Un an après son arrivée, Clotilde est parvenue à introduire des solutions innovantes, tout en gagnant l'estime de ses équipes. Quand M. Van Der Klipp annonce son départ et leur présente son remplaçant, Karl Liechtenstein, elle entend bien continuer sur sa lancée. Mais le style managérial de Karl Liechtenstein est pour le moins déconcertant, et la jeune femme se voit progressivement prise au piège dans un engrenage infernal.

For French readers.
I didn't think you were so fragile.
Fragility had attracted me because it is a judgment that is often heard from the mouth of people who are a little bad or malignant, and who want to make others weigh their weaknesses, which weaknesses are not. The other is unable to put himself in the shoes of the person in difficulty, in the shoes of the weak.
The truth is, I couldn't finish this book. Intrigued by the title and the back cover that spoke well of the book, I found the reading not fluent, not very interesting, the story too self-centered without getting to capture me, and it didn't interest me even though there was talk of psychiatrist sessions.
In conclusion, it could have been interesting, but I found it boring.
