KetoContinuum is an absolute game changer. My personal backround of Keto goes back to 2017, it was my first go around and I started my 1st journey at 310lbs and by 2020 I Had brought myself down to 220lbs with the help of Mark Sisson and the Primal Blueprint, however I was drinking my face off and (whisky, because it was Keto HAHA, I actually believed it as so many do). And because I would EAT keto and drink KETO I believed I was Keto. (I didn't know then that booze stops the production of Ketones.) I fell off during covid and by 2023 I was back up to 330.5lbs... Lets Fast forward to today December 19, 2025 and I am back down to 222lbs.(second round of Keto started Jan 2023) I am not drinking this time around and this time around I am actually, Thanks to Dr. Boz, aiming to be keto; like real keto. I am devouring her podcasts and books and I must say in all this time I have never heard someone so clearly lay out what Keto is really all about, she paints such an amazingly clear picture of Keto and how to accomplish Ketosis. I discovered Dr B on the Diary of A CEO podcast, and from that day back in November when it dropped I've been obsessed with her and consuming her knowledge. So naturally I grabbed her books and I've finished this one and now I am on to the next one. Thanks to Dr B I for the first time have an actual understanding of Keto and the science behind it and she is the absolute best at describing it and lying out the information needed to make the best decisions possible. Ive been successful with keto as you can read but I want to live Keto and make it a real part of my life and embrace the chemistry that comes along with it, and she lays out that path for people thru fantastic stories of David, Grandma Rose, and herself. I have had many stepping stones over the years but she is solid ground. I am now longer jumping from rock to rock over hot lava I am walking on solid ground with Dr. Boz next to me. Thanks Doc :) I also wanna say I am not so much focused on my weight as I am my numbers (Glucose / Ketones) and the health benefits that come along with keeping that Dr B ratio at a respectful number, the weight loss will continue and I also strength Train 4-6 days per wk, the physical transformation has been amazing, but I am now looking forward to that brain transformation, energy transformation and true health transformation that comes with seriously being Keto. This Book is fantastic and If you're on the fence about starting it, get off, pick it up and start right away.
