Billie's life was not sunshine and daisies. The people that should have given her comfort, only showed her hell.
With only two she could truly count on, her dad and best friend Kolten, she closed her heart to the rest of the world.
Tragedy and heartbreak made her the woman she is today and she fights to keep those walls up.

Gah! I loved this book so hard! When I met Billie in Heart of Autumn, I knew there was a story for her and I was beyond excited when I found out it was happening!

This is my first but certainly not my last read from this author and I’m absolutely blown away with this story. Let me start off with saying you better have tissues close by because when Billie opens up about her past … took me a moment or two to dry my eyes enough to continue reading. Brody is a man that you can’t help but adore from the very beginning. These two characters will find their way into your heart and soul so quick that you’d swear you’ve known them for forever. They’re down to earth and relatable that you feel each and every emotion they’re experiencing. A story that is beautifully written and pulls you in from the beginning until the very last words. A must read without a doubt.
