She'll do anything to prove to her friends that she's over her ex...even date the cowboy she once went with in high school.
Ryanne Moon owns and operates an online boutique that's taken off in the past year. Andy and Ryan has done so well that Ry finally has enough to open a permanent storefront and retail space, so she's not sure why she feels like she has to work so hard to convince her friends that she's doing just fine.
Just because her sister, who ran the clothing company with her, passed away five years ago doesn't mean she's going to break down at any moment.
But with her fifteen-year class reunion approaching, she needs a boyfriend to show everyone she's done more than design a few hats and belts in the past decade and a half. When she runs into Conrad Chappell and asks if he's going to their class reunion, a plan forms.
It doesn't hurt that she and Conrad had a little summer fling sixteen years ago...or that he's one of the wealthiest and best-looking men in all of Kentucky's horse country. Can Ry and Conrad handle their second chance at a relationship when it starts out fake?
Conrad Chappell thought he was happy with his life until so many of his brothers found their happily ever afters, and now he has decided that horses make poor bed fellows. He was looking for a more serious type of relationship now a days . He ran into Ryanne Moon, a girl he dated in high school for a short time, and he has been really trying to convince her that he had changed. Besides what he did to her in high school, she also lost her sister five years ago and had not been able to get past it. He tried taking thing slowly, but everything was an extreme struggle. We had more babies and more pregnancies. There was even a little spring thaw in Ian's heart as he actually noticed a woman for the first time in a decade. He even got so far as asking her out on a date, but we will have to wait until the next book to see what her answer will be, because they could be twins in the relationship category "Let's Lock Our Hearts". The emotions and drama run high continually throughout this book as the Chappell Family continues to grow.

One thing about the Chappell family stories is that you never get a fairy tale. Although this family has money, they are real people with real issues and insecurities.
Conrad and Ry continued to battle those issues in their efforts to be together. Sometimes I found it frustrating beyond belief, and sometimes it was a sweet, kind and generous gesture that occurred.
The other brothers were also featured with their up and down life issues.
If you are looking for instalove, a story with no angst, or a focus on a single couple, this is not the book you want. If you are looking for something deeper revolving around love, faith, family, loyalty, and kindness, you are in the right place.

The book follows Ryanne and Conrad (one of the younger Chappell men). This is book is part of a wonderful saga, I think you may be able to read it alone, but I recommend them all, This series of books has put Emmy Eugene at the top of my favorite authors, I have been following her since she started, this saga is awesome. So Conrad is part of a big family, where each boy has challenges with their mother, and insecurity that they need to over come. Ryanne has some baggage with her own family and the business she runs. These two dated briefly in high school and this is the story of their second chance. I feel it is well written and wonderful. It is a feel good clean book.

Conrad was a player breaking Ry's heart in high school, so I can understand why she would be hesitant to start a romantic relationship with him sixteen years later. Plus she still dealing with the pain of losing her sister and feeling rejected by her parents. She spends a good amount of the book pushing Conrad away. But Conrad has his own issues. I was surprised at how nasty his mother had been to him at times. And he feels guilty that moving forward with Ry means abandoning his housemate and brother Ian. If Ry had said he couldn't bail on their dates to be with his brother or for work I would have called her a hypocrite for doing the same, but she doesn't. The book intercepts with chapters about Conrad's brothers and what is going in their lives and with their families.
Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, the next book comes out and it's even better. I loved Conrad and Ryanne's story so much. They are so great together. I cried during the scene where Conrad talks to his mom. I loved seeing both him and Ry working out their family issues. I especially loved the scenes where Conrad was the uncle who held all the babies, sometimes 3 at once. It was great getting more story about the other brothers and their spouses. All the babies are awesome. I look forward to reading Ian and Anita's story. If you like good, clean, family romance, you will love this book as well as the others in the series.

Ry and Conrad are reunited in time for their class reunion. Both have grief from their backstories, her sisters death still with her. The characters are strong, but still within themselves. The others in the family make cameo updates which was great. Plenty of surprises and twists in this story, to keep you on edge. Loved how Ry worked through her pain and let it go so Conrad could come into her heart. I could really picture all those boxes going into the trucks. The storyline focuses on several plots, along with family issues. None of the couples are having a easy ride at the moment. Loved the ending and can not wait to read more of this group.

Ryanne started a clothing start as she loved to design clothes. Conrad has had feeling for Ryanne and want to date her. And every time they try to get together something comes up. Conard asked Ry how hw could date her and she said every day do something with her. Conard does but when it comes to the hard things he don't share with her which lead to a fight. Read to see where this leaded them and how the story ends.

This is another sweet western romance in this series. We get to share Conrad Chappell and Ryanne Moon's love story this time. The two of them had dated in high school, but nothing serious resulted. Now Ryanne is back from Savannah where she has had success with her online fashion boutique.
Conrad's brothers have been settling down and it makes Conrad want the same thing for himself. With Ryanne back home, could they accept this second chance they are being offered to start up a serious relationship that might eventually lead to something more?
Conrad is getting his story and it is so good. He is finally ready to settle down and has his eye on Ryanne. They dated in high school and she loved him, he wasn’t ready for that and she doesn’t know if she should trust him. They get their HEA with a great story. I love these books because they revolve around the whole family. I feel they should be read in order. Such a sweet, swoony collection with a large, loud family and getting to be lots of babies.

Conrad had been dating a lot of women, but he has his eyes on Ryanne. She has a fashion business and is still mourning the death of her sister. Most of his brothers have gotten married, and he has the desire to settle down. Can Conrad get Ryanne to work him into her schedule? Great read about this cowboy billionaire bunch of brothers and their families.

For me, this story was all about second chances. Conrad and Ry getting another chance after a somewhat disastrous high school relationship. Ry rediscovering her joie de vivre after her sister’s death. Even, what may be coming for Ian in the next book. This is a sweet, emotional story that pulled me in and reminded me of all the reason I love reading about the Chappell family. Your entire series is done so well. You have a gift to share the characters private lives--but not too much. The stories are believable and deal with real relationship issues! Each brother is different and so are their wives. I like that you didn't drop the other brothers storylines while putting the focus on one. Your writing flows so easily full of personality !! Each book builds on the previous one! It is lots of fun to read your books! Thank you!

Book seven in the Bluegrass Ranch series a Chappell Brothers Novel that held my interest until the end. This is mainly Ryanne Moon and Conrad Chappell's story of two people who have to let go of the past. But it also tells the story of his and her family. I enjoyed reading this story. All of this series of books by Emmy Eugene are good. This is Conrad and Ry’s story. Ry can’t get over the death of her sister 5 years ago in order to go on with her life. Conrad is ready to have a life with her. This story is about their journey to their HEA. Highly recommend the book.

Conrad and Ryanne get their second chance at love when they meet years after they dated in high school and he realizes that he wants what all his brothers have by finding someone to share his life with so when he runs into Ry again he knows she is the one for him. Good story and loved all the characters.
As always, a very good read. This story has a little of a twist. What do you do when your best friend, who is your sister dies? Ryan has faced that and wanted to keep her legacy alive. Conrad, her high school love, comes back into her life and complicates it. The twists and turns they face to recapture their love story will keep you reading to the end.
Good addition to the series. Sweet second chance for Conrad and Ryanne to get it right. Lots of back issues and present obstacles to overcome but the pages keep turning as we watch them reach their HEA.
Another great read, with lots of chemistry and hotness. This is a beautifully written story and hooked me from the start. This is a quick hot read, with an interesting plot and fantastic characters, great emotion and Loads of steam!
Conrad and Ry are a very interesting couple. Ry is still living in her sister, Andy's shadow. Conrad's persistence is very inspiring. I enjoyed reading their story.
