Everyone needs to read this book. Its so real about mental health and how church can make a positive difference rather than shying away from the problem which has now become catastrophic with the pandemic. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Lots to think about here. Rhythms of prayer and being church not going to church are things that stood out. Then do we just read the book and leave it there? Or go and do something?
