all the characters are important to what is going on. Mitzy and Monk are our love interests but all others help to tell the story.
The author creates a lot of steam between Mitzy and Monk but there’s some back and forth going on that was interesting to watch. Surrounding our love birds is some mystery and suspense and that’s where the other characters come in. Each scene moves smoothly along and each builds on the one that came before.
I didn’t feel as if anything stalled and left waiting for it to pick back up. I liked how the women rallied for each other – well, almost all of them. The MC had business but it didn’t overtake the main theme. It didn’t get too dark or gory for those of you that have sensitive stomachs or hearts. There’s just enough there that you know when these men mean business.
Truth be told, I started this MC series with this book. I’m glad to have had the chance to read this one and can’t wait to catch up on the ones I’ve missed and those going forward. I have read this author’s work before but in anthologies only. It was nice to read a single title by our author. If you have read any of the other Royal Bastards clubs, I hope you will take the time and check this one out as well.

Monk had to take over the club gavel unexpectedly when Barracuda disappeared. He didn't really WANT the responsibility - he's VP not Prez for a reason, darn it! LOL - but he sure did do well with the job. He kept the guys going & continued looking for Barracuda to make sure he was safe.
More is added to his plate when Mitzy's life is threatened. Mitzy puts off this "I don't care about your feelings" vibe, and after an abusive relationship refuses to ever be "caged." But her heart shines through w/ the girls at Skinz & when she lets Monk in.
I really like these two together. They harp at each other, but it's in a bantery way that shows they care even when they're denying they care. LOL And then they get together-together & *fire* : )
There's the mystery of who tried to kill Mitzy, the club things, someone else goes missing... And that ending! YIKES!!! Winter Travers always gives us a story cliffhanger that makes my mouth drop open, while making sure the main couple gets their HEA.

Monk and Mitzy's story had sass, witty banter, passion and strength. Mitzy is accustomed to people walking away and when life takes a sharp turn for her and her life is in danger, Monk will be the one to show her that walking away was never an option. Their story will hold you on the edge of your seat and at times holding your breath. Surprises are plentiful in the third book of the Royal Bastards MC, some that will ease your mind and others that will have you shocked to the core. As we take flight with Monk and Mitzy, claims will be laid, hearts and souls will be freed and we will be left antsy and eager for the next book for questions to be answered.

Monk is book 3 of the Royal Bastards Sacramento Chapter. This journey follows Monk and Mitzy. Monk is very Alpha and he's dealing with a crap ton of problems within the club. He has a lot of unwanted responsibility and it just keeps piling on. Mitzy is pretty badass. She has a sordid history but it's made her the strong, independent, sassy woman she is today.
This series is edgier and has more grit then some of the other MC series Winter has written. There's angst, suspense, action, and it's def unpredictable with twists.

Monk is the acting President of the Royal Bastards MC: Sacramento while his prez gone. He never wanted the job and can't wait until Barracuda returns.
Mitzy was abused but the Royal Bastards help her rebuild. She's loud, bitchy and full of sass, running the RBMC's strip club. Everyone leaves her so she's determined to keep up her walls to keep anyone from getting inside her heart again.
When Monk finds Mitzy on the verge of death to a drug over dose, he gets a wake up call and decides he needs her in his life. When they realize the over dose was a murder attempt Monk decides he's her personal body guard, whether she likes it or not.
Sparks fly between these two but Monk loves Mitzy's sass and Mitzy loves that Monk gets her and let's her fly. Loved seeing her open up and let people inside and that Monk really understood her and supported her.
Never a dull moment between these two as they figure out who's trying to kill her and end them once and for all. There's also the on going series storyline with Barracuda, their club president, and whoever is killing those he loves.

Someone’s out to kill Mitzy, the manager of Skinz, the strip joint owned by the Royal Bastards MC of Sacramento. Since Monk is the acting President currently, he’s determined to find out who wants her gone and since he already has feelings for her, she won’t step aside until he finds the person or people responsible for the threat on her life and eliminate them. She has a few close calls, and each time Monk is there to make sure she’s alright.
Mitzy’s a tough cookie to crack but Monk is not the type of guy to walk away and give up when he knows what he wants. He just wishes he could get through to Mitzy and break that wall down around her heart. When these two let their guard down around each other and plot to work together to get back at Memphis and Raelyn for trying to scare Monk, the heat begins to steam up the pages. I loved this story as much as I have others that I’ve read by Winter Traverse, her characters are strong, loyal, funny and entertaining in so many ways. The Royal Bastards are a powerful force and anyone going against them or one of their own will bring out the demon in them. This situation could also bring someone back that they’ve been missing. I loved it and give it a 5-star review. I look forward to more of Ms. Traverse’s books as well as more of the Royal Bastards MC books. They all make great reading.

As the story continues and the plot thickens but, now yet another mystery has darkened the door of the MC.
I loved the characters this time around yet again. The story is evolving, and the men now have old ladies but, one thing that always remains the same is the old ladies and their protection and safety is first and foremost on their minds. We loved the old ladies, they are a lot of fun and make this girl laugh.
We love seeing a previous character like Leo the mafia don grace the pages once again. Mitzy was a character that we loved her sass and her and her bitchy attitude but, that is just a facade to protect herself underneath it all she is a real softie.
Overall, an enjoyable story with still an ongoing plot added in with a bit of a twist. Monk & Misty awesome chemistry who made the perfect couple. We loved seeing a sensitive, possessive, and protective side of Monk, we found him to be super sweet we loved him but, with all those things being said make no bones about it that that man was deadly and all alpha even if he had to rein in the alpha part of him a time or to.
Barracuda, you are up next, can't wait to solve the mystery surrounding Tank. This series a still has more surprises in store for us.

Winter Travers' Sacramento Charter of the Royal Bastards MC is some of her best work! I have been a fan of hers for a while and these guys and their women are some of my favorites! Monk is the acting president while Barracuda is in the wind. He takes his duty seriously even though he is eager to drop back down into his regular VP spot. When he finds Mitzy slumped over her desk and it appears she was meant to die, he takes it really seriously. Like stay with her in the hospital and stay at her house serious. Mitzy isn't crazy about that idea, she is in the habit of keeping everyone at arm's length and further if she can manage it. But Monk is persistent and he isn't going to rest until he has Mitzy on the back of his bike permanently! I loved Monk and Mitzy, they are another perfectly imperfect couple from the slightly twisted mind of Ms Travers. There is a subplot weaving its way through this series and I can't wait to see how it all plays out. Start to finish, Monk is a fantastic read, ten stars!

I Love this RBMC Chapter and the author gave me an exceptional MC read with Monk. It had all the things I love about MC romances. She gave us brotherhood, suspense, action, alpha males, a strong independent leading woman and most of all MC type of romance. If you love MC’s like I do you know that means an Alpha male with a soft spot when they find the one meant to be their ride or die Ol’Lady. At least a soft spot in their minds. Often a little overbearing, but only because they want to protect what’s theirs. We Monk has all this in spades. But he’s met his match in Mitzy.
The author takes us on one heck of a ride as the acting Prez, Monk, has his hands full with the club's actual Prez, Barracuda, still MIA, with someone out to harm Mitzy, plus another brother has gone missing. What’s next???
Outstanding series/read that is not to be missed. I highly recommend grabbing up all the RBMC, Sacramento Chapter books. You won’t regret it.

I'm finally back to the Royal Bastards MC books and loving it. Third book by this author and it was good. Not a 5 star because it left one really big thing not finished and the ending could have been a little bit more to it.
Mitzy is the manager of the strip club that the club owns. She is known to be a bit of a bitch but that's because she is outspoken, she won't be told what to do and she makes sure everyone does their job. She wakes up in the hospital after almost dieing from a drug overdose. Some thought it was attempted suicide but there was no way.
Monk is the VP and acting president since theirs disappeared. He is the one who found Mitzy and saved her life. What she thought was an accident of taking someone else's Tylenol, Monk doesn't think so. He demands that he is going to keep her safe and she needs to listen.... remember I said some thought she was a bitch.... think Monk has met his match.

This is the third book in this series. This book is part of the Royal Bastards MC World. This book dives right in. Monk finds Mitzy overdosing on her desk and the club. Only she doesn’t use drugs which means someone drugged her and tried to off her. Monk is drawn to Mitzy. She puts on a front as a bad@ss b!tch, but really she has a huge heart. She has her reasons for keeping people as arm’s length. However, Monk is going to let that keep him away. He is going to be there for her keeping her safe, and figuring out what is going on. Will Monk be able to figure out who wants to hurt Mitzy before it’s too late? There is a ton of things happening with the club but Mitzy is his priority. The guys are finding their other halves one by one. These ol’ ladies are great and definitely make the guys lives interesting. There are some twists and turns in this book. It was a great read. I am loving this MC. I have read about several different chapters for this MC by different authors. Winter is doing an amazing job with this chapter. I can’t wait to read more about them. Fantastic job Winter.

Well, this one took a few unexpected turns! Mitzy and Monk have such a fun relationship. They’re both stubborn, hard as ice when necessary, strong, and hiding huge hearts behind all that barbed wire. Of course, Monk is more willing to show his heart to Mitzy than she is to him, and for good reason on her part. But once she learns what being loved by Monk feels like, she’s willing to melt and bend just a little.
This series is proving to be full of light balancing out the dark, but those shadows are creeping ever further to take over and destroy everything. And just when hope feels lost, the moment I’ve been waiting for happens and a very special someone rides in to help save the day! But where’s the other missing person? That last page had my heart pounding and hoping that what seems to be can’t REALLY be! I guess I’ll have to be patient and see how it turns out.

This is the third book in this amazing series and is Monk and Mitzy’s story. Monk is the VP who is forced to take over as President after a traumatic event had their existing Pres leaving without a work. Now Monk has the responsibility of taking care of club business, while searching for a killer. Mitzy is sassy, fierce, and strong, and she runs one of the club’s businesses, and she is no walkover as she gives as good as she gets. Monk has certainly met his match with Mitzy, and when her life is threatened, he will do whatever he must to keep her safe and protected. This is a well written story which is filled with twists, suspense, danger, action, emotions, mystery, witty banter, humor, passion, and love, and I was enthralled throughout this riveting page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Monk doesn't feel like he is the right fit to be the Prez of the MC with Barracuda on the run. He does what he can to figure out who is responsible for all of the shit going down in the MC.
Mitzi runs the strip joint and keeps the girls in line. She is a bad ass bitch and gets stuff done. She takes no shit from anyone, including the guys of the MC.
I am a bit confused as to the relationship between Monk and Mitzi. There was no clues that he had feelings for her. Someone drugs her and he takes it upon himself to be the one to protect her and then supposedly instantly falls for her.
After everything Mitzi had been through with her ex she was leary of any relationship but it wasn't long before she fell right into his arms.
The person that was trying to kill her was a bit of a surprise but the accomplice wasn't. I did wish they had give us an idea of what happened to her though.

So as if Monk doesn't have enough to handle with their President being MIA now he finds Mitzy, the manager of the MC's strip club, near death from an "overdose". Only, it's not an overdose and now Monk has taken it upon himself to watch over Mitzy. Mitzy has a rough past that has caused her to have steel walls around herself. She's learned that the only person she can rely on is herself. However, being around Monk she realizes that he's not walking away from her. I thought Six-Gun was my favorite in this series but no, Monk has taken the lead. WOW. I love how he was all in and recognized that Mitzy could not be caged. She was his Birdie and he was her Biker. They were so perfect for each other.

Monk picked up where the last book, Six Gun, left off. It had ended in a cliff hanger with Mitzi, the strip clubs manager, blacking out. Travers filled in the suspenseful backstory while providing Mitzi’s past baggage and how it shaped her to the person she was today. Simultaneously Travers continued the suspenseful vibe of the MC conflict, while also showing the development between Monk and Mitzy.
All in all, it was a quick, action packed and mysterious filled read. It of course ended in another cliff hanger which takes us into the next book, Rebel, while continuing the MC conflict thread.

All in all, it was a quick, action packed and mysterious filled read. It of course ended in another cliff hanger which takes us into the next book, Rebel, while continuing the MC conflict thread.

What a rocket ride this book was! I found it to be exciting to follow Monk and Mitzy on the bumpy road toward their happily ever after. There are threats being made against Mitzy's life. Monk decides that he needs to protect her and to do that he moves into her house with her. Mitzy is a feisty independent woman who does not like to be told what she can and can't do. She had enough of that from her abusive ex. Monk loves her sass but it's harder to guard her because of it. Barracuda is still missing and no one has seen Tank for awhile either. Leona's killer is still at large and they think they have figured out who it is. Monk and Mitzy share romantic steamy scenes in this book. I really enjoyed this story and can't wait to start the next book in the series.

She'd done it before. Been controlled by a man. As much as she wanted Monk that wasn't happening again. Then stuff started happening. Bad stuff. As much as she resisted she felt safe with Monk.
The author has sent us more hot bikers to fall for. More crazy ol' ladies to laugh at their antics. Not to forget someone or ones dangering the club and the people in it. While there is plenty to enjoy--steam, humor, and situations funny and scary. There is a problem though! Too long till the next one.

Another emotional, wild ride in this series that I can't get enough of. Mitzy is so full of fire, hiding her past and fighting every day to put it all behind her. She's amazing at keeping Monk on his toes and I found myself smiling a lot at their back and forth. Monk is protective, all in and swoon worthy. Between the smiles, there were gasps, jaw dropping and head shakes. Getting to visit with everyone, seeing how well the story flows together with those shocking moments twisted in perfectly just makes this an amazing read! I love this series!

Mitzy is a tough nut to crack but Monk knows he has to break through to her. Her life is in danger and he is determined to keep her safe. Can she open up to him or will she remain her cold self? Excellent writing. Brilliant storyline.

I loved this story and how ballsy Mitzy was. Monk was perfect for her and he loved her sassiness the most. This story is so push and pull in their relationship and I love the sisters LOL, they had me cracking up. I can't wait to read more of this story and my heart broke for what this MC has gone through.

Winter kills me all the time.. oh man!! The threats I have for her are crazy!!
Monk... Mitzy, oh man. You meet Mitzy in the last book and oh man it is set up so sweet. The ups and downs and arguments and fun are amazing! So good!
Mitzy runs the one business for the MC, Monk is acting Prez. Monk does not want the position at all but is doing what he can, Mitzy just wants to be left alone to her job and life. Monk is not taking no for an answer. He forces his way in whether Mitzy likes it or not. Mitzy accepts the fact after a bit but needs to fly as well.
The end.. oh the end.. smh Winter did it again. I need my hands on it, to hear more of Monk and Mitzy and the rest and find out more!!!!

Wow . Just when I thought I might sleep through the night BOOM !! Monk shows up on my kindle and next minute I've read the book in one go . Sleep deprived yes ! Worth it ? Totally !.
I love Mitzy and Monk they absolutely complimented each other in every way .
I love how Monk , even though he's very much the alpha . Had patience enough to give Mitzy the freedom to be herself and not cage her in after everything she has gone through. And I loved how Mitzy , knowing how much control Monk needs gave him that when the situation called for it . Really enjoyed this book Winter Travers is one of my favorite Authors and go to reads when I'm in a book slump . Highly recommend this series.

Monk is full of sparks and witty banter and I couldn’t put it down. Mitzy has sass and attitude like no other, but she really has a great heart. She just needs to keep people at arms length to protect herself. I really adore her. Monk is alpha galore and wants nothing more than to protect Mitzy and make her his Ol’ lady. He’s hot!
You need to read this book for the burgers, the ice cream, the bottle and the picture alone. There are twists and turns you won’t see coming! Wow! So hold on to your heart because Winter Travers gives us a mic drop at the end of this book and my mind is blown!

Oh. My. Days!!!
This kicks off where Six-Gun finished and my heart was in my mouth!! There is no way that Monk is going to let Mitzy out of his sight after what just happened. But he underestimates her sass and independence.
I absolutely love their chemistry and banter, it had me laughing out loud whilst being hot under the collar!!
Monk really has his hands full! Not only is he Acting President whilst Barracuda is still awol, but someone is determined to get rid of Mitzy in any way they can. The MC need to find out what is going on before it's too late!!
A fantastic addition to this Chapter and this MC!!!
