Worth the Read!

Short, but as quickly as I read through it I was able to gain some insight and find a few suggestions that I know I'll be following up on. Sweet, thoughtful, well written and helpful in a kind and practical manner. Thank you!

Well short but sweet

Very short little book, nothing I don't really know already. Get good sleep, eat good food, get out in nature and leave that phone alone, It was a freebie so never wasted any money.

Started out condescending

At the very beginning she separated people into two groups - those who have mental health conditions, and "normal" people.

That's just rude. I wouldn't expect that from a medical doctor.

Thoughts
This is a concise but very basic guide to managing short term stress. It could be very useful to help introduce children and younger adults how to handle stress, especially around uncontrollable stressors like SATs/GCSEs.
