Meet identical triplets Shaniqua, Sharika and Nisa, princesses raised by loving parents who wanted nothing but the best for them. They are beyond spoiled while priceless values are instilled in them. But no matter how they were raised, there’s a secret that surfaces and threatens to destroy their happy family. Sharika is the oldest and has the strongest personality. After hearing the shocking news about their father, she won’t stop until she gets to the truth. That means with or without the support of her sisters. Struggling to come to terms with the news, she tries to pry the whole truth out of their mother, who doesn’t want to reveal it for fear of losing her husband.Shaniqua is devastated behind the lies told by their mother and rather than accept the new reality, she prefers keeping herself busy with her male friend. Whoever it may be at the time. When she runs across an old beau, he turns out to be just what she needs. Nisa is the milder of the three and is stuck between finding out the truth and keeping things as they are. All she wants is peace within her family, but peace won’t be present for a long time. What happens when the whole truth is finally revealed? Will the family be ripped apart by the secrets or will they get pass the lies their mama told?
Not what I expected. More about the sisters' sexcapades than the title of the story. These sisters are pretty promiscuous. I don't like anything about them. And the fact that they all have degrees yet are living off of Daddy is deplorable. They want a man with intelligence and bank, but what would they bring to the table? If their parents loved them so much, they would close the bank of mom and dad and make them put those degrees to work. I'll continue the series since I do want to know the truth, but had I known this was a 4 part (or more??) series, I would have waited until the entire series was released. At least there wasn't the retelling of the story from chapter to chapter.
Sharika, Nisa, and Shaniqua got the shock of their lives finding out their mother was a THOT and she refused to give them the answers that they needed. Sharika was obsessed with finding out the truth. Nisa was on the fence about it and Shaniqua just didn't seem to give a damn. Sharika digging into her mother past was opening doors I don't think any of them were ready to walk through. Momma definitely had some skeletons hidden and the way this ended. I can see why she didn't want her daughter's or her husband to find out how trifling she was.
Their mama really a mess. Hell, the truth was halfway out. She should have known Shaniqua wasn't going to back down until she found everything out. Shiddd, of all the people in the world, she stepped out on her husband with his cousin?! These girls done found themselves in some relationships. I really hope they aren't too good to be true. Well, now the cat is out the bag. What's gonna happen now?! Would he want anything to do with the girls? How would their 'father' feel about this now? What the hell their mama gone say now?! Ready for part 2
The plot is good, too many story lines. You have the three sisters, the mother and father and who's baby daddy and probably a drug dealer story line. I could not relate to the characters because they are one dimensional. The story could have ended in one book. The sex scenes were fill in, so now a cliffhanger happened. Once again the plot is good; the characters could have been described more; the sex scenes could have been shorten and no waiting for the second book for possibly another cliffhanger. 3 stars.
A very interesting read full of secrets that had my attention from the beginning. Although their personalities are different, I like the triplets and the close bond they share. The ladies so far seem to have found some good men in their lives. But what their mother has done in the past has definitely found it's way to the present and things just got real with that ending. Will the triplets, finally get all the answers to the questions about their true identity or will their mother once again leave them looking elsewhere for the truth. Can't wait to read how part 2 ends.
The lies mama told is real as it will get e girls momma is a stank how she going to keep secrets from her daughters like that at first I was like they don’t need to know the truth about their real dad but as I continue to read this story I want to know who Carl is and how he has three daughters and why he never look or tired to be in their lives once again Lady Lissa never disappoints me can’t wait for Part 2
Omg triplets!!!! This book dragged a little at first but I still couldn't put it down. The ladies are a mess, I wanted them to know who their dad was but then again, I didn't want them to upset their father. The mother got some shut with her, I can't wait for the next installment. Good read
This was a good read, it started off kinda slow, but it picked right up. Enjoyed the storyline and these characters and it kept me wondering what's happening next. It was so full of lies and secrets, with some twist and turns. Whatever the motives for this long running secrets, I can't wait for it to be revealed. Good job Lady Lissa and Shelli Marie.
Enjoyed this story about the Triplets trying to uncover the truth surrounding their birth. Not sure why the mother and sometimes the father seem to be playing dumb and dragging the truth out. The girls fell in love a little too quickly. I'll be waiting to see what happens next now that they are getting closer to the truth.
The sisters relationship irritates me. It's way too much. They are too intertwined in each other lives that's its almost sickening. If the author uses the word whine one more time I'm going to scream. I was told to never keep using the same word over and over. The author loves that word.
Wow!!! Good read. The triplets stuck together lick glue until the day they found out that their mom lied to them about their father. The girls had a wonderful father, but he was not their children biologically, but it did not matter to him. The girl’s mom said she did not remember and would not tell them anything. On to number 2.
The three sisters are so funny I wish I had this sisterly bond they really love each other and they not perfect I love it . Omg I see the tea is getting hot looks like they may have found out who the mystery mqn is . I can’t wait to see the relationships with Jerome , Des , and Lance . I have to do better with not mixing up the triplets lol .
I don’t know who’s to blame for this fiasco. Sharika should’ve just let it go like her sisters kept telling her. Nissan was the one who opened Pandora’s box. Their mom with her constant lies and silence. Part 2 is gonna be something to look forward to.
Oh my goodness!!!! I hope Daddy don't get in any trouble behind Carl!!! How did he know to go to the park? So many questions and i am ready foe the next part. Great book!!!!
I enjoyed the book, but there were several errors that I did not expect from a Lady Lissa book. I can’t wait to see how this biological father piece and the triplets love life play out.
I loved this book and I can't wait for the second part! Those triplets are something spoiled! Shaniqua, Sharika, and Nisa have found some good men and I hope they keep them around. Come on ladies with the second part please.
Im mad at Shalisa the momma. She should have told the c truth to start with. Poor Nissan to have a perfect family to iget it destroyed in a blink of an eye. She was raoed, she was drugged...naw she just wanted to get her freak on
Them ladies are something else!! Shanriqua was just not let it go until she finds out who her mom made them with!! It’s sad to say they may know the truth now that their dad was damn near choking his brother.
I enjoyed this book so much them triplets was funny. The mama should have been ashamed of herself though that secret going to be deadly. Seems like all the sisters got ballers laying down the pipe I love that.. I'm ready and need some more.
This book had me on pins n needles so many questions I want answered. The mama is a trip her daughters need to know the truth. The ending was a cliff hanger cant wait for part 2
So they mommy was f@cking her husband's cousin? This whole time she knew who they damn daddy was. She just wanted it not to be true. Whew Chile this shit hot a d steamy....
The turns ahead are coming clear. What will Carl's answer be, will he have regret toward his cousin for his betrayal? The girls have found their corners of love and hopefully they will go far with their newfound love interests.
Omg...This was a really good read! I can't wait to see how the secrets are revealed of the triplets paternity, and the reason behind their mom's secrecy! Can't wait to puck up where I left off in part 2!!!
I absolutely loved this book! I couldn't put it down. The suspense was killing me trying to find out who possibly fathered them. I'm still holding on to my seat until Part 2. Please read this! You won't be disappointed!
This book was very very boring. The last chapeter's last paragraph had more life than the entire book. Spent too much time on sex than concentrating on the lies and deciet.
These sisters are a mess plus they are triplets. Their momma should have told them the truth. I knew Carl was their father by the comments he made about their mother. Now they are fighting Carl and the girls father.
Three sisters that are so close with each. No jealousy no hating on each other. But is there for one another. Even with everything fall apart around they hold fast to another. Love they bond great read
The mom really wasn't letting go of her secrets. How could she go against the code and not only lay with her husbands family member but have triplets with him. There's more to this story. On to part 2
You ladies have done it again. I expected nothing less than greatness. I absolutely loved this book. Those triplets were something else. I can't wait to read part 2. This is definitely a must read series..
I found myself forcing to finish this book. I'm not sure if it's because what I read prior to this was exciting, or the book is just boring. I'm gonna try to read book 2 and see what happens. Hopefully I can give a better review.
