*** Book Q & A***

* How did the book make you feel?: This book was a good escape read, but it also disappointed in some places.
* How do you feel about how the story was told?: I enjoyed the world building. I thought it was an interesting setting.
* What did you think about the main characters?: I thought the H was sexy, yet a bit wooden. The h was very impulsive and naive. The instalove wasn’t very convincing to me.
* Which parts of the book stood out to you?: The story is definitely steamy, but the character development was lacking to me.
* What themes/tropes did you detect in the story?: Kidnapped h, H owns h, retribution
* What did you think about the ending?: I liked it, but it was very abrupt and I felt the H’s feelings came out of nowhere.
* What is your impression of the author?: The book was interesting, but I doubt I’ll read more.

This is a new author to me & this marvelous Sci-Fi romance absolutely surpassed my expectations & kept me captivated from beginning to end. The plot has good world building & is quite intense with several well-described intriguing situations and/or events. The well-developed characters are likable & portray realistic determination to succeed with their individual goals.
There is: a young woman (Gissandre) desperate to escape the attentions of a despicable magistrate (Urcolin) is dismayed when her actions lead to her rescuer’s (Larsinc aka Linc) arrest & imprisonment naturally Linc is not impressed & vows to have his revenge, various kinds of aliens, adventure, action, twists & turns, intrigue, suspense, drama, danger, threats, deceit, betrayal, violence, conflict, vengeful feelings, abduction, discipline, spankings, pet training, humiliation, domination/submission, body piercing, complications, protectiveness, explicit steamy scenes, contentment & a satisfying conclusion. I would recommend this book to people who enjoy reading this genre; I really doubt that you would be disappointed in it.

This is the fifth book in the 'Owned and Shared' series, and although new readers will find no hardship following the story, it is a joy for existing fans as all the protagonists from the other four books make at least a brief cameo appearance, including my favourites, the delightful and loveable Melsint, and the powerful and compelling Rocurt.
The tale is about Gissandre and Larsinc; it covers in detail the story which is the background to Zawri's in book 4, 'Taken Captive', and progresses it on as Linc and Giss resume their relationship to its logical conclusion.
It is astonishing to see an author weave a tale about unknown races and unknown worlds with such skill, complete with characters the reader roots for even as problems arise, and Wray has a way with words so that I usually find tiny passages which I treasure and that is true here: "How long...? When did...?" (You will have to read it to know what I mean!). Is it naughty of me to say there wasn't much sharing going on? Probably. But otherwise this is a fine well-told story to round out this sexy and passionate series.

This is a wonderfully, captivating read, great addition to the series
This is a wonderful read from the night that he had dived off the cliff face and rescued Gissandre “Giss” from the bottom of the ocean and then she had turned him in to save his life she had hated herself and he had been determined that if he survived his sentence, he was going to find her and ensure she paid.
Larsinic had been like a man she had not been able to forget and she had secretly hoped that she might see him again although she knew that the warrior would take the price of her treachery from her backside, she knew that she deserved it though.
Giss had been running since the night she tried to kill herself and although both she and her sister had tried to save Linc from sentence they had failed and she had not even known if he had survived in the wilds. Perched on the cliff side watching Giss through his spy glass he was waiting for the opportune moment to get into her room and ensure that she paid the price for her lies.
As the story unfolds and once again Giss is on the run her nemesis Urcolin the magistrate that has hunted both her and her sister since the death of their father and he had followed rescuing her from his hands, fortunate for her as he would most certainly have hurt her greatly and most likely killed her to achieve his own ends.
This is truly a wonderful read which you will not be able to put down once you begin reading.
I voluntarily received and review an Advanced Reader Copy
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the great writing.

This book ticked all my boxes, it had a good dose of spanking, pet play and even though it was dark, it wasnt to dark if you get my meaning.
I really enjoyed the story line and despite Linc wanting his revenge he still kept her a virgin, lol now that is something you dont get much to read about now days. And you know what i loved the fact that this author has used other ways and means for Linc to train his women.
Prologue
Gissandre didnt think she had any options left at all the men suitors had been told to go, she loved her sister dearly wanted and needed her to look after their home. Going to the beach she walks into the water, then just when she thought she was going to die Linc saved her. Hower the next morning she was caught with him in the cave, he is taken and his punishment to be left in the wid.
Link has been watching, Gissandre and knows her routine, she wiil pay for her lies, he has it all planned, but first a punishment spanking is in hand!!!

Both Link and Cassi really have feeling for each other and its Cassi who is surprised that she loves the feelings that Linc brings out in her while at all times never taking her virginity.
A really enjoyable story 5 stars

Much more world building than I expect for erotica, and I liked it. It was given naturally and overtime without huge infodumps or taking me out of the story. For the most part I can tell the different places, races, and characters apart, the one exception is the couples they stay with at the end. They sorta blend together for me, but apparently they were the leads in previous books in the series so reading that first might've helped.

I'm not really sure I buy the characters being in love by the end. I think they had some fun, find each other hot, and Giss felt bad about what she did, but star-crossed-can't-be-parted? I'd like a little more show than tell, and I think the timeline is so rushed they don't really have the time.

Urcolin is the worst name, and I know he's the villain, but what? How do I even go about pronouncing that? I took me a little out of the story each time he was mentioned as I had to roll my eyes. Zawri isn't much better and I don't know how that's a sibling name for Gissandre.

Gissandre is going to a school for wealthy young women, but she is attending under an assumed name and she has to remind herself to not use her usual nick name Giss, she is here because this school is located at a secret secure location and because she is hiding from Urcolin a corrupt banker-magistrate whow wants to force her into marriage with him. She also would rather not be found by Larsinc who might be coming for her too.

She found her self here because sometime ago, On her home world Gissandre had walked into the sea in an effort to kill her self because she saw no way to safety from the threat of Urcolin forcing her to marry him and if she died her share of her property would go to her sister and not Urcolin. However she is saved by Larsinc, a Ketturan Warrior. Once he saved her they took shelter in a cave near the beach, but when dawn arrived and they were found by some soldiers she betrayed him and he was sent to a penal colony because she said that he had abducted her. However she had only done it because she feared that he would be killed out of hand if she told the truth.

Now Larsinc has got out of the penal colony and he has found her and he intends to punish her. He sneaks into her room at the school and thrashes her, then he lets her go after he tells her that she belongs to him now.

Later the next day accompanied by some of the other young women who attend the school with she goes to the tavern where Larsnic is at Giss came to the tavern where he was in order to see what he would do with the other women who were with her.

Gissandre is increasingly worried about Urcolin finding her particularly since Larsinc had already found her, she puts on some boy’s clothes and hides her distictive light coloured hair, unfortunately Urcolin caught up with her, before she could go to the ship had purchased a ticket for passage to another planet, he told her that he would not have noticed her in her boy’s clothing except that one of his men liked boys and said something about her and before Giss had a chance to run he shot her up with a drug and she passed out. Before Urcolin could do anything else, Larsinc overpowered him and his men and renders them unconscious. Larsinc then finds a smuggler ship and gets Giss on board with him. Then once they are off planet Larsinc later a fast ship with stealth technology and they travel from planet to planet for some time.

Later on Larsinc notices a strange ship so he boards his ship with Giss and they head to a large ship that does slave and pet training. Where she gets waxed and she gets some training on how to be a pet. They are not there long though as some other Ketturan Warriors show up and arrest Larsinc and take her with them as well. Then after close questioning during which she tells them that it was all her choice, they let Larsinc go and she then chooses to stay with him despite the other Ketturans discouraging it.

Eventually they get married and the have a very nice HEA. I thought that this a terrific story and I highly recommend it.

Giss has been on the run since the death of her father. Linc went to prison for something he did not do, but Giss lied to protect him. Giss and Linc were amazing characters. Linc wanted revenge for Giss lying about him, and he wanted his revenge, but also wanted to protect her. This story contains just about everything. Aliens, space travel, BDSM, spankings, piercings, humiliation, and training. I also liked how Marlee Wray blending it all together seamlessly. I want to read the others in the series. This was just a fantastic story.

Linc is finally free from the barbaric prison & he’s ready to punish Giss for her crimes, even if he has to kidnap her to do it. As much as she fights him, Giss can’t deny the way her body responds to Linc & his punishments only fuel the flames of passion burning between them. Giss & Linc are in for a wild ride as Linc shows Giss how pleasurable it can be to be his personal kitty cat as they fulfill all their darkest fantasies. When the demons from Giss’s past catch up with them, Giss & Linc will have to fight hard to win their future together.

Multi-layered addictive reading, I didn't want this book to end! I loved Link and Giss right from the beginning. The relationship between the sisters was strong and healthy and made me kind of jealous. The author made these people come alive for me as I progressed through the story. The evil Urculon was quite a piece of work and Giss was not wrong in running from him. I loved every part of this book and had trouble putting it down even for sleep! The return of previous characters added an extra layer of addictive goodness to my overall enjoyment. I'm looking forward to more books in this series, I hope they have some coming!

This is quite a good read. The story didn't particularly click with me but Linc certainly did.
He is totally who you dream about all night !!
Gissandre is suicidal when the gorgous warrior Linc saves her, only for her to betray him. He captures her as punishment for the betrayal that could have cost his life. She quickly craves his dominance & punishment as he treats her according to the laws of his planet.

This is Larsinc and Gissandre's story and a HOT one it is. Self sacrifice, honour, and loyalty are key themes in both of the intentions and actions that they take. Survival depends on wits. Love comes from decision. Linc - Imprisoned for a crime he didn't commit and determined to seek revenge against the one who lied. Gissandra - seeking to escape a villain, her actions to save family forced her deceit and treachery. Will her humiliation be enough to settle the debt? Will his possession be the means he utilizes to conclude their interaction?

★ A good deed goes punished - A uniquely told dark sci-fi romance ★

—>>> Larsinc (Linc) is instantly captivated by a woman who walks into the ocean to end her life and give her sister a chance at a better life, and he risks all to save her, only to find himself imprisoned as a punishment, ordered by the evil man who was intending to make her his wife to gain her family’s holdings. Now, his only thought is one of revenge, but what he finds when he has her in his grasp is not the girl he had thought he hated. A uniquely told dark sci-fi romance!

Sexy series!

This series of books can be read as standalones, but I recommend you read them all. The characters and storylines are interspersed and it's fun to know what led the characters to this new chapter! This book is Linc and Giss' story. Linc starts looking for Giss in book 4. Book 4 is the story of Giss' sister Zaw and her pirates! There are princesses and warriors and evil men trying to harm sweet young ladies throughout the series! You have to enjoy erotic fiction, these books are very sexy!

These stories are loosely tied together. Linc wants to punish Gissandre for her lies that put him in prison. He finds Giss on another planet and the punishment starts. They flee from one planet to another and eventually end up on a pleasure ship where Giss starts training to be a pet. They do have their HEA. I enjoyed the story and liked reading about the other couples from the previous books.

Giss and Linc

Giss makes a terrible choice choice and Linc gets sent to the Wilds as punishment. He's back now and ready for Giss to pay him back. There is a great amount of control shown by Linc. Even though he wants revenge, he still good Giss wants and needs first. This book did refer back to others in the series but can be ready alone. I would have liked some more insight into both characters backgrounds and it seemed like time skipped ahead at places.

This book had a bit of a slow start, in my opinion, and I had a hard time connecting with Linc and Giss. Plenty of exciting and wild sci-fi locales and exotic space cultures made this one interesting read. No doubt you would get more out of it if you had read the other stories in this series (I haven’t), because everyone makes a cameo. However, this is a standalone book, and it’s perfectly enjoyable on its own.

Linc vows to find her when he is released and get his revenge. Fast-paced read with loads of drama and intense chemistry. Sizzling read with great world building and excellent characters. I liked it.

This is the final book, and picks up where book 4 leaves off. I liked how we got cameos of all the other characters from the first 3 books, which tied the series together.
I really liked the two main characters and their relationship. Good ending to the series.

Not my favorite book!

A little disappointed that this book did not follow the style of the other books in this series. Romance yes! Erotica not so much. I am hopeful that other books of hers are not just a romantic style.
