He went against his better judgment. Though he knew better, he reluctantly trusted strangers. Because of it, he winds up wanted for murder, unconscious, and left for dead. When he awakens, it is as if he is a man without a past. At least not one that he can remember. Scant clues lead him on the trail of those who did this to him. But along the way of finding those responsible, he encounters others whose sole purpose is to see him dead. Will he live long enough to get the answers he wants?
Lukas was running from the law because of a mistaken identity from a person running down the street after a bank robbery. Running for his life he was trying to figure a way to return the stolen money that was thrown into his hands. Enjoyed reading this book. Would have liked a better ending. Wanted Lukas to have a better, happier , less lonely life.
