This one was a fast pace read and some steam.
Emery and the girls are back and they are celebrating with some foods, tequila and well a fire that ruins her kitchen. And that's how she meets Marco the firefighter who help saved her house. But they didn't get together right away they had lived (fast forward those 2 weeks) until Marco went to visit her and that's when there relationship started.. nights together and dinner with friends has these two getting closer. I wish we saw more of the girls friendships..
We also see another couple who have some spats lol.
No ow/om drama, no cheating, slight secondary character, sexy times, no virgins

I loved this story. It was entertaining and enjoyable even when there were things going on that could traumatize a person. The characters were interesting and likable. Marco and Emery both had wonderful supportive friends and family. Ms. Milly was a complete crack-up. Marco and Emery met under less than ideal circumstances when he explained to Emery that she won't be able to stay at her home for a bit. Emery was dumbstruck when she looked at Marco so she missed most of what he said but she definitely remembered him. Marco had a bit of the same issue but managed to conceal it better, for the most part. When he ran out of patience, he decided to go to Emery's house and talk to her. They both realized that they had feelings for each other and chose to pursue it from there. Their dates were sweet as well as their get together's with Jenna and Wild. I loved Marco and Emery's happy ever after. I recommend reading this book.

Sweet story
Awh Emery & Marco's love story is so sweet you can't help but smile all the way through. After a girly night with her friends & shots ends up her kitchen on fire but she's more concerned about the hot fireman who came to save her. Marco tries to stay away from Emery but eventually gives up & when he turns up at her house they both confirmed it was love at first sight for both of them.

Marco might have put out the fire at Emery’s house but sparks are flying between Emery and himself. He knows immediately that she’s the one for him and he’s not about to let her go. A very fast paced read with an entertaining story. Emery is is an independent sassy woman and Marco is a protective alpha who’s waiting for the perfect time to make her his. I received an arc copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Their chemistry is explosive!
He rescued her from the flames, she rescued his lovely heart. I love how sweet the big, burly firefighter is, he may be able to battle fiery blazes, but he is so respectful and gentle with Emery. A lovely addition to the series which I read on Kindle Unlimited.

Wonderful!! This was a nice quick, short read. I really enjoyed this book!
Marco and Emery met when he goes to a call at her house. Emery's kitchen catches fire and when the fire department shows up she can't help but notice Marco. Emery is told she can't live in her home until it is repaired. Marco can't stop thinking about Emery. After Emery's home is finished Marco stops by her house to see how she's doing. Emery invites Marco inside and then they have dinner together. Before Marco leaves he asks Emery if he can't take her out on a date the following night. Marco picks up Emery at her home and they go out to dinner. When they arrive back at Emery's home Marco kisses her, but he wants to be a gentleman. The next nigh Emery invites Marco to met her friend Jenna Jenna and they have a double date. Over the next few weeks Marco and Emery see each other whenever they are free. Marco and Emery start having dates with Wild and Jenna every week. A few months later, Emery is tried of Marco taking so long to make his move so she comes up with an idea. Emery seduces Marco when he comes home from work. Marco is more than happy to take their relationship to the next level. Marco takes Emery to her bedroom where he pleasures her and they make love. The next morning Marco makes a bath for Emery lets her soak while he makes her breakfast. After lunch Marco and Emery met up with Jenna, Wild, Piper and Dillon. Marco asks everyone if they'd like to have game night at their house, and Emery is confuses. Marco tells her he wants her to move in with him and everyone pitches in to help. Marco and Emery go to his parent's house so that he can introduce her to his family. Three months later, Emery wakes up feeling nauseous so she calls Jenna who suggests she might be pregnant. You never know what to expect from these girls! Emery thinks its a great idea to make flaming shots in her kitchen for their girls night. And, of course, she spills alcohol and catches her kitchen on fire. When the fire department shows up and puts out the fire, the gorgeous Marco catches her eye. Marco never thought that putting out a house fire he would meet the girl of his dreams but one look at the spot faces Emery and he fell hard for her.
Marco ends up knocking on Emery’s door as he just has to see her and is thankful that she feels the same and start spending all their time together.
Emery can’t believe she has met the man of her dreams all it took was a fire at her house her flaming Dr Pepper shots didn’t work out as she had wanted but the fireman in her life has.

Very Cute
Loni Ree has created a great group of friends, who run a magazine together. One by one, they are losing their hearts to OTT, possessive, yummy guys who are hilarious in the pursuit of their women. Marco is no exception when he lays eyes on Emery after a flaming shot experiment goes terribly wrong.
I’m looking forward to the next installment in the series.

Emory was adorable, as was Marco. Marco was all in from the start. It was good to see Wild & Jenna again and sweet to see Wild playing the big brother role. a very fast read that moves through the story at high pace, but it was good and touched on all the important parts. A definite HEA♥️

To make the shot or not...
....that is the question. Don't wanna burn down the house, but a hot firefighter coming to put it the fire is a plus. Especially when he starts up the internal fire in you. These two have a fast and furious start to their relationship and it doesn't slow down at all.

Happiness!!
I really loved Emery and Marco's story, to think that if Emery hadn't almost burned her house down, they wouldn't have met. What fate to have met your soulmate at a fire. Now they are married, had a son and baby on the way. That is happiness.

MS Ree does it again! This book was just fantastic in every sense of the word. It has charm, great interaction between the characters, wonderful amount of humor, but best of all true love! It's an escape into a fantasy world you want to go for yourself and experience.
