I LOVED this trilogy and was sad when the story came to an end. There is so much passion , intrigue and suspense –and did I say passion? What I mean is balls to the wall , intense, earthy delights that the MC put forth that I couldn’t get enough of.
Never a Choice: Book 1—In this book, we meet Bethany who is has had a loss in the past and is trying to move past it. She is going to college, trying to get her degree so she can make a better life for herself and take care of her mother. She is an older student and while at college she meets the guest speaker named Daniel. There is a spark, this chemistry. Meanwhile Bethany is trying to make extra money so she takes a 2nd job. During this time, Bethany and Daniel slip into a relationship where Daniel is this sexy, dominant alpha; while Bethany is hiding some secrets. Oh and there is Bethany’s psycho sister and a cast of awesome supporting characters. Bethany is a perfect sub to Daniel’s Dom.. I loved the energy they had together. And then the book ends in a cliffhanger due to her psycho sister..
Always a Choice: Book 2—Bethany is trying to come back from the pain and hurt her sister left her in. In this book, secrets from Bethany’s past that she didn’t know about are then told to her and she is devastated. Daniel is left trying to help her recover. Bethany and Daniel grow closer in the beginning and OMG ladies and lads, the sex is sooo HAWT! Bethany ends up meeting someone she didn’t think she would ever meet. Then just as everything is great fantastic, someone from Daniel’s past come back into his life now- Angel-his ex. Now things between Daniel and Bethany are strange and the dynamics are not as perfect as they were before . As I read this, I could feel the pain and confusion. Also I could sense there was some sort of plan at work involving Angel-not sure what but was hoping Daniel woke up to see it. This ended on a heartbreaking cliffhanger AND a secret.
The Only Choice: Book 3-- Bethany and Daniel are in a bad way. This is one of the most heartbreaking books in this trilogy. I WAS SOOO Mad at Daniel for him pushing Bethany away, even when she begged him to please listen when she was trying to protect him from Angel and her mechanisms. Daniel broke her heart and pushed her away. Bethany broke my heart as she stumbled along holding her secret well because she wasn’t going to told Daniel since he “made his choice”. But there is danger unfolding- Bethany’s psycho sister is back and she has her eyes set and there is new alliances made. Bethany is in HUGE danger. Will Daniel wake up and get to her in time? Will they get back together? This is what made this one of my favorites is due to the emotional tone and the suspense along with the ending in this story.
Never a Choice 1.5 Novella:--This is just a story set sometime in between Never a Choice and Always a Choice from what I could determine. Also, this story is told in Daniel's POV. Oh and are the scenes HOT- Daniel’s hot alpha DOM makes a show and he doesn’t play around. Bethany is his and he proves it.
I loved these books and this will always be my favorites books of all time. I am sad that Bethany and Daniel stories are over but maybe we will get a peak into their world again. I think the author wrote something so good, that I cannot wait to see what she has next.

Life is about choices. Some good, others not so good.
Whilst the back story that led to the conflict throughout the series was interesting, I did get thoroughly frustrated and annoyed throughout.
Bethany is a mature student at University, while Daniel is a guest speaker on her course. To supplement her income, she takes an extra job on a submissive phone line. When their relationship heats up, Daniel exerts himself as a Dominant in the relationship and Bethany slips easily into the submissive role.
I struggled to relate to both Daniel and Bethany for different reason. Daniel was very protective of Bethany, getting jealous of those around her quickly and making them aware he has claimed her. On the other hand, at the first sign of trouble, he doesn't believe her or trust her and throws her to the curb too easily. Bethany chooses time and time again to take him back only to be in the same position again. Grrr!! Frustrating! To me, Daniel let a number of people just walk all over him. It was, however, fast-paced and action packed, with plenty of conflict to keep you hooked and on the edge of your seat.

The Choices Trilogy by Dee Palmer

This is my favorite way to read a series….I love being able to read all of the books back to back. Overall the series was wonderful and very addictive. I found myself unable to put it down and reading at stop-lights! There were a lot of ups and downs and twists and turns in this series, and there was so much suspense I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.
NEVER A CHOICE starts off with a flashback ‘four years ago’ to when Bethany was with her first love John. They were in love, but waiting for things to be perfect before having their first time. We fast forward to ‘today’ where Bethany ‘Bets’ Thorne is getting ready to start her courses at University. She is barely making ends meet, taking care of her mother who lives in a facility and doesn’t recognize her and feeling the pain of losing her first love and her sister selling the house and running off with the money. She has been taken in by her good friend Sofia and her family and works at the family restaurant. She meets Daniel Stone, who is a successful business man and also a ‘Friend of the University’ and is guest lecturing in one of her classes. He is all alpha and he turns her life upside down. She doesn’t trust herself since she is haunted by her past of being abandoned by her father, sister, the death of her first love and best friend and she can’t tell him know how she feels.
So Dee is great at writing the villain….and wow is Kit quite the villain. I loved Daniel, but when Kit comes along he is so stupid. He is smart and would obviously check anyone out who comes near him, but he is blind to Kit’s manipulative game until it is almost too late.
ALWAYS A CHOICE picks up right where book 1 ended and Bethany is still trying to figure out where her and Daniel stand. We know he is a member of a sex club, but we don’t know what he does there and Bethany fears that she is not enough to keep him, so she finds a way to sneak into the club during a masquerade party. Once there she realizes that it wouldn’t help her understand him and just when she is going to leave, Daniel finds her and punishes her for going to the club after he told her not to. She sees first hand how cold he can be. They realize that she copes by self-preservation which manifests as self-sabatoge and he copes with a TCS – Total Communication Shutdown.
Again, Dee creates a dramatic story that keeps you on the edge of your seat. In this book she brings back Daniel’s ex, his first love, Angel. Bets can see that she wants him back and there is something in their past that he feels he owes her. He won’t even discuss the matter with Bethany….he decides to help her have a baby to save her marriage. WTF? Seriously who would do that and how can he not think that Bethany should have a say in the matter! I don’t know who I hatted more, Angel for messing things up or Daniel for being so thick!
THE ONLY CHOICE starts with after Daniel told Bethany that he doesn’t have a choice but to help Angel and he has used the six month break clause and leaves her again! She doesn’t want to ruin her best friend’s wedding so she doesn’t tell anyone how she is really doing. The final straw is when her employer fires her for stealing information. She realizes it is more of Daniel’s manipulation and control issues, but he won’t take her calls or see her, so she goes to his office to confront him. One thing leads to another and they are intimate again and the next morning she realizes that she didn’t get her last birth control shot and is late. So now she is pregnant and Daniel is still shutting her out while he takes care of his obligations to his ex. Bethany knows that there is more to Angel’s plan, but she doesn’t know how to get Daniel to see her true colors.
So by the end of book 3, while I loved Daniel and the way he could ‘read’ Bethany, I was totally pissed at him and was almost rooting for Ethan. I mean really he kept saying how Bethany meant more than anything to him, but why was he so stupid when it came to Kit and Angel? Regardless the series was wonderful. I cried for Bethany and how she tried to live in the moment to get more of the fairytale and protect her heart at the same time. I could feel her pain as she tried to get Daniel to see how he was being played and how it was destroying her. I really enjoyed the fun banter that she had with Ethan and how he didn’t want to be called her brother. It was fun and added a lightness to the suspenseful story!
The only downside is that at times there were so many details that I had to go back and read the dialogue again to just follow the story. At times I found myself speed-reading to get to the next revealing clue.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this series and the endless suspense...and loved the ride.

Bethany is trying to get her degree so she can make good money to take care of her mother.
She does this all while keeping secrets. Can she keep them from Daniel?
Daniel/Sir is a controlling sexy as hell alpha male. “Oh baby, I love it when you beg.”
There is a touch of BDSM, romance, mystery. and the backstabbing sister, what a b#tch.
The secondary characters added a great element to the story.
Always a Choice: Book 2
Bethany is moving on from her sister’s horrible games in book 1.
We get to see some past secrets revealed and of course the sex factor is steaming hot.
Just when we think things are going great for these two, Angel, Daniels ex comes into the picture.
At times I wanted to b&tch Daniel for his stupidity. My emotions were all over the place and I have questions I hope get answered in The Only Choice.

The Only Choice: Book 3
Starting this book I came in looking for answers and a little heartbroken. I wasn’t sure what to expect. This was the most emotional read in the series for me. I had a love hate relationship with both Bethany and Daniel and my gosh can't the wicked sister and Angel stay the f@ck away.
Just when things start to get better for Bethany, s#it hits the fan once again.
Will Daniel and Bethany make it through and have their HEA?
I have to say I was excited about Bethany’s surprise.
Never a Choice 1.5 Novella:
So excited for this Novella told from Daniel's POV. Of course we start out in a steamy scene with Bethany and Daniel.I think I’m going to have to check into bacon chocolate. When Bethany has her study group over to Daniel's she witnesses him being propositioned and it sets off her insecurities. Daniel whisks her away for Valentine's day and surprises her with a couple of very important gifts. This I have to say was the steamiest read in this series, lots of hot sex. Daniel is a true dominant alpha.
I highly suggest this great trilogy with the bonus novella. If you like romance, with hot sex and some BDSM you will love this. There's also a little crazy thrown in for good measure.

I fell in love with this author's writing in Ethan's Fall, but OMG The Choices Trilogy is on a new level of awesome! Bethany is a girl that hasn't had the best family life. Her mother is now in a home sick, and her older sister stole the money and ran off. She has her best friend and family that try to help her out, but she's proud, as she will work herself into the ground while going to school. The day that she meets Daniel Stone, is the day that her life takes off on a new path. He's rude and arrogant, but there's something about him, that she can't stay away from. He's an alpha that has to be in control, and she starts on a new journey of discovery. But outside forces conspire against them, and Daniel will do anything to protect her, including breaking her heart. This is Bethany and Daniel's super exciting journey.
WOW WOW WOW! It's going to be really hard to write a review that expresses how much I absolutely LOVED this series. The character development is fantastic, with past and present woven together amazingly well. Although some of Daniel's actions had me screaming obscenities out loud and I was mad at Bethany for never staying away completely, I loved them both hard anyway. It was raw love and passion that came off realistically. An original, exciting, super sexy, and well written story line flows perfectly through the whole series. Dee Palmer's evil and talented writing style had my heart pounding from beginning to end, and I'm so very grateful that I had all the books at once, or this review could have gone so much differently with all kinds of name calling. Twists and turns out of left field kept me on my toes, and I resented anything and/or anyone that interrupted my reading. Highly flammable and tangible chemistry led to explosively HOT HOT HOT sexy scene goodness that about shorted out my kindle. This trilogy needs more than five stars! Wow, Wow, Wow!!
Daniel Stone is one incredibly hot alpha male.
Their meeting is intense; their relationship is scorching. Daniel and Bethany definitely take you an emotional roller coaster throughout this trilogy. It’s one of the hottest stories I have read and I know I will be rereading it again, and again.
There are always choices in life, and not all of them are good. Some bring heartache and pain, and some, they bring the most incredible love you could imagine.
Daniel is a Dominant in every sense of the word, and Bethany is the sweet submissive. He doesn’t hide the fact that he wants her, that he will have her because Daniel Stone always gets what he wants.

Daniel Stone is one incredibly hot alpha male.
Their meeting is intense; their relationship is scorching. Daniel and Bethany definitely take you an emotional roller coaster throughout this trilogy. It’s one of the hottest stories I have read and I know I will be rereading it again, and again.
There are always choices in life, and not all of them are good. Some bring heartache and pain, and some, they bring the most incredible love you could imagine.
Daniel is a Dominant in every sense of the word, and Bethany is the sweet submissive. He doesn’t hide the fact that he wants her, that he will have her because Daniel Stone always gets what he wants.
I enjoyed the novella from Daniel’s point of view. It was definitely insightful to read his side.

Oh my Goodness! Where do I even start with this review? From the start to the finish I couldn't put this book down. Dee gives us so many highs, lows, twist, turns and so many I didn't see that coming in these books that I have to say its in my top 10 erotic and romance suspense books for the year. I have had the pleasure of reading a lot of books doing what I do and I haven't seen anyone do it the was Dee does. She makes it so easy to fall for her characters that you get the emotions like your the one living it.
These books should come with a Warning about needing extra panties!!! The sex scenes alone will cause your kindle to melt and I have to say a few of them had me fanning myself in public.
When I first started these books, I thought this was going to be another teacher falls for his student and that he is billionaire , they fall in love and that was it. BOY I WAS WRONG!!!! It might start that way but it defiantly is not the case. You will get to witness all of Bethany and Daniels painful past come back, some good and some bad and its a bumpy ride! So you better Buckle Up, grab a glass of wine and hold on because you don't want to miss a thing.
I will definably be one clicking this author from here on out and you should too!!

This story is phenomenal and doesn't disappoint! There are secrets, an alpha male, intense attraction and a sassy female with a mouth she can't seem to control. Did I mention she's a virgin? HOT! This series is a definite page turner.

This is the complete story and a bonus novella of Daniel Stone and Bethany. If you are looking for steamy and hot and controlling, this is the story for you. Daniel is quite the possessive alpha male. Bethany has her moments of being hot headed and a bit mouthy. She usually uses her mouth for her punishments.
There is a lot that goes on in this story. It was written beautifully and the side characters are great. I felt for Ethan when everything went done. He was hilarious at times, I had to laugh at his constant flirting.
The only downfall for me was the constant back and forth of the two. The breakups, if you want to call them that. It was beginning to be too much. Bethany was a bit whiny and just went along with things, at times she did go and be the things she wanted. She wanted his full trust. Daniel's ex and Bethany's sister, ugh, I want to punch. WHY couldn't Daniel see it or believe her. Men can be so stupid.

Made the perfect 'Choice' reading this Trilogy ....
Omg, where do i start ... Well i'm not going to tell you much about the story, you can read it yourself for that. This series was so much more than I thought I was going to get, I loved it !! I think I went through every emotion possible whilst reading it, there are so many twists and turns throughout the journey of this trilogy. Lots of angst and really well written sex scenes ... HOT scorching !! Loved the characters, well except for a couple, grrrr ! Daniel is my new bbf, total alpha and very swoon worthy hot ! Love Bets determination and strength, i cried a few tears for this girl, loved her. Dee Palmer is a newly discovered author for me and she is awesome, I will definitely be 1-clicking future books from her ! Really like her writing style, easy to read and flows well. I don't think there have been two characters that I have wanted to hug one minute and then strangle the next. Daniel and Bethany both drove me insane and I wanted to shake them, yell at them, tell them to wake the hell up. The Choices Collection drags you in and just won't let you go. So many time this story seemed so slow, but only because of the anticipation of what was coming. It's there, you know something big will happen, the build up is amazing, and then bam it's over. What the hell I WANT MORE! This collection has the possibility to grow and I would love to see a future or even side stories.

This book is so hot and sexy, but also it is filled with romance and mystery and heart pounding moments a plenty. Bethany and Daniel are a couple whose story i got swept up in, the whole series is fantastic and it was great to have all the story here in one place and not have to await the next release. I loved Bethany and omg she has some surprising moments in this story - no i cannot say anymore but someone you would not suspect surprised me concerning Bethany. While Daniel is the perfect alpha and dom and even though he is these, his caring side to Bethany shines through. Go get this series now.

I've had this on my kindle for such a long time but not had the chance to read it but seriously wish I had read it straight away!
This book brought out every emotion in me from happy to full out crying, yes big ugly tears fell during this book. The story was very well written and the sex scenes were serious hot, hot, hot! I fell in love with DDaniel and Bets and the dom, sub relationship that they had.
I would highly recommend this book and I'm sorry that it came to an end!

This is the second book(s) I've read by this author. I feel in love with Ethan in Ethan's Fall. It was great to go back and see and find out the backstory of Daniel and Bethany. They go through a lot of trouble, roadblocks in the romance and your brought along on their journey. I have to admit that sometimes I wanted to shake sense into both Bets and Daniel for their not so smart decisions.
Can't wait to see what Ms. Palmer writes next.

This trilogy is so amazing!! I love Daniel and Bethany! I love the angst and the love. I enjoyed Marco and Sofia! I could do without Bethany's sister... It's a sweet story and had a sexy alpha male!! This one has it all! I can't believe the twists and turns in this series. These two really survived everything!

Daniel Stone just keeps getting better and better. I have already read the trilogy previously. The addition of the novella, added more to the story. The novella told more from Daniel's point of view, than Bethany's. Great addition to the trilogy.

I really liked the story line but the two main characters just didn't do it for me she was far too needy for me and Daniel will I'm not sure what to say about him exactly but I feel like he had no redeeming qualities sorry I know I'm in the minority here but I really didn't like him much

Good mashup
These books are a good mashup of Cinderella wealthy rescue romances with something extra ala Fifty Shades. Definitely some very hot scenes but has issues with weaknesses in storylines. The whole "turning 21" storyline just stopped with no explanation on what happened to Bethany as of that birthday, where did the money come from that Kit was desperate for? Just as Bethany decides that she needs to become stronger due to Daniel's trust issues, she becomes simpering and whiney with story turning into Daniel having trust issues with her.
Not quite Gideon or Christian quality but close.

This story Captivated me and held my attention from start to finish. Daniel reminded me of Jodis Jessie and took me to Sandra Day’s Gideon. Just all the hottest male characters rolled up into one. I stumbled on this and it has actually been in my wish card for months I am so glad I read it!

Intense, gripping and emotional, this are just a few of the words to describe this series from Dee Palmer.
I have stayed up to all hours of the morning the past couple of days reading this series, but by hell is the tiredness worth it.
Daniel and Bets was hot as hell as a couple. Their chemistry off the charts, however they really needed to work on their communication and trust.
Daniel was a complete arsehole throughout this series. Blind and dense in some aspects, but you could see and feel the love he had for Bets. It shone through like a beacon and I loved seeing that side of him, as well as the tiny little bits of vulnerability.
I loved the storyline and absolutely adored the secondary characters in this series.
The pacing was good and although I guessed pretty early what would happen it didn’t deter me from enjoying the books.
I also enjoyed the added novella, told in both Daniel and Bethany’s POV, at the end. That was just the icing on the cake for me.
A solid 4* series from me and one is definitely recommend if you are looking for an angst ridden, hot as hell read with characters and chemistry ready to combust.

This is a trilogy that caused me to miss a lot of sleep because once I started it I couldn’t put it down. It is an emotional roller coaster so make sure you have tissues to hand because you will need them. There were times I wanted to physically hurt Daniel for what he was doing to Bethany but there were a couple of clues that made me wonder if all was not as it seemed, not that that excuses his behaviour. Bethany’s adopted family were so supportive and thank goodness because she had no one else in her corner for much of the time. But then she meets her father and ‘brother’ who are really sweet and Mr. Wilson who helps both her and Damien and then there is Sam/Selina. Her adversaries were both women and how evil they were but that is so often true and Dee Palmer is an expert at bringing the characters to life good or bad. I loved that all three books were in one volume as I kept reading without having to stop and start. This is a hot sexy, super sexy, drama full of intrigue, romance and sadness with a really lovely happy ending.
