Fun concept- a writer of erotic novels has no experience in love or sex strikes a deal with the deadly Duke for a lesson in the erotic nature of adult relationships. However, when it comes to these two awkward people- they are both confused, surprisingly open, and at the same time closed off to the idea of love, while simultaneously struggling to come to grips with their growing feelings.
There were some good sexy times- but I'll admit reading Vivians inner monologue was super cringe at a lot of points. There was a lot of 'Stabbing, piercing, pummeling, pain, loosing her ever loving mind and a lot of crying during sex)
Vivian who writes smut novels want to experience sex in order to keep writing and publishing, but she can't because she made a vow. Such can be broken only by the royal family. Coincidentally there's a royal who has been visiting the library because of his interest in her...
I wish I knew korean ㅠ.ㅠ Translations take SO MUCH TIME!
It's wow. I don't know how to explain. It's very well written, not like a fanfic neither like a Russian novel. The plot and how it developed was very very smooth, almost no flaws. Maybe too slow burn for my taste at the beginning but when the author get to business there's no escape!
I like the characters, they're each on their own so can actually enjoy some personalities here and there and the scenes are good! Good again in the sense that they're well written and plausible. You won't feel like you're reading yet another overboard intercourse scene, so I like it, I didn't get tired quickly as with many others, still I think it's much too slow so only read if you're really curious about it.
